Fantastic optician! I went after breaking my glasses and they were able to sort me out with a new frame and fit my old lenses as I waited. Very professional service. They even fixed my broken sun glasses free of charge! Would highly recommend

EXCELLENT SERVICE! First time i came to this opticians with my children and the staff were so nice and friendly. They explained everything in detail what the tests are about and i felt satisfied. They even measure and help to choose which glasses suits best. I wasn’t talked in to buying anything extra what wasn’t needed like other opticians i have been to. The place was very nice and clean and would highly recommend and give their service more than 5 stars!

I would highly recommend this opticians. It was my sons first ever sight test and the staff had made him feel at ease. The Optometrist and the staff were so polite and helpful and had explained exactly what they were doing each step of the way, which made my son enjoy his experience. I strongly feel that the service was excellent and couldn't be faulted. I had travelled over 100 miles to visit this optician and i can honestly say that i would do it again.

I would HIGHLY recommend this opticians because the staff were soo kind and friendly. This was my first time coming here and all i can say is that the staff really do take care of their customers and make them feel comfortable during the examination process. They go through the tests in detail, allowing you to understand exactly what the tests are about. They also do not recommend you glasses if you do not need them like other opticians, where they give you glasses unnecessarily so you pay them extra money. If you are unsure whether to switch your regular opticians for this opticians then i suggest you go for it! That is exactly what i done. You will not be disappointed.

Bottom line: this place is really excellent. Fantastic, friendly service from all the staff, truly excellent communication, great equipment and knowledge. In short, everything you want in an opticians and more. I had been going to Specsavers for years and basically, I SHOULDN'T have gone to Specsavers. The service here is so much more professional, personal and thorough. They have thought of everything and interact with their customers so well - listening to what they need and helping them to the best of their ability. Hats off to you. I feel lucky to have you as our local opticians and would never take my business elsewhere.

Went to visionwise for the first time through a recommendation, when entered in the practice was welcomed and greeted by the stuff, full covid measures were taken place through out my visit. The eye test was done thoroughly and professional with an added O.C.T feature which I paid for gave me an in depth analysis of my eye. I also bought two pairs of glasses from there Boot and Bruce hand made range which I absoloulty love and didn't take very long to be made, surly will be coming back for there upcoming sunglasses range. I would definitely recommend visionwise👍👍👍

I vent for an eye check today. Everything (including OCT scan) lasted about an hour. They find my eyes are too dry and also gave me treatment for my problem so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy. Very helpful and professional! Thanks

Been coming here from childhood into my adult life. My sister and parents also come to this opticians. It was my first experience with the change of the new management. Maybe it is that we are used to things done a certain way but my sister and I both agree that they have become a lot more like a commercial chain rather than a small boutique Mr Amin was known for. It seems like you’re pushed into buying quite a bit, which can make others feel uncomfortable saying no to. The appointment itself was done a lot quicker than it would have been with Mr Amin who was very thorough. My family have a history of poor eyesight and I wish they would have checked their files prior to help a bit better understand my own concerns. Overall, I have been going here for years and will continue to do so simply because they have all of my records but I wish it was a little less “salesy” and bit more wholesome like it was previously.

BEST SERVICE!!!! I have keratoconus and I need a special type of contact lens which can be only sourced by the NHS, however the staff at Visionwise Opticians were kind enough to find a manufacturer who made this special lens! I was able to see again with their help and I cannot thank them enough. Definitely would recommend if you have been discharged by the NHS or need an alternative!

The shop looks really nice and the workers there are nice and polite . They made sure that they throughly cleaned all the machines and frames after each patient. I couldn’t find any nice frames in other opticians but finally found the one I was looking for here . Can’t wait to pick them up :D

I have been a patient of Amin Opticians for about ten years. I visited for my eye test this week and the new management are extremely professional. Humayra, the optician is very thorough she did a comprehensive eye test and gave me some good advise. The receptionist called Su is very friendly and helped me choose from the wide range of frames including some very nice designer styles which weren't available previously. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I was well taken care of by everyone. I can highly recommend Amin Opticians for outstanding service and care.

It is a nice little shop with good selection and good opticians. Bonus: they are VSP recognized. However, I had a misfortunate time receiving my glasses (astigmatic and transition) on time. It took them 12 working days to produce a pair when I've had other shops produce the same prescription (without transition) in 2-3 working days. I was buying this glasses after losing the only pair I had and would have preferred if they built the right time-expectations from the start. If I knew, I would have gladly ordered non transition lenses for the sake of speed.
