My first visit to Vision Factory was excellent. They have good COVID procedures in place. The staff are all so friendly and professional. Best of all, they could add new lenses to my existing frames (which I love and had no desire to send to landfill). Had my eyes tested on the Monday, I dropped my frames off on the Friday, collected them an hour later. Great service and very good value.

This is a brand new shop in Worcester. Neil gave me expert advice, you can tell he knows about the lenses. The way he talked about the lenses first and then the frames you feel he wants to do the best for you vision not just selling you frames... I have told all my friends that this is a great new opticians and hope this and the many other great reviews that will hit the site will grow its popularity... it is a go to place when anybody need good independent advice for their lenses, frames and glasses And the price for the product is very competitive ! I can't recommend The Vision Factory enough! The service I received was second to none. The Vision Factory is not like your ordinary opticians; modern, great range of glasses and sunglasses and no pushy sales people. Neil was fantastic, I told exactly what I was after and he managed to get for me at a price that was considerably cheaper than anywhere else I had been. I can't see why you would want to go anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and more importantly I trust them! Thanks folks!

This is a brand new place in 2018 in Worcester. In fact so new I called in before it's official opening in March. I just happened to find it by Google whilst they were building their website. Despite that I was met with friendly, welcoming service when they clearly were not ready for customers. The service that I received was exceptional. Neil gave me expert advice and I found a great frame that I really liked and he even adjusted my prescription Varifocal lens to give me a larger reading area which is just what I wanted. You can really tell the difference between someone who knows what they're talking about versus the untrained salesperson you often get elsewhere. The glasses were ready in a week and were great quality at a competitive price and had all the bells and whistles that other places charge you extra for even with a case, cleaning cloth and fluid. You can tell by the length of this review that I'm a fan and I'm writing it as I really hope they get the success they deserve for a new business and I want to go back there for my next pair!

At last !! I've found a great new opticians shop in Worcester. They where welcoming and received excellent expert advice and service with free parking. I ordered a pair of Bi-focal glasses and also a pair of Sunglasses. Less than a week they contacted me to say they are ready for collection and after the fitting I was overjoyed. Excellent product, great service and very affordable, I will be ordering another pair shortly.

The Vision Factory - its name is a little misleading as the minute you start to talk to Neil you realise his wealth of knowledge and expertise coupled with true customer focus is exceptional. I wanted my new varifocal lenses to have a greater reading area and a reduced middle distance as I use them mainly for driving. For the “high street” outlets this seemed to be impossible, for Neil it was something he completely understood and his explanation of how the lenses would be made was easy to understand. Then the bonus arrived, the cost was lower than the high street brands. So I bought a pair specifically for use when using my computer. Well why wouldn’t you?

A new name to me, I decided to visit to get some replacement glasses. Heidi was very helpful, no pressure, and we came up with something that suited me and my pocket! One week later I received a call that my new glasses were in, I popped in and collected them, a slight adjustment and they were perfect. I visited the Vision Factory Opticians recently and the staff were extremely helpful. One of the temples on my glasses had become detached from the frame and Neil very kindly reattached it with a tiny screw. He was quick and very efficient and I'm very grateful as it saved me going into the city centre. I will definitely be returning.
