W. F. C.Anish and Paul (lab technician) at the Tooting branch were amazing. I needed to get my glasses two days earlier than expected and they were able to have it to me within hours of my request. Highly recommend.
D. G.I visited Tooting branch about a month ago (I have been meaning to write a review!) and was looked after by Arafat, Karoline and Funmi who were first class. Given it has been several years since I had an eye test, Arafat and Funmi showed great care in understanding my eye health and gave informative advice. This was reassuring and I felt the tests were very thorough. Karoline was patient, kind and helped me choose new glasses - something which normally takes me ages (because I'm so indecisive 🙄)...so her opinion was greatly appreciated! 🙂
Overall, a top notch experience with a friendly and helpful team. I couldn't ask for more than that and would recommend Specsavers and the Tooting team consequently!

A. M.Fantastic service! Unfortunately I recieved two sets of specs with the same frame, having ordered different frames. I initially thought all would be OK, but I realised about 10 days later that I couldn't tell the two apart and it was annoying me. Reluctantly I returned to Specsavers Tooting branch and explained my problem. With no hesitation I was told that changing the frame wouldn't be a problem. Having chosen new frames, I was advised that the technician could adjust my existing lenses to fit. I recieved a phone call within the hour advising my new specs were ready for collection. Faultless service!

When we got there, the shop was almost empty, great to see during covid times! The optician who has seen us was great,really engaging with my son and he has done all the checks quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem and solution to me. I'm impressed!
