E. I.I really like this Opticians, I use them instead of a chain to support a local business. They did a great eye test for me they told me way more information than Spec Savers and gave me an exercise to do to make my eyes stronger. They seem to have a good amount of staff I have seen three opticians working there, but there may be more. They fixed my glasses with no cost and were very polite. One thing I would say is they don't have budget glasses, I can't afford to buy from them and have to go with a big brand instead.
P. V.I needed glasses, fast. So naturally I went to a chain whose name suggests just that. They said 7 to 10 working days and I thought oh well, I'll wait. So two weeks later I call to find out that they had not even started on my glasses, because they may have broken my old frame I sent for the new lenses and didn't know what to do. Needless to say, I was very upset and still without glasses!! Then I noticed Otto Optics near my home and about 20 min later walked out with new glasses (that they fitted into my old frame). I couldn't have been happier! My lenses are pretty standard, so they happened to have it there in the shop, I'm sure for anything more complicated it may take more time. Anyway, this will be the place for my vision needs from now on. They were so friendly and as a bonus, you get to play with a cute dog whilst you wait!
