Where to begin? Katerina looked after me today as I had very dry eyes that caused blurry vision. She checked my eyes very carefully and made me feel extremely comfortable and explained every test to me accompanied with the results. I have found my optometrist who I am happy to recommend to anyone who is in need for quality service.

Optician excellent. Customer service not very satisfactory to begin with but all issues and missunderstandings resolved during followup visit. However, the website does not seem to work properly. When I first input my details I was then unable to amend them and although I mentioned it at the time, I simply can't use it at all now.

Very helpful staff and friendly optician. The ophthalmologist, Katerina, is very kind, patient and attentive, not just relied on the test result, but checked my eye thoroughly again herself to confirm other issues, explained me the situation well and gave some options for solutions. Really good experience, friendly and helpful despite my being 10 minutes late because I forgot to bring my glasses and had to go back to my work. Took the time to think through how to fit lenses to the special frame supplied by my employer for PPE, showing genuine concern to make them work and not just taking the easiest and quickest option.

I had my first appointment here yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional and welcoming and they explained every step in the process. Got my contact and glasses prescription for 25pounds with a free contact monthly trial and follow up appointment. Definitely recommend this location.

Absolutely phenomenal Opticians. I get my spectacles adjusted frequently by Simona who is extremely patient and helpful and makes subtle changes, to extreme perfection, ensuring my glasses are comfortable and sit correctly. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. The rest of the optical team are extremely helpful and knowledgable and welcoming. Definitely will be using this branch as of now. Bought varifocal glasses but the offer was buy one get one free. Cost me £350 but am sure it'll be worth it

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient, making the visit as stress free as possible (I didn't go in for glasses, I needed my general eye health checked and they were very thorough and put my mind at rest). If you do need new glasses they're also a lot cheaper than the Independent opticians nearby!

Great service all round. Optician who tested me ( think name was Seetha) was friendly, professional and the test was smooth. I needed new glasses and the choice was good. I was able to find something in price that suited me. One of best things was glasses were ready sooner than expected. I was really overdue with test and new glasses - I was delaying for too long needlessly. If i knew it would be so stream lined I would have come earlier...

Got some new glasses and sunglasses from here recently. Staff are friendly and professional, the experience was great. Only downside is that they do not have a lab on site therefore you have to wait a week or two as they send the order to their central lab to build and send back to the store.

Superb customer service! Greeted immediatedly upon arrival with a warm uplifting smile. My journey was signposted throughout the various stages by positive staff. Comprehensive eye exam by Mr. Nagra who made me feel at ease throughout (hate having my eyes tested!). Dipan was superb in discussing in detail all my options in relation to my spectacle purchase whilst at the same time not once making me feel pressured or mis-sold. Highly recommended and shall definitely be bringing my young family in for eye examinations etc... Well done Specsavers Palmers Green!

You. Just have to get your prescription tested here and then they want £160 for glasses, or you can just go online tell them your prescription and pay £20 like me
