L. M.I had new glasses with these guys and amazing service. Today Saturday 20th I had a problem with the frame and it needed repairing. I popped in and a tall young lady curly hair served me, I didn't catch her name. Outstanding service, I was really worried I'd have to buy another frame. It was in warranty and with 10 minutes she had replaced them, no quibbles. Yes people there is still good customer service out there. Strongly recommend this branch great attitudes from everyone.

M. R.Although o have arrived slightly earlier I was welcomed to come in and very happy the covid rules were in place and respected strictly including the social distancing and masks on at all times.
The testing was easy and straightforward after these wonderful ladies told me what to do. Liz has reassured me and explained at all times about my situation and with her knowledge and wisdom words calmed down my demons 😅
I am very happy with the service received and the patience shown when I tried on the glasses (I am let's say picky on what I choose to spend on)
