S. E.Quick and efficient eye test and on discovering that I need reading glasses for the first time, Michael was incredibly helpful and picked out the perfect pair of glasses that suit me and my face. He has excellent taste. Excellent service, thank you.
P. N.I went a few weeks ago for my child's eye test as we have thought for a while she may need glasses. The Dr. was amazing with her, and the staff was very friendly. I went today for myself as ive had blurry vision since Pandemic Lockdown started last year. I didnt think it was my eyes as I had them tested in 2019 and they were fine, but the past 12mos I have had blurry vision and sore eyes as well as some headaches - which I thought was just tiredness and too much screen use working from home. tiredness.
Turns out, I not only need glasses for far away, but also for reading!!! Im not surprised, but very glad I went.
I booked online yesterday and was seen and sorted this morning! I didnt buy glasses yet as I need to have a think as I need two pairs!
a. c.Truly excellent service from committed and knowledgeable staff. My hearing test was handled with great sensitivity and I was well advised on what kit to get. Same for my eye test. Highly recommended.
E. G.Walked to this branch with broken eyeglass nose pads, unfortunately shop was already shut, but the sales assistant Doulet was absolutely human! Despite shop was closed he opened the doors and fixed my glasses! Brilliant, wish we could have such a human being decent sales man in every shop we go. BTW typed this review with my just fixed glasses.
