I went for a well overdue eye test at Specsavers and opted for the in depth test which costs £10. I could have had a free test but wanted the peace of mind. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen almost immediately. 5 star service and very friendly and helpful staff. I was all done in just 30 minutes.

They place is really nice and quality service offers by the staff. They also have good offers and their eye test is free if you buy specs from them same with contact lenses plus you get free contact lenses for you to try for week and then if you like it you can purchase from them. Friendly staff, good service and recommend for others.

Amira, the audiologist is so kind & patient and spent so much time with my almost 100 year old Mum today , nothing is too much trouble for her in giving her patients the best service possible. She is a delightful lady and we highly recommend her.

Great experience, though slightly disappointed to be told that at my time of life, reading glasses weren't unheard of. If I could have seen the optician, I would have slapped them.

They're decent opticians, I means it's always busy. Some of the staff really helpful and nice and they genuinely try to be helpful but just like ealing some other staff isn't really interested in helping you. They're just there to do their shift and go home and in that process they'll come across rude. Some of the staff aren't give their customer a natural warm welcome as you are supposed like other places I don't know why.

I have only been using this Specsavers for a short time (October 2020), but in that time the staff have been beyond amazing. They have acted very professionally and helping me with issues I may of had. I would like to put in a special commendation for two of the staff members for going the extra mile when I was first looking for glasses (this was my first pair as I've never needed them before). They were very helpful choosing the correct style for me. So I would like to thank Radhika and Jessica for all there help.

I would like to say the service and professionalism offered by Jessica in the West Ealing store is 11/10. I have visited the store several times over the past few years to get my prescription glasses and have eye tests etc I generally can't fault their service. However on my last visit and the first time I was served by Jessica the store manager the service was exceptional, I visited the branch to purchase 2 pairs of Turboflex T17 glasses which were only available in a Spanish branch and I thought that I might have problems in getting them however to my amazement this was no problem for Jessica who had no problems in ordering, correctly specifying and arranging their delivery, nothing was too much trouble for her, she made several calls and sent several emails to make sure everything went smoothly and that the Spanish branch had the correct prescription and specifications (I wanted brown tints and polarized lenses). She is a very friendly and customer focused person and is a true asset to the store and the company. I hope she is promoted to an area manager at least as it would be very beneficial to the company to have someone like this influencing the methods and training of the staff in the company, for future visits I make I will always ask for her by name keep up the incredibly good work Jessica!

Went for an eye test today. Top notch service, staff were exemplary from all involved!

Johnson the manager remembered me from a previous location, very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with a successful purchase of a pair of new glasses and year's supply of contacts. The optometrist A. Jandu was very attentive and spent a good hour on a very thorough eye exam and explained everything in plain speak. My vision had even improved! Highly recommend, clean well lit location, professional and courteous service with generous discounts to boot!

They were very helpful and knowledgable over the phone regarding types of lenses for glasses and the prices. They happily answered all my questions. I also got my prescription checked there and the service was good. Update: Called to order more contact lenses and received quite unfriendly service over the phone. The employee was a bit difficult when I asked about having my contacts shipped to another store and was not so helpful in telling me the make and model of contact lenses I usually have ordered.

Went here as they had eye tests for a fiver ( a month later I saw they had an window ad saying free eye tests!) . The eye test was nevertheless comprehensive The optometrist did a good job in that I can see very clearly. Glasses had a budget range for just £25 but most are £69 for 2 or 69 for one but free transitions , bifocals added etc. So if you catch them when giving free eye tests you could have a single vision, new prescription pair for just £25!

Definitely recommend, Manager there was a firm but not really friendly,all focused on sale instead of building bond with costumer,and not good enough to explain and deal with the problem, maybe my next time visit I will change myself if I face a similar problems,the rest of the team was excellent, that's all good. Perhaps next visit I will change it to five 🌟.
