B. S.I would highly recommend Optical Express for an eye exam. After having a negative experience at a different opticians I came to Optical Express as it was recommended by a family member, I was not disappointed! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The optician was so thorough making sure everything was OK with my eyes after the complications with the previous optician. They definitely deserve the 5 stars! Thank you for being so lovely! 😊

C. C.I cannot fault Optical Express, Norwich! I went for a consultation in February to see if i was eligible for eye surgery and was given all the information I needed to make my decision. I left the appointment with a date for lens replacement surgery 6 weeks later. I had this in Chelmsford and my follow up appointment in Norwich. All the staff were fantastic and I was seen straight away. I will be having all of my eye check-ups with Optical Express Norwich in the future.

Visited Caroline in the Norwich Store, seen by orthoptist Hamish. Fabulous information and answered my many questions. Taking time and treating with respect and kindness. 2 weeks later had my Lens replacement surgery in Chelmsford with Professor Jan. Amazing care from Andress. All staff professional, kind and put me at ease.
Next day my vision is incredible. Great follow up care.
Only regret is that I have not done it sooner.

No one prepares you for how your eyesight will be. Mine is better than 20/20, no longer having a stigmatism.

B.Visited Optical Express Norwich for an eye test, was seen by an extremely capable young optician called Priya - she carried out a very detailed examination of my eye health and found out that I had a long-standing eye infection that had been missed at another chain of opticians - Thanks Priya!!
I then had the normal eye test - again very thorough - very happy with the whole experience.

W.Optical express is not my usual opticians, but wanted a second opinion about a recent eye test I had, was recommended Optical express and I cannot recommend them enough, all the staff are so helpful and friendly! I had a thorough eye scan and test, everything was explained to me extremely well, I understood everything and came away feeling relieved, I would definitely use Optical express as my opticians from now on, cannot fault them at all!
I. M.Came in as my glasses were wobbly due to the screws being loose. A lovely lady fixed them within a couple of minutes, all for free, even though I didn’t get the glasses from them. A short but great experience :)
