P. S.The staff was friendly and the store looked very clean and organised. Definitely a step up under new management. I saw the lead optometrist and she was very thorough and answered all my queries. I bought new glasses from the range they have recently updated, will definitely be my local optom from now on

However, the experienced of service I received today (08/05/2021) was beyond excellent. From the moment I entered, the warm welcoming and smiling face of Mr Christian Magtibay, and Asma the friendly optician who took good care of me. She was very professional. And not to forget, Nick the Store Manager who’s also was very accommodating.
But the services received from Mr Christian Magtibay was exemplary. As I was in a rush, I had left my iPhone at Home with all the necessary, as I thought I was very late. I only had my wallet, with credit and driving licence. This young man trusted me, he only ask if I can send the proof of Free eye test voucher via their email.
Which, later on I sent it via email, as promised. He’s very knowledgable, impeccable customer service. I was meant to go just for the eye test and not to spend any money, as the eye test was free through AA/AVIVA insurance. However, this nice young man managed to persuade me, with their current great offers, to buy glasses with free prescription lenses for reasonable and good quality prices. He even personally chose the glasses for me.
Christian, thank you so much for the trust and for taking good care of me. Vision Express is lucky to have you and Asma. The experienced and the service you both provided were beyond excellent, impeccable service 5⭐️. Well recommended👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
T. A.Quick in and out appointment for an eye test. In store selection of glasses is fairly limited but to be fair it is a tiny small shop. Disappointed I didn’t get my digital retinal photography as it’s one of the only reasons I normally go to vision express for, felt fairly manual vs other stores.

R. H.I visited Vision Express Clapham Common in December 2018. I booked an eye exam and a contact lens review and was seen by optometrist Greg Budd.
The entire appointment was great. Greg took the time to understand both my eye and contact lens concerns and provided recommendations (and free samples) for new contacts. The appointment ran late and I appreciate the extra time taken.
Additionally, I sat on my glasses and couldn’t re-attach the arms. They were happy to fix them on the spot for free and clean them for me.
They even gave me a discount on the bill!
Highly recommend.
