W. J.Found out I don't need glasses and found out my youngest had a health condition missed by other opticians. Great service although my booked appointment online but it didn't show up on the system so I managed to do the walk in clinic. Quick and easy with great clinicians.

C. Y.The staff at Walthamstow Branch are very friendly and helpful but my glasses are NOT right . I came back in to fix the anti glare and the lens should be dark to the slightest light but although it was tested in the shop under ultra ray light this took about 5 to 10 minutes to happen. I paid £531 and I am still squinting when the sun is out when I didnt before. I am abroad currently so there isn't anything i can do till I come back now. So I am mainly wearing my sunglasses which is how dark the lens to should be to light.
S. S.The best experience I had with Specsavers, especially from the manager Akram. I was in a hurry to get an appointment as it was an emergency, and the manager put me in for an appointment on the same day without any hassle. He was very understanding and empathetic throughout the process. The team was lovely overall, was able to hold a conversation with a few of them. Mahir was my optometrist and he was doing what he can to ensure a compatible lens for my eyesight and with recommendations on the lenses. Overall a good experience.
