D. M.My family and I have used Page & Small for many years and have always been pleased with their service. We’ve never felt the need to search around for other practices, as we find everyone very efficient, accommodating and caring. Well done Ray, Abbie and team.
M.My family and I have been attending Page and Small opticians for a number of years and have always had an excellent and attentive service from all the staff. Ray, the Optometrist is wonderful with Kids and makes the experience very entertaining for them, especially using the Cheeky Clown and Crocodile, which always puts them at ease. They excell in their aftercare with amazing service always from the wonderful ladies: Elaine, Sara and Abi who really take time out to help and ensure that you are happy with the glasses selection without making you feel that you are rushed. Their USP is that they offer: 'Excellent eyecare in a warm and friendly environment' and that is exactly the experience we have had during every visit and would therefore highly recommend and thank Page and Small Opticians for their wonderful care and service!

A.Recognition to whom recognition deserves. I had gone to another specsavers optometrist and it was a total failure. The NHS doctor recommended me to go page and small optician and it was the best option, I had a problem with my left eye and the optometrist performed all the necessary tests and told me what I really had. Despite my poor English I could understand what he was saying and the best thing was he sent me the results of my exam by email, which for me was the best option. The optometrist takes his due time with each patient which is excellent. The service from reception is spectacular and the care in times of covid is still impeccable. Without a doubt, despite no longer living near the area, I prefer to travel and go there for future changes of glasses or to check the health of my eyes. Super recommended.

They are very thorough and patient with us all. Have always experienced excellent customer care and follow up- can’t rate them all highly enough... Victoria helps excellently with aftercare and arranging glasses and Elaine is wonderful at helping you with appointments and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

The optometrist, Ray, put me at my ease and gave me a very thorough test. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional and provide a comprehensive after care service. I was able to choose from a wide range of frames and I am delighted with my new glasses.

N. J.Really friendly, family run opticians. Great service and were very patient with me trying on loads of pairs of glasses. Lots of local people in there so obviously very popular. Great range of glasses from designer to budget so definitely something for everyone.
