I’ve been here at the beginning of the year with my parents who came on holiday as my mom broke the frame of her glasses. Two lovely ladies helped my mom to fix the glasses without asking for anything! Quick and perfect service! Chocolate was the minimum I could bring after :)

The optometrist performing my check up, was polite and friendly. His assessment felt thorough He showed me the pictures taken of the blood vessels, I had never been shown this at a Specsavers before. I had the £10 OCT test as well, I won't have it at every visit, as I am still quite young. If you are in your late 40s onwards, why not have a detailed check of your eye.

Waiting time moved quickly. Choosing frames wasn't good, not enough choice to choose from within my price range with voucher.I was told the price would be £279.70 😕😮😥😢 I need a high prescription and have Cataracts in both eyes. 58 yrs of age and on Universal Credit 🤔 I rang up told the lady I won't be having my new Glasses as I will only be left with around £20 to live on that month!! NHS PRESCRIPTION isn't enough for the likes of ordinary people. Not only that the store let me down with 2 home visits, never rang to tell me. Keep sending Texts. I'm giving 5 Stars ONLY because the Opthalmologist was excellent. Highly qualified 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a problem with the Lewisham branch so that would be 0 stars but Catford branch really impressed me. My glasses got lost somehow by the Lewisham branch and I requested to be sent to Catford in the end to fix my situation. They were really patient and understanding with what had happened and offered to fix it for me on the same day and also make my glasses with 2 hours. Very happy with the customer service here as well and the staff are really friendly.

Very good optician I saw on Monday for my 0955 appointment ,she explained everything visually and verbally,made me feel at ease ,reassured me that my issues weren't that bad...if I remembered her name would have stated it..am lucky to have met her I don't normally have a good experience at spec savers

Ammmmaaaaaazing customer service, everytime.....highly trained gentle staff who are super respectful and clearly talk you through everything 😃👍 Great range of products, services and choices. I decided to get my own frames but equally a 'no problem' service with laughter, rare, well done guys👏👏👏

I must say that Sam and the staff here provided the best customer service I've ever received. If you are looking for a new pair of glasses, I recommend visiting this branch. The buying experience here is great and the staff members are very helpful.

Had a great experience in there. Can't remember the name of the technician who helped us in the Catford branch but I went with my mom for her glasses and ended up ordering mine as well, a pair of Balmain frame omsun glasses . And will be going back for a second pair.

Helpful staff with appointments and sorting out problems. The only thing difficult was parking at catford centre tesco carpark which was a nightmare paying Ringo carparks over the phone...never again...some robot responding and not able to understand anything, that is why there were so many empty spaces!

Talk to staff and when you find the friendly one stay with them. Remember there are a lot of opticians nearby. If you are unhappy just take your business elsewhere.
