I have been going to Vision Express at Brent Cross for 10 or more years and have always found them prompt and thorough. I have always been impressed that they acquire all the latest technology to assist with recording eye health but as always it is the human examination that is best.

The frame of my eyeglasses have been broken accidentally 2 weeks ago. Need replacement with eye test and get a new prescription for that. Everything were done professionally, efficiently and received my new eyeglasses today. Staff are friendly. Especially Mathury who is very helpful and advised me what kind of lenses to be chosen and explained the details patiently. She has given me a pleasant experience in choosing my new eyeglasses. Very good customer service.

Great experience, my sister Norah had a lovely experience being served by Harvinder at the Brent Cross branch on Saturday 19th February 2022. Nothing was too much trouble for Harvinder, she helped Norah return a pair that were unsuitable and took her time getting the exact measurements and making sure Norah was happy with her new choice. Ii would recommend the Vision Express store at Brent Cross, it was very efficient and friendly. I had a pair of prescription glasses made by them, At their store in Tesco, I couldn’t get used to them because it was pinching my nose, as I was passing I went into the Brent Cross store to see if they could fix it. Very quickly they explain to me what the problem was, the very nice gentleman said they would replace the glasses, with his help I chose a pair that fitted properly and all this was done within half an hour. Had my eye test done last week, young lady was very nice and professional and had patience as I always find these tests a bit trying. Had no success to improve my vision and was also told I have first signs of cataracts but not bad enough to operate at this stage. I am not happy with my vision as I see halos above the subjects. I attended Vision Express Brent Cross last Saturday and wanted to post a review to say what an excellent service I received. I had been using private opticians for many years and decided to use a chain and Vision Express was recommended. I was attended to by Fatima Jagani, Riya and Asger. They were so helpful and professional. As we are in the midst of a pandemic I had anticipate having a long wait to be seen in store. However, the branch was so smoothly managed and all the staff so courteous and mindful of social distancing etc. There was a reassuring air of the store of it being managed efficiently by this team. This is now my go-to-branch of VisionExpress even though I live in Central London! Ms Jagani and her team are worth the extra journey for this excellent service. Highly recommended.

The best optician service we have ever experienced. We was always followed up by the same man that was extremely helpful, explained everything in details with the lenses, and was really thorough with checking and getting the right lenses for us. The costumer service on the phone was great as well, we always got great help example when she dropped the monthly lenses and they ordered a new one, or if we had to reschedule an appointment. I will only go to vision express at Brent Cross from now on.

I was greeted at the door by a friendly member of staff, my name noted and I was invited to take a seat. I was then invited straight in to a consultation room where the first set of tests were taken. Once more I took a seat outside and within a couple of minutes I was invited into another consultation room by Shabnam who was very good at her job. She sanitised her apparatus and explained everything thoroughly. She patiently switched between the lenses several times to give me an opportunity to accurately record my experience of each. Shabnam then quickly and efficiently typed up all her notes whilst ensuing that I was comfortable and sympathetically provided me with my results along with my short-term and long-term prognosis. Shabnam then introduced me to her lovely colleague who patiently helped me choose my first set of glasses. All in all I received a first class service. Well done Vision Express Brent Cross London!

Full credit to them! Decent and mega trustworthy!! They kept their word to the letter! They took weeks and weeks to deliver my order. It took so long they actually gave up and refunded me but promising that they would still honour my order. I assumed that that would be the last I heard from them. However, to my utter surprise, they kept their promise and many weeks later, I actually received my glasses. Although they were being let down by broken promise after broken promise by their manufacturing department, I have to say that they were always extremely helpful and took ownership of the issue. Although they were unable to control the actual delivery date of the order (supposedly something about my glasses being difficult to cut), but they were always exceptionally polite and honest. This was previously a negative review, but their honesty and true customer service has shone through.

One of the best places to get glasses. The staff helped me very well. They help get and eyes test and pick up a pair of designer Ray-Bans. They set me up with the glasses the same day. Had a horrible time with the tech at vision express. Was very rude and out of order and told me ' go somewhere else if not happy '. The reason I have given 5* is because the manager named Denis was exceptional. He dealt with my matter seriously and helped solve my issue . Very impressed !!! Great service from him. Moreover, the optom I had on the day 'Fathima' was a very competent and an indeed a exceptional proffessional. She provide a great service.
