It was my first time where I had OCT eye test and bought new frame. All the staff working there are very kind and helpful. Thanks for great customer satisfaction.

Had to purchase replacement contacts lenses at very short notice. Went into the shop. I managed to get seen straight away. All the staff were very friendly, professional and got me sorted out in a very short time and enabled me to get back to work very quickly. Bruno who carried out my examinations was very thorough and made sure that everything completely right. I can’t rate the service I received highly enough.

Nothing but complete praise for Specsavers in Swiss Cottage. Very modern scanning technology to examine detailed 3D images of the internal structures of the eye. Comprehensive testing and explanation by the optician Rishi Ganatra. Not rushed and every aspect covered. The optometrist Sheena was great and very patient and helpful while I looked at frames. Prices were very competitive. Altogether faultless.

Maya, Bruno and the rest of the team here provided me with an excellent service - I initially went to see them about a rather worrying vision issue and they were caring , thorough and attentive. Fixed me up with a hospital appointment with an opthalmologist for the very next day, and I'm very happy indeed with the new glasses they provided. First time I've ever worn varifocals, and they feel completely natural - no distortion or fuzzy areas at all. Very grateful for their guidance and recommendations.

I visited this branch just yesterday and found the staff to be wonderfully pleasant and attentive. They seem to have good team spirit and it's just nice to see! As a first-timer with glasses, I'd had my eyes tested closer to home where I was told I absolutely needed to wear them. I felt uncomfortable and pressured to purchase glasses. At Swiss Cottage I was given a different and more honest view which was completely opposite. The precautionary measures in place were not so overwhelming as seen in other stores either but still effective. Would definitely recommend !

I had an excellent experience at the store, I was a little hesitant visiting due to covid, but the store was extremely clean, with all the correct safety measures in place. I haven’t had an eyesight test in a long time and so it was fantastic to see the store had all the latest technology, which was very impressive. Rishi was very thorough in explaining my eye condition and very patient whilst I tried on many glasses - which he cleaned before and after of me trying them on. Very pleased with the customer service and with my new frames!

I recently went to this store for the first time and I have to say all the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt well looked after. Great care was taken of me during all the tests which were explained at each stage. I was helped with choosing a lovely pair of frames which I feel suit me very well. Ms Shah manages a lovely friendly knowledgeable staff all of whom seem very happy in their work. I shall certainly return when I need another eye test.

Professional and thorough ophthalmology exam, I have confidence in their skills. Not really related to my eyes but they even provided superhero stickers for my 5 yo boy last time I went in! I went to the Swiss Cottage branch for an eye test recently, Anastasia who did the initial eye test was very helpful and friendly. The optometrist Bruno also did a very thorough check on the conditions of my eyes as I have experienced blurry vision recently. I could see Bruno was very keen to help identifying the cause of my problems. He was very patient and was not rushing at any point in time while he performed various tests. When I returned at a later date to have my glasses done, Sheena made sure the prescriptions are working well for my eye conditions and she explained everything clearly to me so that I can make an informed decision about the glasses required for my needs. So BIG THUMBS UP and a BIG THANK YOU to every staff who has helped me during my recent visit. Your professionalism, honesty and your caring attitude are very much appreciated! 😊👍👍👍👍👍

Staff are really professional,patient and helpful. Their service is quick and thorough and they call in advance of appointments as a reminder. Their selection of frames is also more extensive in terms of brands than other opticians in the area.

Very friendly and helpful local branch with all the latest equipment for eye tests. They have a very impressive range of both standard and designer spectacle frames to choose from which can all be fitted with the various lens types such as standard lenses, bifocals and varifocals all either plain or tinted. Whenever I go there for my periodic eye tests they always seem to have a new or updated piece of testing equipment to improve the accuracy of their tests.

Very slow They are nice big everytime I go there I have to wait a long time. It’s taking one month to fit my lenses and to discuss with them on how to fit them. More than once I stood in line and gave up and went back home.
