E. B.Fantastic service from Heaton Park Specsavers. I never manage to find glasses and popped in on the off chance of getting some. Kylie served me and helped me find not one but two pairs of beautiful Karen Millen glasses. She knew her stuff and I was in and out within ten minutes! Faultless service and one very happy customer!
F. Z.Always go to heaton Park branch for the eye tests and specs. Always a good experience with helpful and experienced staff. This particular time staff named Olivia was exceptionally good, helpful, polite, and full of patience with my demanding child. She was calm and professional when dealing and did not rush him to make a choice for the specs and allowed him time to make a decision on the frame. She made the whole experience easy for me by helping in choosing the frame with my son.

One point to make now as restrictions are lifted regarding mask wearing, the staff should be able to choose whether to wear one or not. As be nice to see their smiling faces.

b.I came in to get contact lenses for the first time. The staff were great throughout. It took me two teaches to get them in but I was able to do it with the lovely support and encouragement from Amarra and Zoe. Amarra was particularly great - so patient, kind and supportive. I can't thank her enough!
