The Cambria is located right on the seafront. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises from your window. The rooms are a good size and all the communal facilities are in good order. The staff are fantastic, always helpful, kind, courteous and understanding. The corridors and hallways are regularly cleaned and hoovered so the place always looks neat and tidy. A great place to meet people from all walks of life. Cannot fault this place. It is very quiet and safe to live in. It is spread over a few floors, you can take the stairs and marvel at the beautiful staircase or if you fancy an easier alternative to get to where you need to be you can always use the very handy elevator. I have personally met a lot of really nice interesting people living here and made a couple of new friends. It has a welcoming feel and everyone seems to get along. Brilliant place to live.

It is the best place for students or professionals in Aber. The Cambria is located on the seafront so you have the most beautiful view of the sea and/or the hill. The staff is helpful and friendly. I spent there with my partner almost 2 years. I recommend their rooms for everyboday even if only in short term.

Truly great place to live. The staff is amazing and very understandable. You can even get some treats for Halloween! The time response is quick every time, location is amazing and prices are so affordable. I definitely recommend.

The location is good, great, beautiful views from the windows. The people in the reception desk quite nice. But the place is not very clean, especially the bathrooms which are suppose to be cleaned by cleaning ladies from Cambria. What is more I wasn't feeling safe there at all. The tenants have keys but to be honest anyone can enter the building whenever he wants. A few times I met strange people on the corridors who were definitely not from the Cambria. The building is in surprisingly nice shape considering it's over 100 years old but the elevator doesn't work or breaks down very often, the same thing with ovens in the kitchen on the C floor. Overall not a bad place to live on the first year at uni but read the tenancy agreement carefully because it's not flexible at all.

After fifteen years I’m still at The Cambria so it can’t be too bad 😊
Honestly though, with the management and whole team who are in charge now and keeping an eye on us, things are better than ever.
Really happy.

I rent a room with them which I use for teaching guitar—they're very reasonably priced and it's been an overall good experience renting from them..

Nice rooms with all bils included and the price isn't too scary either. The only problem you can have with this place is the lack of privacy.
