The Eye Studio has been my optician for over 25 years. A very professional team that always seems to have the latest kit. Last year they guided me through the world of varifocal glasses and more recently the options for multifocal contact lenses. The service was very thorough throughout as well as setting my expectations regarding the limitations of such lens technology.

I have been using Ortho K lenses for nearly 10 years now and they have dramatically improved my life. I now no longer have to wear glasses or daily lenses! I have received great service from The Eye Studio over the years. The lady who has been my optician from day one was brilliant. It was a shame she left however, I'm glad to see her back. :)

I have been going to the Eye Studio for many years. They are not the cheapest but they provide an excellent range of glasses,and, very good eye care and an excellent service If there should prove to be any problems with the glasses. They are always pleasant and approachable and always sort the problems out.It is a very professional set up and I shall continue going there

Generally I receive very good service here, so I was disappointed that, shortly after paying £400 for new varifocal lenses in my Prodesign frames (purchased elsewhere, but a brand stocked by The Eye Studio), I damaged the frames and was unable to obtain a replacement part (an arm). Eye Studio contacted Prodesign, who told them that the model was discontinued and that was that. I didn’t receive much in the way of help, so I have had to go back to my old glasses with an old lens prescription, as I cannot afford to replace the new lenses and frames.

Fantastic service with a smile. Nick, Andy and Ivana will always be able to take care of your optical needs. Most single vision spectacles will be ready inside 1 week and varifocals with be ready inside 2 weeks! Most of the time they have been able to get my contact lenses delivered next day. (You do have to request this and pay a bit extra but it is well worth it!)

Chiswick has many opticians though many of them are chains and I like to support local businesses whenever I can. I was astonished to find that they have been in Chiswick longer than I have. The lovely lady who did my sight test gave me the most professional and thorough test I have ever had. I am sure that they are just as good when it comes to making glasses but in my case they recommended that on this occasion there was no need to change them as they are still working fine. I will be back for certain.

I’ve been coming here 6 years I think. Not cheap but then I chose rimless frames. Always good communication and sorted out quickly. Never grumpy, always a smile and wanting to solve the problem. Happy to write a review. How could I not for the business that deservedly won best independent retailer in Hounslow for 2016. not so sure about the cheesy poster though guys... joking. Myself and my family and practically everyone i know in my street use the Eye Studio. We have been customers, or is it patients? for too long to count now. Its not just the service either, they have supported our PTA with numerous donations over the years and have a real community approach to their business. Long may it continue.
