R. T.A VERY pleasant experience. The optical assistants were both professional and charming, with great product knowledge. They were sensitive to my disability when directing me to examination rooms, and found me the best deals for two really stylish frames. The optician gave me the best examination I've had in a very long time, explaining everything thoroughly and putting me at ease.
A special mention about Holly, Meg and Jo, who made the experience top class throughout and are clearly assets to the company.

She gave me total confidence. She is dedicated to her job.I have also heard through other social connection's that she is highly recommended.
d. w.I visited vision express Barnet with my mum who is in a wheelchair. Minimal wait time for booked appointment. Was seen by multiple staff. All very courteous, polite, professional and prompt. Very thorough. My mums in a wheelchair she was made to feel very welcome. There's a 10 day wait for specs. My mum was disappointed by the wait time.

I had an eye infection when i had my appointment and also sought their advice which was given with great insight. Sadly until my eye infection is cleared, i cant get an accurate test done for my new glasses but i will ve back asap. A great and nice team.
J. L.Absolutely fantastic service I could not recommend them highly enough. Every single member of staff were amazing , professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful . I got two pairs of glasses one with anti reflective lenses for driving for just over £106.00 😃😃oh and did I mention they are also being delivered to my house . Give them a go for your eye test and glasses 👍👍
S. E.My mum and I both saw a lovely optician called Ricky. He gave my 81 year old mum amazing attention, made her laugh and feel really special. My mum has Alzheimer's and is very frail so this was marvellous of him. My experience was just as positive with him giving me contact lenses to wear to help me choose new glasses. It was excellent attention and service. I had a lovely lady help me to choose my glasses too. A very good experience indeed.

Full discussion about results and clarified several aspects of the findings - clear and concise.
I did not purchase new glasses on the day but will return on Tuesday, this was solely due to family issues.

C. T.The whole team were absolutely amazing!. It was the best opticians visit I have ever had. My eye examination was extremely thorough. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel at ease. I hate choosing glasses as I always feel they make me look ridiculous. On this occasion, I had no family with me to give me their opinion. The assistant stepped in ( I think her name was Lynn?) and made me feel so comfortable. Her honesty and guidance with frame colour, shape and size was very much appreciated. Such a lovely lady. Massive thank you to her and the whole of team Southport, Kew!! 🥰
