I had an eye tested and then bought two prescribed glasses in December but wasn't completely sure about the ones I chose in store. A couple of days later I saw there were styles I really like on their website. I called the store and spoke with Sameena. She was excellent. She called the lab to put the lenses on hold until I decided what glasses I wanted. After I tod her a few I like, she ordered a few options for me to try on in store and then choose. I am very happy with the glasses now. Sameena was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She not only went that extra mile to make sure I was happy, she was also so kind and positive all the time. A true ambassador for Specsavers.

Great customer service from Specsavers Tottenham! Not my local branch, but as I was in the area I went in to find a new pair of glasses which I always have difficulties with. Sev approached me and asked if I needed any help. She was very kind, patient and helpful in helping me choose. She advised me on which style of frames would be the best fit for my prescription and the lens types. Picked them up few days ago and I am very happy with them.

Having been a Boots customer for years I decided to switch over to SpecSavers and it was the best decision I've ever made. They were so thorough, polite, professional, helpful and took their time with you even though the branch was severely short staffed. I cannot fault or criticise them whatsoever. Highly recommended

Great customer services, friendly staff. I couldn't get an appointment anyway, called and spoke to Sev who was wonderful she gave me all the information over the phone and booked me in the same day. Once arriving, Danyaal went through all the test and gave me great advice on what to do with my swollen eye. I felt very comfortable and support throughout my whole appt. Nice to know even after COVID we can be looked after with great care.

The optometrist was very good. The staff were very patient. I have real issues in choosing any kind of glasses. So I think they definitely earned their salary the day I was in the store. 4 stars because for me personally the glasses are all a variation of 1 style, which I do not particularly like. Which means making a purchase quite difficult.

I had a really good experience with Specsavers in Tottenham on Thursday 29th July 2021. I bought a pair 2 days before...They were quite expensive but was given a great deal from Sharon and the service she provided was second to none. She also clean and repaired 2 off my other glasses which I need for work free off charge. She didn't rush and took care off all my needs. I spend a lot of money but the care I received from Sharon was worth it 👌... A Class Service!!!!!!!!!!!

Visited for the first time with my mum during lockdown. Both of us had great customer service that reflected our different needs. After a through test where each steps was explained. I felt confident in there prescription. Two weeks later as promised our new glasses arrived. Once again a warm friendly, greeting,excellent care and attention, high standards of hygiene. Will definitely used them again.

Friendly staff and well set up within the Covid restrictions. Front door is a little stiff and needs a good push, I was told it had been recently repaired but began sticking again shortly afterwards. Just needs a good push!

My 10 year old wears glasses. He has had his eyes tested here four times and we always come here for the free glasses (on prescription for children). Truth be told, we prefer the testing at the opticians my family have used in Stoke Newington (Stephen H. Davies). At Specsavers they are almost always busy, even when you make an appointment, and despite the staff being very friendly they have to consider the many customers waiting outside, and so things are a little more rushed. There is also usually a wait, despite appointments. Typically 10-20 mins. Finally, I don’t think we have seen the same optician more than once at Specsavers, which is a shame. Having someone who recognises you (and your ailments) would help me pull up the score to 5 stars. My son has always found a pair of glasses he likes from the selection they have here. We bring our prescription from Stephen H. Davies to Specsavers who are happy to provide us with 2 free pairs. We just have to tell them at Stephen H. Davies that we will be getting our glasses elsewhere before they write the prescription out. All in all, a very good service, but when it comes to the eye health of my child I prefer to use the option that feels more thorough and be seen by the same person each time, as much as is practicable.

I had an excellent experience here. I went I to get my sunglasses fixed and thought I would book an eye test. They tested me straight away and within an hour had ordered my new glasses and was on my way home. My glasses arrived last Thursday and I'm so happy with them. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend the Tottenham branch to anyone.

Awesome customer service, cannot say I’ve had such a thorough and personalised eye test as I did here. Really pleased with the service and outcome - love my new specs and what’s even better is that they work. I can see better than ever, no issues with the fit of my frame as they used savvy tech to scan my face and tailor a list of frames that wound suit my face shape. My lenses are amazing also, crystal clear vision and no more headaches - what a result.

I was greeted by Seval a lovely lady with a great smile and she helped me choose my frames and advised me on lots of things and is dealing with my order of glasses.Very professional and knowledgeable. All the staff are friendly and very caring. Seval, Sharon, Lily, Zairish,Cancu and Akim are an absolute credit to Specksavers, their customer care is AMAZING everyone of them greet you with a smile and make sure you are happy with everything . Not forgetting the opticians who are very professional and thorough with eye tests. I am looking forward to return there for my glasses. I highly recommend that you visit this branch in Bruce Grove Tottenham because you can be sure to be in the company of very kind caring professional staff 100%. If there were to be awards of the year for staff at Specksavers company this store would be the Winners without a doubt .Fantastic store
