I cannot recommend Dr. Sabrina Shah enough! I’ve been a regular at her clinic for the past few years (initially to correct and improve my eye area and now to maintain it) as her skills and expertise are excellent! I wish I had always just gone to her clinic in my life, would have saved me a lot of time, money and issues I had with other procedures / clinics. I really appreciate how every time I’m there her lovely and caring staff take pictures for her (and ourselves, patients) to analyze the area and the progress of the treatment(s) over time, which is great, while explaining to you all you need to know and clarifying any questions you may have. It’s clear for me to see in the mirror but I love seeing how far my skin has come via those pictures, and I appreciate the fact she is attentive to every change. Also, when I first arrived at the clinic, I thought I had a particular problem from previous treatments and she made sure to ask me for the exams to confirm how everything was before initiating any treatment, which was (surprisingly!) not asked in other places. Dr. Shah is not only extremely good at what she does but is also a very friendly, caring and attentive person. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me! I feel happier, a lot more confident and appreciate all the care and the advice she has given me, which helped me significantly improve my skin condition and feel confident today. I trust and recommend her clinic to anyone!

My eye area has made me feel depressed on and off for the last 6 years, I've had lots of consultations with different clinics around the UK but did not feel confidant with there advice, I came across Perfect Eyes and after lots of research I went for a consultation, after speaking with Sabrina I knew I had found the person to go with straight away. Having had numerous filler and botox treatments in the past I was left with festoons which just wouldn't shift along with facial laxity in my lower face. I was recommended to visit Doctor Sabrina via a close friend of mine (who is male and is my skincare guru). I can not praise this Dr enough for her services. I am of an age where ( in my head) I think I am still 28 but my mirrors beg to differ. I was distancing myself with fillers as you can not be certain that you will receive the same results as last time. So, I thought I would look at something more permanent. Please note, this is not something I rushed into. Dr Sabrina Shah- Desai was the 4th consultant I had seen over 18 months of researching my eye procedure. I had to be sure/safe/happy in the knowledge that the Dr has the required expertise, she had an ABUNDANCE!!! The whole process was effortless, from start to finish and no need for any pain killers. The ladies on the day of the procedure simply took control of everything. The small team that is in place are in contact as and when you require and nothing is too much trouble for them. After a few years of trying to resolve my hooded eyelids and ptosis cosmetically, I went to see Dr Sabrina. After much discussion which was honest and clear, I decided to go for a upper eyelid blepharoplasty and ptosis correction. There was no 'hard sell' at all by any of the team at Perfect Eyes and I felt fully armed with all the info I needed to make my own decision. Although nervous the procedure was quick and painless under local anaesthetic. Having done a load of research, it is really important to find a oculoplastic surgeon to do this operation as fine judgement calls need to be made to get the correct result and not end up with uneven or damaged eyes. Needless to say, Dr Sabrina got it pinpoint correct! for the first time in years I have even, youthful looking eyes. Most importantly to me, I look like me and not some weird version of myself. Dr Sabrina was kind, caring and generous with her time throughout. I would have no hesitation al all recommending her. If you are considering doing anything to your eyes, do your research! If in the UK good research will inevitably point you to Dr Sabrina

Dr. Sabrina is just incredible, full stop. I have been having botox since I was 30 and fillers for the last 8 years. I have been to a number of very reputable doctors, but felt quite unsatisfied by their sense of aesthetics, either things were too frozen or simply imperceptible. What is extraordinary is her sense of aesthetics, she did a number of small things, filler and botox and honestly at one point I looked at my face and thought I look so balanced and natural, I never had people comment on how well I looked before. Dr. Shah-Desai is a very professional, caring, loving, authentic and down-to-earth doctor. She helped me to remove a mole from my under eyelid perfectly! On the surgery day, she knew I was nervous, she talked to me in a warm and trustworthy manner and she walked me through the entire operations whilst my eyes were closed so that I could know what's going on. My follow up sessions with her has also been an extremely pleasant one. During the recovery she asked me to send her pictures of my wound on a daily basis and kept on reminding me about every detail of my post-surgery care (thanks to her very wonderful and helpful assistant Lindsay too). On the day that I went to take my stitches off, she continued to tell me what I should/should not do in a super caring and professional way. Not only that, she also has been very transparent with the fees and cares very much about every penny I spend (including the fee charge from the hospital) and even was helping me to speak to the hospital when they sent me an incorrect invoice. Six months ago I had my first 3ml Ellansé fillers applied. Dr. Sabrina Shah-Desai recommended Ellansé for volume restoration. Dr. Sabrina’s skilful application of the fillers made me feel safe. She took her time to check exactly where she was making the applications, asking her assistant to take notes whilst she was injecting and having an overall perfectionist approach, which is an excellent trait to have in this profession! My nasolabial folds, tear throughs and anterior cheeks looked better straight away and since then I have a fresher look. I still need to have another 2ml applied to complete the treatment but I can see an overall discreet and natural improvement to my appearance, which is exactly what I was looking for!

