I have been taking my kids to this opticians for a while now and recently got my eyes checked there because of the outstanding customer service I receive every time. Mr Patel & the other colleagues are so helpful and welcoming, always professional and incredibly thorough. I really appreciate how accommodating they are with my kids, we've walked in last minute no appointment with a broken frame and they've sorted it out straight away. I had an eye test, chose 2 frames and they were ready to collect in an hour! Which is brilliant as previous places have taken up to 2 weeks. I also want to point out that all my prescription glasses I've had in the past have never felt quit right, these recent ones from here are absolutely perfect, not too strong or weak just goes to show the quality of professionalism here with people who actually know what they are doing. There is a great range of frames and sunglasses to choose from at great prices along with great advice. I couldn't recommend this place enough and feel so lucky they are just up the road from me!

Everything about this place was great. The professionalism and customer service of the staff was exemplary. Excellent service, very warm and welcoming. Their prices were reasonable too! Very impressed as soon as I walked in. Professional staff made my appointment for the next day, and Mr. Patel did a thorough examination and assessment. A peripheral test was completed 3 days later, and I left today knowing that all is well with the eyes and current prescription. Mr. Patel was also kind enough to refer me for a tear duct issue which my previous optician dismissed as unimportant. Very helpful practice, courteous and re-assuring treatment. Highly recommended.

I had my eye test done at S Opticians a couple of weeks ago, during the 2nd national lockdown. Their services are very safe. You don’t need to touch any surface as they even open the door for you and they have hand sanitiser right at the entrance. Employees are wearing masks and they limited number of people who can enter at any one time. The optometrist has been very kind and patient. He really took time to assess my eyesight and despite the fact i have been wearing glasses for 15 years, he was the first one to diagnose me with astigmatism. The prescribed glasses really made a change for me. Also optician that assisted me in choosing glasses was very kind and patient as i was trying to select a new frame. Overall, positive experience and would recommend :-).

I have used this opticians for many years and have always found the service first class. I recently recommend my mother to sam after an unsuccessful and dissatisfing visit to specsavers. She is now very happy that she has a pair of glasses thst she can actually use. Sam and staff are always very professional and helpful in every way. Even posting contact lenses out during covid-19. Fantastic customer service. Sam and Joshi are really passionate about their work: my eye test was excellent, Sam was happy to answer all my questions about my prescription for varifocals, and I never felt rushed. Best choice of frames in any shop, too: again they couldn't have been more helpful and patient! New glasses in just over a week and no problems at all. I will definitely come again. What a friendly optician, so helpful and and friendly. I really appreciated the friendly email reminder for my appointment. Follow up care was good, including a referral to my GP for something that was picked up on the test that I would otherwise not have known about.

Before everything, if there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to them, for sure. Where to begin? Professionalism 1000%, Dr Patel, Joshi and Mehul are fantastic. Everything is perfect, the quality of care, how they work to help you and understanding your needs is 24/7. Their customer service experience is from another world, proper one on one, like from another era, personalised. They are there for you, they give you the best advise, they make you feel extra comfortable, at the point that you stay with them chatting and having a good time. Since I’ve found them, I bought a lot of High Fashion Designers frames, for prescription and sunglasses prescription. I love all the different styles and designs, some of the brands are Balenciaga, Tom Ford, Rag & Bone, Chanel, Chloe, Ray Band for naming some. They have from Radical designs to vintage and classic, to be honest, I want all of them. The quality is so good, at the point that every day I receive compliments from people, and even asking me where did I buy my glasses because they wanted them. They will always give you that extra thing that makes you feel so comfortable. I’m happy to have an incredible Doctor like Dr. Patel and his incredible team, I’m pleased that I’ve found them. Thank you very much!!!

I went to the shop with my broken glasses and the first impression was fully professional, clean and comfortable, confirmed then by the customer service when the staff solved my problem with clear replies. After two months when I chose to buy the broken pieces from Italy, I came back to the shop and in the same day the glasses were ready! I will go for a visit for my eyes soon and for sure they will be able and available to help me! Nice choice for the design of the shop, staff formed and ready at anytime!

I couldn't imagine to find such an amazing eye glasses store in London. This was far above my expectations: super available and high qualified members of staff. Everyone is animated by a true passion for their job and it's very valuable when you need to take time and get good advices to find the pair of your dream. Above that, the selection of eye wear if speechless.. very vintage frames, from the 70s, 80, 90s.. a dream for people who are passionate about glasses. You can also obviously find modern eyewear but this is pure luxury to find some frames you can not find anywhere else. I absolutely recommend this place. I would cross the town to go back there.

Super service can not fault Had a eye test at spec savers and the whole process was awful Was told I had to wait 2 weeks for glasses, took my prescription and went to S Patel Opticians The team there helped me choose the perfect glasses Walked out with new glasses and ended up buying 3 pairs and 2 pairs of sunglasses. Excellent service, have never felt rushed. Staff always treat you like you are the only customer. Everyone is well looked after. They never do a hard sell of additional extras you don't need. If you don't find suitable frames, they can always order in anything you may have seen elsewhere and at a reasonable price too. They are good with children as well.
