I've been coming to this opticians for years. Sadly, I can't recall their names, but I was very impressed by everyone that I came into contact with. Friendly, efficient and good value. And the best bit was they had my new glasses made on the same day!!!

Prompt service, one of the floor staff took all my details very efficiently, and even phoned my old optician in order to know the results of my last eye test. Was seen within 15 minutes and out after only 30 minutes having had my eye health checked, a new prescription and some guidance on purchasing glasses. Amazing!

Can't fault the service I received this afternoon from both the reception/floor staff and the optician who tested my eyes. I had a rather complicated story to tell, but they were willing to engage and listen patiently. I felt that the eye examination I received was carried out with care and precision by the optician, at the conclusion of which I did not have to ask for my prescription, it was handed to me. At no point did I feel "pressured" into ordering a new pair of glasses, although in this case I did wish to do so and was guided in my choice by their highly professional manager Lucien. I am more than happy with the service I received today and the price I paid for my new glasses and would heartily recommend this branch of Specsavers to others. Well-done, everyone!

Busy and brilliant in short! I've been a customer here for over ten years and although I now live much further away its the only opticians I trust. Where they excel over other branches and opticians is their first class customer service. Tom the owner/manager has looked after me so many times after I've broken glasses, and has gone out of his way to help well beyond what you would expect from a respected chain. Great prices and helpful staff make for a really important experience. It's the only place I tell my friends to go.

Very busy and one of the optometrists had called in sick today but the staff were pretty good. Contact lens check felt very speedy and rushed but at least my eye health was checked. She didn't say there were any problems, so I assume all was well.

We had booked eye test for my son with Specsavers , surprisingly it was next day availability. Everything was very professional . Place was fully equipped with all COVID related protection, test equipment was clean on front of us . Test was free under NHS ( under 18 ) and we also go vouchers for glasses . Unfortunately in this store it’s not such big selection so we didn’t found anything:(

Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve had check ups, ordered lenses and glasses and they’ve always been great to work with. They can get pretty busy but their staff is very attentive. Relatively large selection of glasses for a small store. I would have liked more options of petite glasses to fit my face.

I can’t fault the service. Specsavers staff are always very welcoming, professional and attentive. The only problem is with their internal database and the inability to access returning customers eye test results if the eye test was done at a different store. They have a good selection of glasses which run from a range of prices.

I’ve been visiting this Specsavers branch over the past 2 years and I have always had a great experience. Kam is a highly trained optician and is very helpful, he has great attention to detail. The branch has an amazing range of glasses and I can always find what I want. The floor staff are very helpful with choosing a new pair of glasses and giving a great customer experience.I recently broke a pair of glasses that I brought from Specsavers and the within a couple of hours they fixed my glasses. I would highly recommend going to Specsavers in Victoria.

The employees here really make this place great. This is a small Specsavers in a very busy area, so it's often incredibly crowded, but the staff are remarkably diligent in getting everyone served quickly and correctly. They've also been great at patiently explaining my options and helping me find what works best for me. I've probably dealt with 6-8 people here over my visits, and from eye exams to sales they've all been exceedingly helpful. I really can't rate the staff here highly enough.

I walked in on a lunch time to book an appointment and was served by a very polite member of staff who was able to book me in that same day, later in the afternoon. The pre-eye test was easy and later the optician was extremely pleasant and professional followed by more help in choosing my new glasses and with a 2-for-1 offer reduced my outlay whilst gaining the two pairs I need. The whole process is to be commended from start to finish and I thoroughly recommend this shop and staff, plus my new glasses arrive in just one week, fantastic.

I'm 49 & this is the first time I've gone to buy a pair of glasses. The service I received at Specsavers Victoria was very friendly, professional and they really took care of me. The wide range of glasses allowed me to pick two pairs that really fit nicely and one of those I got for free because of their buy one get one free offer; their eye tests (normally £22) are is also free when purchasing glasses in the same visit. In the end as a result of their various offers I saved £107 & with the anti glare for both glasses costing £60 I ended paying £159 in total which isn't bad for eye tests & two very nice pairs of glasses both with anti glare. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pair of glasses; great service & loads of frames to choose from.

Specsavers Victoria provided me with a wonderful service and were recommended by my father. They were very efficient in getting my glasses prepared for me as they were able to finish them within a week. The customer service I received from them was outstanding and I felt like they really took care of me. The two men who provided that service were Antonello and Said. Would recommend this Specsavers to anyone who needs a new pair of glasses, top notch.

