Booked eye test online whilst in store, helpful staff on both visits, eye test very quick and easy but still had to have the horrible eye pressure test. Nice selection of frames, the staff entered my details online and hey presto all sorted, delivery to my home in about 10-14 days. All info explained, staff very friendly and will probably use again for second pair as prices very good

Had a great in store experience, the staff are really helpful and there’s a big selection of trendy styles. I ended up ordering two styles on my first visit, after spending several months looking for a new pair of glasses. My order arrived as expected and I’m happy with the quality considering the price. I usually opt for higher quality and more expensive lenses/frames from opticians. However, Polette is a good choice if you’re after a trendy pair of glasses with some decent vision, especially if you want to try out different frames. Delivery isn’t cheap so it’s best to go in store with a recent prescription so the staff can make sure you order correctly.

Good service, very reasonable prices and free eye test. A good range of different frame styles to choose from as well! Give it a go. Any problems with the glasses you can simply bring back to the store and they will fix immediately!

The in store experience was great (summer 2021), and I finally ended up ordering the glasses online, prescription and blue light treatment. In all they took less than two weeks to arrive, great if you consider they ship out of HK. However I was not satisfied at all by the packaging/glasses case. This is a paper or very thin cardboard case, which of course I cannot take around in my bag or computer case as it will smash, and it will force me to go and get an actual case somewhere now. I think for the £75 these glasses costed, this should have been provided.

Been meaning to pop in here for a few weeks. So pleased I did today. Anais helped me and she was brilliant. So helpful and knowledgable. Really great range of frames. Styles and colours. Excellent prices. I wanted a spare pair for my car but ended up buying 2 as I couldn’t decide. Also very hygienic as they clean every frame you try on after you’ve tried them on. Would definitely shop here again

Gorgeous, affordable eyewear and outstanding customer service, Megan and Alina truly went above and beyond for me and my partner. I'm extremely indecisive and my partner is a first-time glasses wearer, we both easily tried on more than 60 pairs of glasses -each-, which they diligently disinfected and reassured us was alright. Megan even picked up on my taste in glasses and filled a tray full of the ones in my favourite colour! And later brought us chairs and refilled our water bottles multiple times as we were so exhausted by the whole process. The eye test was also super professional, high tech and thorough. I can't say enough positive things about this place and have been recommending it to all of my bespectacled friends. Whatever you are paying Megan and Alina, it is NOT enough. Their competency and friendliness is unmatched.

Wow what an experience ive avoided getting new glasses for 6 years but megan has been a god send. She was so helpful so kind and managed to not just serve and look after me and get me booked in for an eye test but looked after others and cleaned glasses due to covid guidlines. It was my first time stepping into Polette, and from the moment I walked in I felt like I was amongst friends. Megan was exceptional. She was kind, patient and very lovely. I recently received my first pair of prescription glasses from Polette. The frames are absolutely gorgeous, and so funky. I am getting so many compliments on them. The quality is great and the complimentary eye-test made this an irresistible option. If it wasn't already enough that their products are amazing, the manager in the store in London is wonderful! I want to thank the manager, a lady by the name Jessica, for your efforts in helping me pick out the perfect pair. Today was my partner and I’s first experience of using Polette. I must say that the customer service was unbelievable. Jessica, I recall her name was, whilst being rather run-off-her-feet, was so polite, patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and refreshingly efficient. Added to that, we returned to the shop, after it was clearly closed - shutter half way down – for further technical assistance and was met by her smiling face, resolving the matter to our complete satisfaction. Great store and FANTASTIC customer service. A wide range of glasses to choose from which are priced more reasonably than other opticians on the high st. Ordered glasses early August and just received them now. Fully expected a slight delay given the current climate at present however well worth the money and wait. I'll definitely be back again in the near future 💯!

I was in the Oxford Street store today looking for a second pair of sunglasses as I was so pleased with my first pair. Nadia the shop assistant was very helpful and attentive giving me advice on adjustments to my current pair and what shape suits my face best. My wife, daughter, and I were in Polette London today. We had each had booked an eye test. Sham the optician was excellent, all of the equipment the latest hi tech gear - he sorted out the prescriptions and gave us good health advice. We each chose 2 frames - 6 pairs of glasses on order at a great price, all done in store on the app downloaded to my iPad Pro. A really great end to end experience with Sham's colleague helping us pick from the amazing choice available - just about everything in the online catalogue was somewhere in the store. Really great design frames at a fraction of the price. We got 6 pairs for what you might pay for 1 know brand name in a regular opticians. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal team here - that's what really stands out compared to other opticians I've visited. It feels like they genuinely want to help you, and there's lots to explore. Never seen so many frames in one place. The choice of colour and style can be a little overwhelming at first but the team really help you navigate through. The cost is unbelievably cheap - but they are an online opticians and this is a showroom. I could never choose new glasses from a picture, so the fact you get to visit this place before ordering is amazing. They also offer free sight tests 3 days a week
