G. Q.I have been living in Southfields for just over a year now. And now in search of a new opticians. I am extremely grateful to have found a new place. The store is all well kept, clean + tidy. The selection of glasses are great - top brands which is amazing to have! But most importantly, are the staff! the moment i had entered i was greeted with smiles and small chat which was nice. The amount of knowledge the colleagues shared to me was great, i have learnt a lot about lenses than one could imagine. I had an issue with my current pair of glasses which unfortunately made me feel dizzy and nauesous. So i informed them about this, and they quickly found the problem with my current pair and adjusted it accordingly! Very happy and satisfied with the outcome. If you are looking for a great, supportive, friendly opticians then Wheeler & Kirk are the ones! See you again!
K. G.I have been a continuous glasses wearer for 40 years and have previously tried most of the big chains. Have been at Wheeler & Kirk in Southfields for 4 years and they are far and away the best of all the opticians that I have used. You may end up paying a bit more for your glasses but you get much more care and attention to make sure the glasses exactly meet your prescription, are properly fitted and suit your needs. After purchase service is fantastic with simple repairs that can be done in house free of charge.
M. S.Fantastic service!! I went for a Contact Lens fitting and remarked that I had slightly blurred vision in one eye which only started a few days ago. After intense examinations 'Maureen' discovered that I had a Bleeding torn retinal vein. Immediately she wrote a letter and advised me to go straight to St. Georges 'Eye A&E'. It was confirmed that I have this condition and am receiving treatment. Excellent advice and thank you so much 'Wheeler and Kirk.......even the eye specialist at the Hospital praised Maureen for her swift action. Brilliant.
