I made glasses here few times and the service it is excellent . To day on my way to work part of my glasses snapped and visited the shop and was welcomed by Francesca. She attended my problem in the most courteous and polite way. He explained to me the cost of repairing my glasses and the length of time it will take to be fixed. Additionally she took the time to temporarily fixed my glasses with Sellotape so I can carry on with my work. HIGHLY recommended

I just came in for my first ever contact lenses consultation (the one where you get the 5 day trial and they tell you how to put them in and remove them) I was quite nervous to be honest as I didn't know what to expect. I was seen within a few minutes of arriving and the lady that helped me was brilliant. She talked me through every step, gave me great tips and when I got annoyed with myself because I couldn't do it straight away she was so reassuring. She was patient, kind, considerate and helpful. Honestly one of the best. When I had go in the room to make sure my lenses where okay, I saw a different lady. She was also lovely, she gave me some good advice, spoke to me about different deals that they had on. She was very understanding aswell. I'm annoyed that I don't remember their names. I'm honestly the worst with names. Both of them were the best next time I go in and I see either of them I will be asking for them. 100% recommend. Thank you.

The eye testing service has always been very thorough and they have a diverse selection of frames to suit every budget. The customer service has always been excellent. Very efficient, polite and professional staff who go above and beyond their remit to ensure customers are cared for in a hygienically safe environment. I was seen by Radha and Abbie who both conducted the service to an incredibly high standard. Appointments are proficiently prompt and on time, with no time wasting or waiting about, ensuring that all clients are seen at their booked appointment times. Prices for frames and additional test are fair. A lovely wide range of frame styles is available.

Used to think all these chain Opticians were pushy, hard-sell supermarkets. This Camden branch is different. Staff members who were there a few years ago are still there and remember their clients. Didn't feel pressured.

Hi. Tottenham court road store is a good store. On my visit to that store, i met a staff name Shenaz who has helped me to chose a model of glasses which will suit me as there are so many different model. She is so polite friendly and professional. I always like specsavers as there are always good offer like buy one and get the second pair free. Its great and quick service. Shenaz and the staff are following the government guidelines and protocols on the covid 19 and ensure that customers are doing the same

I don't normally do Google reviews but was pleasantly surprised from my recent trip to Specsavers Camden. The staff are all very helpful but one member of staff Ryan is a bit of a super star he really went out of his way to help and you really feel he actually cares. Made the whole experience of getting new glasses so much easier. Would highly recommend.

I have to say the Specsavers Camden town store is not what I expected but better than other stores that I’ve been in. the staff are very welcoming and especially one induvial who took his time to help me as I could be very difficult and fussy at times. shaf who was professional and genuine who will be honest with you and tell you what you need and what looks good on you. People if you step in that store look for him you won’t be disappointed. For sure I will come back to purchase some glasses from this brunch.

Ok so this is a true story.....1st time I went to this store I found the staff I wouldn't say rude just unmoved by life, like zombies selling specs and trying to sell me every product in the shop a bit like Americans "Do you want cheese with that". However 2nd visit for my wife a the whole experience was changed but 1 superstar........The New Spectition RYAN, You guys know the story you go with your wife to the opticians and you dont know what's on trend or frame style etc however all this life pressure is sorted by Ryan just sit back and Ryan will do everything for you and won't make your wife look like Dame Edna, trust me guys ask for Ryan and let him do his thing, no pressure and an easy day out........Even got a free phone pop socket what more can you ask for.