Great customer service. Waiting times are generally low and it is easy to book an appointment you want. They are friendly and helpful. They helped me change over 7 months worth of contact lenses after my prescription change and I realised what a huge horde I had. They also paused my subscription so I could get my spares down a lot! The store is clean and tidy and it fits a lot in to a small space. There is an upstairs too, which is a bit like a TARDIS really.

I used to handle most of my eye-care needs online until I ended up moving to the area a few years back and started going to this branch cause it was close to me. I’ve had a retinal detachment prior to joining this branch, I have a high prescription and an astigmatism i.e. I’m a complex patient and these guys all know what they’re doing. Every member of the team is both professional and exceptional at their job and has offered me personalised advice every step of the way that you simply cannot get online. The icing on the cake; recently, I broke my frames on a Thursday and so I rang the branch for help expecting it to take a couple of weeks for them to turnaround a new pair. I was fully expecting to have no glasses for the weekend. They got me a new set of frames made and delivered to my house by Saturday! Not only that, they then rang to follow-up and check if I was happy with the fit as they remembered making a minor alteration to the frames the last time I bought them! Needless to say, I cannot recommend these guys enough, there’s nobody more thorough, and I personally will never switch back to using online services again.

Highly recommended. Friendly and caring staff. I recently decided to opt for contact lenses, having had a bad experience in the past I was extremely nervous. My fears were quickly put to rest, Amar was kind and understanding, he demonstrated contact lense technique with clear and concise instructions, he was encouraging and patient when I was struggling and after several attempts I achieved my goal. I returned today after my contact lens trial feeling a little more confident and comforted by the fact that I have a great team caring for my eye health. I’m thrilled that I no longer have to carry glasses with me everywhere and I can read the smallest print with my contact lenses. Excellent customer services also received from Tom (Thomas) who went above and beyond to help and Kam - an kind and understanding optician. Had my eye tested recently with my 9 year old son. The staff were fantastic with my son while I had my eyes tested and we both came out very happy with how we were looked after. I write this review from the Eurostar on the way to Paris with my family... a train I was only able to catch because the folks at this location went absolutely above and beyond to get my son’s glasses prepared in time. As an American, I was so pleasantly surprised at the process of having my sons eyes checked when we discovered he might be nearsighted. We were leaving for Paris two days later they did everything they could to make sure that we made the train. So impressed at the effort all around. Bravo.

After a not-great experience at a nearby branch of a much more expensive chain (I could hear an angry customer saying he'd been waiting three weeks for glasses through the walls whilst my eyes were being tested), I went to specsavers in a panic asking if there was any way they could reglaze some glasses and sunglasses in 24 hours before I went on holiday. They said they'd try, and they duly did manage. Superb, friendly service and all the members of the team fell over themselves to be helpful. Would very gladly go back, thanks all!

Specsavers Victoria London, a fantastic establishment. Visited Specsavers Victoria Yesterday 11.10.18 for a pre booked eye test. I don't live or work in central London & travelled by underground to Victoria on the recommendation of my best friend who uses them. It was worth the journey. On arrival I was promptly tended to by a gentleman named Tom & 2 other ladies (sorry I've forgotten their names). I already wear off the shelf reading glasses but hadn't had an eye test in about 8 years. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant & welcoming, extremely efficient & extremely informative & explanatory. Having been tested it was confirmed I only needed reading glasses & had glasses made to meet The requirements of each eye so the lens for each eye is slightly different. This has a noticeable improvement on my "off the shelf glasses" . I also got a second pair of glasses for free. I don't know if the extra pair for free is a limited offer but it represented exellent value for money. There were so many choices of frame I didn't know where to start but the staff were so patient & helpful in assisting me to narrow down my choice to 2 different pairs that looked good, fitted well & suited my face. To summarise, my experience at Victoria Specsavers was an extremely pleasing one. Very good value for money & exellent proffesional service from fantastic caring staff. I shall be sending my son to visit as he wears glasses & shall have my future check ups there. Well done & thank you Specsavers Victoria. Best regards ML

I would like to share my experience at the Victoria (Cardinal Place) branch of Specsavers. I have given this branch 5 stars because the service I received was the best experience I have received at any opticians, including two other branches of Specsavers. I received amazing service and advice from Kam, the person who conducted my contact lens check-up. As I wrote in my review which Specsavers requested, Kam should deliver training on what makes good customer service. I felt valued as a person, not just as a customer. I will gladly continue to visit this branch for all future appointments (as long as Kam doesn't leave!). Kajol and Antonello also helped me with the rest of my order (glasses and contact lenses) and they were very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this opticians. p.s.
