Z. S.I've never used Boots opticians, but decided to use them after such poor service from the other well known Vision E. & Spec S.
Amazing customer service. The optician that examined me was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The lady, Helen, that then saw to the glasses etc was great. Knew exactly what she was doing and she did it very very well. I couldn't be happier with the service I got today. Will never go anywhere else.

R. G.Met some lovely helpful ladies when i went in last Sunday to order some prescription sunglasses. They had more customers than they could handle and were always cheerful and nice to deal with. I asked them to give me a call when the glasses were ready. And true to there word they called me today. A week earlier than expected to say they were ready. Great staff, very professional and thank you. I just have to find the time to go and collect them from these friendly, helpful young ladies!
