Visited Audiology on Wednesday for hearing test. Fantastic service even managed to fit me in for a hearing aid fitting on the same day. Very helpful and great product knowledge to help you choose the right aid for you. I love these aids so much better than the NHS one I have and already seeing a positive impact to my life. I use Specsavers Serpentine Green for years but never felt like leaving a review. This time round I've noticed that the service has improved. The staff is very polite and attentive. Had my test and a new prescription. I've opted for reaction lenses but after a week of wearing them decided they were not for me. I went back and returned them without a problem swapping for a normal pair and sunglasses. Kirsty was super helpful and also asked for a second opinion from Aimee, to make sure that everything is well fitted. Kirsty calculated the best option money wise and applied some discounts which I wasn't aware of. She also explained the differences in lenses very well. I'm very pleased with my glasses - both pairs but sunglasses are just fantastic, I could wear them all day - indoors and outdoors :-) Thank you!

Its ok, could do with bigger seating area for how busy it gets, or get the staff to stop chatting about the weekend. Each time ive been there is always a lot of people stood up, as there are no seats left. Staff are polite and friendly, but nit all but some do stand down by the end of the corridor talking a lot. On my last visit i had a few tests so was there for over an hour, and there was a group of 3 that kept going to chat down there. (Non work related) then would walk back to the waiting room, call a client, then take them into the little room cubby, first on your left.

When I had my eye test and chose my new glasses, I was helped by Kirsty in the Hampton store in Peterborough. She was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and important. A really lovely visit. I then went to collect my glasses after two weeks and saw a lovely lady called Lyn. She also went out of her way to help me and make me feel an important person. I can’t recommend this store any more highly than a five star experience. They are both a real credit to the company. I can’t remember the name of my optician but she was very pleasant and really thorough, explaining everything so I could understand and answered my questions so that I could understand the replies instead of giving me loads of official wording. I am recommending this store to all my family, friends and acquaintances. These ladies are wonderful. Thank you.

Really respectful and professional approach when it comes to my daughter's care. She needed new glasses which cost (a change to her prescription which was not mentioned on initial visit) however apon receiving her new glasses a week later i was informed there was a slight change and slight changes don't come into account for a voucher so the only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to A: not originally being informed of a slight prescription change when we only went in to pick out a new pair of frames on our first visit and B: how big of a "change" is it for you to receive your kids new glasses for free? This was not clearly stated when questioned (as I realised I didn't have to pay surely?) only that it just "wasn't big enough"... yet it was a change. Its in her notes. My daughter does love her frames so no complaints her end. I just wish it hadn't cost me £45. Still a great place to get your eye tests etc...and staff are thorough. Just on this occasion, a bit of an annoying blip and feel a bit robbed being charged. Kids should be free regardless.

Very friendly, and adjusted well to COVID you can still be left waiting a while though for glass frame fittings. Always good here though and appreciate the new advanced eye test. Recently joined the contact lens scheme, really happy I have as it’s a very good deal getting 1/2 glasses including lens treatments and a free eye test and contact lens consultation yearly!

My completed review is to follow. The initial consultation and member of staff were fine. The issue is with the after care. Specsavers, if you read this make contact with the lady with the fresnell stick on lenses 110121 1805hrs Edit 250121 A phone call happened. The result is encouraging. Roll next thursday evening. Thank you. All sorted. Sometimes you may need to be ontop of the situation so things don't slip.

Excellent, patient service from Angela at Hampton My son needed prescription swim goggles and Angela ensured the fit was perfect by changing and ordering different parts on the goggles to fit his face as they initially not comfortable. I have in past had eye infection and referred immediately to hospital for successful daily treatment for a week. Telephone consultation during covid was also very good. Overall very impressed with Specsavers Hampton Peterborough.

Having bent the arm on my glasses very badly, I desperately needed them fixed as I was going away. The reception team fitted me in and said it wouldn't be a long wait. After a short while, a gentleman looked at them and said he would see what he could do. He came back with my glasses all fixed, much to my relief and more than I genuinely expected. Thanks to specsavers Peterborough. Really great service.

The store has got the best customer service ive seen in years.. Staff so helpful . The only thing i can be negative about is the range in style for mens glasses.. I would like to see something a little different to the general range. The designer range is very limited and look all the same... Its a shame as this is a great store. Location is good if you go shopping often.. I look forward too see 2020 offer a better range in styles for men and women..

Great customer service. I used to go to my family opticians in the city centre and pay 500 for new glasses with every visit. My friend told me to try specsavers. 2 lots of glasses for less than 100 + no paying for parking.... result! Will defo go again. It was very busy but the staff kept me updated every step of the way and I was impressed on how they dealt with so many customers and still gave me the service I'd got in my old place. Bought varifocals - I can only see distance with, first person I saw suggested I spend even more money on occupational glasses, second checked glasses and said lenses were correct. Then a lens fell out, which they did fix. I just thought they would offer a re-test at first! 3.1.19 just visited again today as a lens fell out again, and Angela was extremely helpful. Getting replacement glasses and she measured both glasses and myself to ensure lens is in correct place, was very thorough. Am much happier with service now

Acceptable opticians with a good range of frames. Friendly opticians who explain every test very well. Very long wait to get final tests and frames though. Over an hour. I think they just weren't enough staff on.

I brought my disabled mum here for an eye test and was very pleased with the professional manner in which staff members Asma and Craig handled things. Asma was very polite and courteous in diagnosing early stage cataracts and blepharitis and Craig helped us choose a pair of frames and was very helpful in handling a situation in which we paid for an eye mask but forgot to take it home with us. (he gave me one off the shelf when I returned explaining the situation).
