T. P.The owner or manager or optician in here is very nice! I cannot praise him enough but to be fair I cannot find any help for my daughter eyes problem , I nearly gave up myself after a rude conversation by explaining and delivering very wrong information from specsaver nearby this store they won’t allow me and try to stop me get the pair of glasses for my daughter 5yrs old, I am an oversea not really sure what is what but the owner of this store worked me out ..! He explained that I can choose any glasses with NHS prescription for my daughter ; he is patient to show me all the collection from the store I feel very lime that my little girl is too picky , thank you very much I always see him around with lots of customer anytime I get in .. they loved him too. My last word for this store is just honest, kind and nice , plus pleased customer service.

They have excellent equipment and the check ups are always thorough and professional. Fantastic customer service too! John seems to know all the customers by name and is always super helpful and kind.
Recently my glasses were stolen on a trip and they prepared a new pair for me in less than two days!

p. c.Great optical service with a personal touch, and non pressured shop gives you time to try the classes and they have hospital quality testing. So no trips for deep scanning tests. John in great at customer service offering tea or water, while you wait.
