Superb customer services! After finding out how weak my right eye was from a recent opticians appointment, Shaz (I THINK that's his name) really gave superb reccomendations on glasses to pick and were very honest about the products overall. Even better, went home with some glasses which I think look great! Thoroughly happy with this, they really eased my nerves as I have never worn glasses before. Thank you!

X spectacle maker made me glasses. The frame broke. I visited the shop to request a new frame and to have the lenses fitted in. But they did not have the same size and they wanted me to buy a new complett glasses. They play this game with me every time when my frame broke. I always bought new lenses and frame in the past. But now i am going to travel abroad soon and i needed a quicker and cheaper solution. They were not able to help me. Today i visited your Specsavers shop in Bethnal Green. I met Shaz there. He listened me and understood at once my problem. He just walk to the wall and tooked a frame and tried to fit my old lenses in it. And it was perfect. The first try was perfect. He told me if i do not like the colour, we can find another one. Let's take a look. But i was really happy with the first frame he found. The original price was affordable. Wat's more, i got it for half price. I should have payed four times money in X spectacle shop than here. Shaz was very open minded and focused for solving the problem and not try to withdraw the money from my pocket. He was very kind and asked me two times if i was happy. It was altogether 10 minutes.Thank you Specsavers. See you next time.

Efficient, friendly and effective! I went into the Specsavers in Bethnal Green coming from a previous Specsavers in West London that I had numerous communication and delivery issues with. Immediately Shaz, a Specsavers representative, explained what had gone wrong and resolved the issue within minutes. As a remediation, Shaz gave me a voucher for my next pair of glasses. He was friendly, efficient and honest. I was additionally in need of a pair of sunglasses on a very short timeframe. Again, I appreciated Shaz's honesty in explaining my timeline may not be possible to work within but that he would do his best. Low and behold, I received the sunglasses in time. Thanks Shaz! I have used this branch for many years because of their excellent service. I went in on Saturday as my glasses had broken.Tara was able to get me an eye test straight away and was extremely helpful and pleasant. I had my test done by Bindi very efficiently. This is a really fantastic branch with stellar customer service. You might think getting an eye test would be a bit stressful during a pandemic, but all the staff I interacted with were kind, professional and helpful on my visit, and did everything to make it an easy and swift experience. They were so thoughtful throughout the whole process, from the nice young man on the door, to Shaz being so incredibly lovely and doing his utmost to arrange an appointment for me, to Farhan / Farhaan (apologies, I'm not sure about the spelling of his name) patiently explaining how to apply and remove lens, to the lovely woman with plaits who did my initial eye test, who spoke to me about the process of getting contact lenses. Thank you to all of them for doing such a wonderful job in all their individual roles.

I have been coming here for over a decade now and wouldn't have it any other way. Currently stuck in Germany and needing contact lens, Mihaela got everything done so efficiently over the phone to get them to me, and they are already en route. All staff here have been genuinely friendly and extremely helpful over the years, I have never had a negative experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch. Extraordinarily friendly, intelligent and helpful customer service and optometry. In a time when most of us are quite desperate to protect our livelihoods, it was refreshing to visit a company that cares about their clients well-being. My only hesitation with the final star for the review is the breadth of their frame selection - pretty standard. It would be nice to see them focus on smaller or more niche frame companies, but I can see this would be a risk. I would like to thank Millie and Tanita especially for their professionalism on my last visit.

Great service! My eye test was very though & comprehensively explained to me. I even got to try what varifocals are like which was really helpful. The Service at this Specsaver Branch is Outstanding despite the chaos that is around during this unprecedented times. I visit the branch for an eye test and I was seen by the optometrist Shakeela (not sure if that is the way you spell it - apologies in advance) who was super kind and made me feel very comfortable during various eye tests to check my sight. I went there yesterday for a MECS, as I had an issue with my right eye. The whole experience there was excellent. From when I went to the door the customer service representative to the optician. Bindi the Ophthalmologist, was really caring and helpful. She done thorough checks and then referred me to A&E to just confirm what she found. After I went A&E she called me back at the end of the day to ask how it went. A great gesture. She said if I had any questions for the next week or so, to call back and she would be happy to help. Really enjoyed my visit.

I was going to buy my glasses online so I popped in to pick up my prescription. I got talking to one of the staff there - a man called Shaz - and he just brightened up my day. Despite wearing masks, keeping distance and having to remember to leave any glasses that I touched to one side so they could be sanitised, he really made the whole experience pleasant! I ended up having my eyes tested again - the staff doing this were lovely as well - and then I bought three pairs of glasses. When I went in to pick them up, he remembered who I was and that I was going to be moving soon - you just don’t get that kind of customer service in London usually. I really can't thank Tara enough for going above and beyond with a complicated COVID-related issue. I was away from the area when my glasses needed fixing. She organized for me to go into a different branch, have everything checked and then she arranged for a new pair to be made up remotely and then mailed to me. All this had to take place within a reduced time frame because I was leaving the country. Normally this takes two weeks and probably longer under current circumstances, so I was really astonished she managed to expedite the entire process. It was quite miraculous really. I'm so, so grateful for such a caring, friendly and professional response. It's meant I can see properly again when I was worried I'd have to travel without any specs. I came here for an eye test and a new pair of glasses. I came out 4 hours later fully confident I had found the perfect pair for me. The eye test only took 1 hour, but being the person with very particular taste and idiosyncrasies that I am I had to go through a lot of pairs and models of glasses to find the right one. When I walked there I was ready to compromise, but the assistant was so relentless and ready to find more and more models for me to try according to the preferences I had expressed that I ended up not having to compromise for anything. "I just want to find the pair of glasses that makes you happy" was the reason behind the optical assistant's zeal. I'll definitely be back for my next pair of glasses.

Hi guys , I went to Bethnal Green branch at first went in lot of people walking around no one serving couldn’t sign in for an appointment. But when I called out got them to notice me everything went great I was very happy with the service I got from the stuff . I've had varifocals and occupational glasses from here recently and I would say the lenses are as good as others I've bought more expensively elsewhere. I did get a voucher mind you. If you can avoid really busy times that's best. With prescription sunglasses I am going to go back and try to get lenses improved - too much glare. Let's see if I still write a good review! But it is a helpful branch and I think the optician and dispensing opticians I saw were efficient and well qualified.

I had a bike accident and my glasses' frame broke. I called in the morning to ask if they could replace the frame on the day and they answered "yes, if the shop had the same frame". I went in the afternoon and they changed the lenses in the moment. I was so happy, as I just had to pay 45 pounds and they did it in 10 mins. There was only 1 frame that could be used but it was pretty. The people were very nice and the service very good.

Great Opticians. They diagnosed a little eyelid infection and told me how to treat it before suggesting me an other lens which feels a lot better. This all for was free apart from the lenses of course, which are sold at very fair prices.
