I had the pleasure of being served by Filipa F at the watford branch.I had come in with some Raybans sunglasses to have long distance prescription lenses put it. Filipa was fast, friendly, professional and the perfect sales lady one could ask for. Absolute credit to Vision Express :)

Popped in To get help with a set of broken glasses and was just reminded why I love vision express… greeted by Rhys who also helped fix my glasses… he was very helpful and efficient… had just made my day and life a little better thanks

Had an eye test done but didn’t come out feeling like I completely understood why I needed glasses and what I needed to use them for (I’ve never worn glasses before) I decided to go back and Fatima who served me was so helpful with explaining why I needed them and when to use them. Had a bad experience with the service at this location. I know they are busy and only have a few people working, but should put a bit more effort in providing an adequate attention. Remember that the products are almost the same between opticians, the service is the main deal. Maybe I went in a bad time, but I won't be using this chain again.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team who helped me choose my glasses on 29th May! Joshva J in particular was immediately approachable friendly and knowledgeable, I felt really comfortable speaking with him about what I liked and what I needed. I managed to get a very quick appt. as I was worried about floaters in my right eye. Ms. P Shah was amazing, putting my mind at rest with thorough tests, drops etc. Very friendly staff, very professional. I have been going to Vision Express for many years, will be making a new appt. in two weeks!!

Very helpful staff giving advice on buying new frames and lenses. No quibble returns on new spec's if you are not happy with them for any reason. Excellent service, and would highly recommend Vision Express.

Having been turned away at Specsavers and been told there were no appointments to look at their glasses I didn’t hold high expectations for Vision Express. However I was greeted, invited in, and the lady spent lots of time with me helping me choose some frames for my first varifocals. She picked a frame that I would never have selected and it looked really nice. Over an hour later and I’ve ordered my new glasses. Great service thank you

Went during lockdown for the first time and I was really nervous. I had no need to be. Nick, who first spoke to me, put me completely at ease. He had an apron, mask and gloves on. He cleaned everything that I went near and was very reassuring. My actual test was done by a really friendly lady (cant remember her name). After the test I was served by Nick again, he helped me choose my glasses.

Due to a previous experience I was reluctant to return to vision express, I really needn't have worried, the service and attention I received was second to none, there was no pressure and nothing left to chance or unexplained, The products and their purpose explained along with the costs and time lines, I was served by Fatima who not once looked at her watch and gave me the impression that time didn't matter and was not flustered by anything, my questions, other staff or the computer and software, basically she was a pleasure to business with, lucky me, lucky Vision Express! Have never had a better experience at the optician before. Dr Kush was very thorough and helpful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming also. This whole time I thought I was wearing the best type of lenses for me but I was wrong. I had my lenses ordered on Saturday evening and by Monday they were delivered to me! Ive never had such prompt and efficient service. Will not go to another optician again.

Had an eyetest with Kush today. Can honestly say it was the best optician experience I've had. He was lovely to speak to prior to the test, then during the test he was efficient and thorough in making sure I was happy with my new prescription. Didn't feel at all pressured when choosing my new frames as was given plenty of time to look round the ample number of frames in store. Overall really happy with my experience and will be coming again for my future eye needs.

I had an eye test 27th June and was a bit anxious as to how this would work due to Covid. I made my apt online and was called to explain how the apt would work. I had to bring a mask and as soon as I arrived they asked me to put my mask on and use the hand sanitizer, they had this all around the shop floor. I then was taken to have pictures done of my eyes etc and everything was wiped down informs of me and everyone had on masks. When I was seen by Dr Shah she asked me to sit in the chair in the corner of the room whist we went through the general questions so that we could maintain social distancing. She had on a visor, mask, apron and gloves. I then sat in the chair and she offered to wipe everything down in front of me. Once my apt was over I decided on a new pair of glasses and honestly it was such and easy experience it always is there but due to fines being different I didn’t know what to expect. Every pair you try on they stick in a tray to take to wash before they are out back on the shop floor. Everyone again has on masks. As always they are never pushy with sales and are very honest with how glasses look. I tried on a pair of ray bans that I loved but they didn’t look the best and I was told that which I truly appreciate... I then tried on a cheaper pair and they looked great! The reason I use them they provide such a great service and I never feel forced to buy anything. It’s a great experience and I never write reviews but the way they have handled the current situation I came out and felt great! No worries at all!

I visited the Watford branch and was very impressed with the service there. The Manager, Hament was extremely helpful in supporting with selecting sunglasses, he was very knowledgable. I have been back a few times to have my sunglasses adjusted and although the store has been busy, the staff have always been polite and helpful. They always acknowledge you even when they are serving other customers and you are made to feel welcome and valued as a customer.

Vision Express will always be my favourite opticians, they found that I had an issue that required medical attention 5 years ago and ever since continue to do their up most best to ensure my eyes are looked after.