I went to Sabrina Shah-Desai initially to rectify some unsatisfactory work done by another clinic on my under eye fillers. Sabrina's recommendation was to start over so the fillers had to be dissolved and she clearly explained that I had to be a little patient before starting with fillers again and to look at working on the quality of my skin beforehand, as it was not in a good state, I had not really looked after it and had dehydration and pigmentation issues. Sabrina recommended a course of microneedling over 3 months. The results have been fantastic. The texture of my skin has really improved and this has helped me look fresher and less 'haggard' overall. Parallel I am having monthly hydrafacials and I believe these have also contributed to the overall effect of my improved and plumper skin. After 3 microneedling treatments, we followed up with putting back tiny amounts of under eye fillers and a little in my once hollow cheeks. I am pleased with the results here too but I am looking forward to going back in the new year to review and perhaps add a little more to get perfect results. What I love about Sabrina is her honesty and her no-nonsense approach - she is never harsh and is super friendly and very professional but she tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear! She only recommends treatments she feels is right for me and my issues. Dr Sabrina carried out a Silhouette Soft non-surgical procedure on me six weeks ago today. I wanted to tighten my mid and lower face, and try and reduce the appearance of my jowelling and double chins that had started to form as I hit my early forties. The treatment went well and I recovered quickly. After 6 weeks I can honestly say that Ive started to notice some significant differences. My jaw line in particular is much tighter and firmer. Im thrilled with the results. My double chin has already gone and Ive started to notice my mid-face lifting too. Dr Sabrina said the best results will come at 3 months though so the early signs are super-encouraging. I would high recommend this treatment to anyone who has started to notice similar signs of ageing. Its effective and the down time is minimal. Outstanding!!!! I was very nervous and anxious about going for a consultation for the first time, especially travelling from the Midlands. I had the majority of my lower left eyelid removed because of a skin cancer. Dr Sabrina Shah Desai was recommended to me by the surgeon who removed the eyelid. She met with me prior to the removal, went through all the possible scenarios, because at that time no-one could foresee how much of the eyelid would need to be removed. She was always caring, compassionate and honest. The day of the skin cancer removal (which was far worse than previously thought) she was sent a photograph and had to decide which option for reconstruction would have the best outcome. She was completely honest with me, saying that she was 'basically doing a jigsaw puzzle with no pieces'! I trusted her completely as I went under general anaesthetic. Post operation I was traumatised to say the least, but Sabrina did a fantastic reconstruction and helped me through the healing process, always positive and sympathetic. Five months down the line I am still healing, but the comments I get from both medical experts and friends are that Sabrina did an excellent, neat and very professional repair -giving me a new lower eyelid. I have just had my second Tixel treatment for under eye loose skin with Sabrina Shah-Desai. I wanted to write this review not only to thank Mrs. Shah-Desai and her entire team for making me feel fantastic but also to encourage others who are considering eye lid surgery. I had lower blepharoplasty surgery end of July and my whole experience until now was faultless and so professional. All I wanted was to look less tired and I was hoping to get rid of my eyebags. I wasn’t expecting to look 10 years younger let alone look perfect but I have to say I think I do now. The results have totally exceeded my expectations by far! Although I am still healing I can say it was the best decision ever. The moment I met Mrs. Shah-Desai for my first consultation I knew I would be in best hands with her. She explained everything in detail, kept it real, made me feel comfortable and so it was not a difficult decision for me to schedule the surgery. A few days prior I had a bit of a wobble. I read too many online reviews and of course the bad ones stick with you (don’t do that but I guarantee you if you decided to go with Mrs. Shah-Desai, there are no bad reviews!) so I called the lovely Lindsay, Mrs. Shah-Desai’s assistant who reassured me, listed to me, talked me through everything again and make me feel a lot better and absolutely certain that I wanted to go ahead with the surgery. I went to hospital with a very good feeling, the whole experience there for the day was very comfortable and everyone was amazing, from the receptionists, the nurses, the anaesthesist and of course Mrs. Shah-Desai, who saw me again an hour before surgery to explain the procedure again. All the aftercare was explained to me in great detail, I had a lovely meal and after I was discharged I felt confident that I would survive the first night at home. The recovery itself wasn’t half as bad as I imagined. First few days felt uncomfortable of course and you’re swollen and bruised but that is to be expected, although every day I woke up in the morning I could see an improvement and there was never any pain or real discomfort. And for any question I had, Lindsay was only a phone call or email away and it helped immensely that she and Mrs. Shah-Desai were always there to help and give advice on short notice. I am so pleased I went ahead and had this procedure done. I cannot recommend Mrs. Shah-Desai enough to anyone who is looking to have eyelid surgery. I initially consulted with Dr Sabrina due to a droopy eyelid that I now know to be due to ptosis. Dr Sabrina was absolutely amazing right from the consultation through to the post op check in’s - she is realistic and ensures to explore every option available to you right from the start. In the end we opted for a scarless ptosis correction from under the eyelid: the day of surgery was completely smooth sailing and the results speak for themselves (I was able to go back to work within a matter of days). I cannot recommend Dr Sabrina enough - if you are looking to do anything in relation to your eyes look no further (her team were also so supportive throughout the experience - especially Saffiya!).
