T. B.Took my 88 year old Father for his appointment. The staff were so fantastic with him. Everyone we dealt with were helpful and very patient with him. Never once rushed him; the whole experience took over 2 hours but this was due to my Father asking SO many questions! We had quite a laugh with the staff and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!!
A.I had a eye test and purchased some glasses here. I found the process of getting my eyes tested excellent, very prompt eye assessments and exam.
All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional.
The reason for the loss of a star is because when I rang the call centre spec savers have the guy I spoke to was rude, awkward and being very difficult.
All was resolved quickly and with no problem in store.

C. H.I was in Sainsburys and thought I would get my specs sorting out as they were loose and wonky. Store was very busy at the time and the lady on reception said there could be quite a wait as everyone was with someone, the manager happened to be Walking out at the time he explained he was about to take his break so he would get them sorted for me before he went.
Ive never used specsavers but thanks to this gesture I'll come to the store in future.
