Very friendly staff and lady optician very nice. And bless the lads in the shop they could see my old glasses knackered do they made me a temp pair from spare frames That’s going above and beyond and it made a horrible day so much better

At first I had some problems with the original order but I've finally got my order corrected and I'm now awaiting the arrival of my new ones The staff where very kind helpful & efficient just over "worked " One thing I would directly to vision express please staff your shops properly Your supposed to be a premium company your pricing reflects this image " so start providing the correct staffing levels or you'll lose customers Without which you have no company.

Most things were really good. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly; the glasses were excellent value and I liked the choice of frames. The only problem was that it was very difficult to get through on the phone. Sometimes even impossible, so I had to actually travel to Tesco in order to ask questions like "Are my glasses ready to be picked up?" A shame about this aspect of the service.

The optician was very good and competent. He examined everything properly. I highly recommended them and the price was very good as well. All the other opticians around the area charge double the price.
