Obviously a reflection of the manager, We use the cinema every week on different nights for our groups and have done for many years and the reason we keep going back is because we are always welcomed and nothing is ever a problem for the staff if we ever come across a problem. So a BIG THANK YOU!!! To the manager and all the staff from all of us at Caring Breaks you all really do make our cinema visit an enjoyable evening. We also appreciate it a lot 😁😁

p. l.Excellent,friendly attentive staff, I took ill and a member of staff ran to give my his own bottle of water and helped me, always clean , and usually deal with the riff raff appropriately. They provide an autistic service too which is brill!

M. O.Very handy in all respects. Easyw safe free covered parking. Straight into the shopping centre and up to the cinema. Loads of screens and all current movies to hand. Yep, a pretty good and simple experience.
M. G.Went to see the Captain Marvel movie. The cinema was very busy, especially around the popcorn counter, but the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful which made it a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use again and can't recommend it enough. 👍
A. C. M.Just like a theatre; no other way to describe it. Tickets are very cheap and because it is located in a shopping centre, lots of accessibilities too. A few problems about Omniplex theatre is the snacks; way too expensive. For a large popcorn I had to pay £5. I went to the nearby shop and saw large popcorn, maybe bigger for just 50p. They also should allow people to being their own snacks in as well. However, over all experience is good.
M. B.Love the Kennedy centre Omniplex, it's not that far from my home so it's ideal. The rooms are always clean & warm, the staff are always polite & the drinks are always cold. Me my wife & kid would always use the cinema deal they have with 26 West it's such a great deal, out for something eat then a good movie. The only reason for dropping a star is entirely based on the poor cinema food, no fault of the staff's as its beyond their control, it's just not that appetizing is all, would get 5 stars if they had a decent hot nuts machine & better quality hot nuts. The pre pack nachos with pre pack cheese under a lamp/light just doesn't cut it, they arn't even warm when you get them & there's slim options for other types of crisps. I would happily drive past one cinema to go to another just for better cinema food. Its half the reason im there in the first place lol. Assigned seating is also downer, I understand why it's in place, i just don't like it.
c. m.Booked in advance. Able to go through to our seats. Comfortable and relaxing day, we went on a Tuesday £4 per person. Great value, great day.
S. K.Brilliant wat makes it great is B&M n poundland r down stairs for sweeties lol for the movie. Free n easy parking even tho Lisburn is more comfortable n bigger its not as good, it can be hard to find a parking spot n there ain't no shops beside the cinema.

D. S. (. D. M.Well run cinema based in the popular Kennedy Centre. Plenty of choice for places to go for a bite before or after movie. You can book tickets online and choose seats which is handy.
J.Screen 2 projector room needs more soundproofing.
The sound of fans is very distracting if you're in the upper seats beside the room.

P. S.Staff are quite grumpy, seating is comfortable, the shop can do a whole lot better, selection is quite poor , and expensive ( as cinemas tend to be. )
