Struggled to find anyone who could help my Dad who is suffering with pretty bad dementia. The mainstream players just want to sell you the equipment and send it in the post. So incredibly fortunate to have been put in touch with Lee. He truly cares about what he does and clearly cares more about the patient than profits. The look on my Dad's face when Lee flicked the on switch was quite remarkable. The aftercare provided by Lee and his team is so wonderfully comforting.

Made an appointment this morning , Pete found the problem quickly , and easily removed the wax with the latest equipment it was fast and painless done in a professional way . , its made a tremendous difference to my hearing for the sake of a few minutes .. no more trying to lip read when I am out with friends . I had a home visit in Cornwall. Peter was , as always, on time extremely pleasant and helpful. Ho took time to set up and fit my new hearing aids. He explained all about them, how to fit them, maintain them and clean them. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. The service is excellent. Six months on I am writing, perhaps, the more important aspect of a review. The after service. This is the most vital part because it’s not just a matter of a quick fitting. Peter has now been out to see me six times. He never makes me feel a nuisance and is always totally supportive. I have had problems with varying hearing levels, a faulty receiver and the need of different sized ear moulds. As I expect to use these aids for about four or five years this type of service is invaluable. The money spent is worth every penny, my previous suppliers literally being fit, thank you and goodbye.

I recently had a home visit from Pete to have wax removal. I had to change my appointment time on the day and this was changed with no issues. When Pete arrived, I advised him that I was nervous and he explained everything he was going to do, putting me completely at ease. The process was completely painless and has made such a difference to my hearing since!! I needed them to come back for a second appointment and they only charge you the one time cost. Peter came to my parents house to suction my mums ears. When arriving dad mentioned he had issues as well so Peter found the time to clear both their ears on the same visit. Very prompt efficient and friendly service that I would certainly recommend and use again.

My elderly disabled mother had been 100pc deaf for 10 days, and her hearing had been slowly getting worse over many months. I tried the NHS, but they don't do home visits for wax removal, even for wheelchair bound patients, and quoted me over 2 weeks for an appointment. Hmmm.... A quick call to Moor Hearing, who were very sympathetic and helpful, and a visit was arranged within a week. The visit took place as agreed, and a really nice chap called Lee ensured Mum's hearing was quickly back to normal. Thoroughly professional and persevering in his work, I would 100 per cent recommend the company, and for a small amount of money, totally worth going private. Next appointment is for Dad - with a very good discount!!

Amazing service. Came around to my house within 24hrs of my enquiry and cleared a significant blocked ear in about 10 mins when my GP surgery weren't even going to see me for 3 weeks when I had terrible ear ache, headache and sore throat. I love the NHS and would never choose to go private normally but so glad I did on this occasion and will again in the future. Personable, friendly and highly professional service at a really fair price...would totally recommend.

I cannot thank Lee from Moor Hearing enough for the wonderful service he has provided from my first contact. My elderly Mum was very frail after an operation and housebound. Lee came to her home and successfully cleared her very narrow ear canals in one visit using Microsuction.This was so much better than her past experiences of syringing at her GP surgery. Mum’s hearing has deteriorated over the last few years and Lee gave her a hearing test and supplied her with hearing aids. This has made an enormous difference to my Mum, she is hearing very well now and is delighted. Nothing has been too much trouble and Lee has made follow up visits at no extra charge to ensure she is totally happy with them. The cost was extremely competitive and the customer service first class. I would thoroughly recommend him and am so pleased to have found someone so efficient, knowledgeable polite and trustworthy.

After 8 weeks of hearing loss due to blocked ears I was very fortunate to find Moor Hearing. Lee visited me at home and I can only describe his treatment and care as exemplary - 5 stars is not enough! Lee explained every step of the treatment and showed me photos of the inside of my ears. My right ear was extremely impacted with wax right across the ear drum so I had no hearing in that ear at all. After treatment by Lee my hearing is fully restored and the relief is incredible both to me and my husband who no longer has to repeat everything or have the television on high volume!
