Massage from heaven. Great team. Friendly, down to earth and professional. Finished with lunch in the Cocktail bar. Hydrotherapy experience is great, especially if you're lucky enough to get it to yourself.

Experience was amazing from start to finish. Treated my mum for a spa day for mothers day..the welcoming spa receptionist showed us around and to our lockers which were fully stocked with everything we needed for our spa day. We were then greated by our therapists for our treatments we opted for the frangapani experience and it was worth every penny! My therapist was called briony and she was amazing so polite and welcoming and my back feels amazing! We both had a lovely day out

I booked a half day package as a treat for myself being a new Mum. I was very much looking forward to my relaxation and me time. I arrived a little bit early and everything was fine and the staff was great. I was told to finish my first treatment early (Hydrotherapy) to make sure I was on time for the next treatment. Unfortunately, I was waiting for quite a while before the therapist came and got me for the next treatment.
My next two treatments were a full body massage and a facial - -both were great and this is the only reason I would go back.
My half day package included some relaxation time and an afternoon tea. Unfortunately, when they brought me to the relaxation room - I think they pretty much forgot about me. I was the only one that was not offered a glass of Prosecco and I sat there waiting for over 30 minutes to be picked up for the afternoon tea. I had to go and ask the ladies at reception to see about the tea. They finally came and got me - but no one apologised or was even a little bit sorry.
At afternoon tea - the food was ready and waiting but there was no tea. It took another ten minutes for the tea to arrive, again with no apology. I asked for sweetener; I was told there was no sweetener - again no apology - no attempt to try and source for me; there was also no sugar at the table. This lady made me feel like it was a real chore to give me afternoon tea (even though it was included in my package). I was pretty much forgotten at this point and left on my own. I wanted to pack up some of the sweets but decided to just finish everything as I knew it would be way too much for them to ask for something more.
I essentially ate quickly and went up to pay. The lady at the desk finally apologised, waived the service charge and gave me some random Elemis samples (I'll probably never use these). I was all set to let this go and asked to purchase a voucher. I was told to go to the main reception.
I went to the main reception - and was in line behind two guests who appeared to be checking in. I was asked by one of the doormen/concierge what I needed and I explained I wanted to buy a voucher. He said I was in the right queue. Unfortunately, I guess I was a bit too brown or dishevelled or who knows what for the other doorman who asked me to sit on the side and wait until the people in front of me had finished checking in; he kept repeating loudly that it would take 25 minutes to check them in. (It's a bit disconcerting that it would take them that long!) I wasn't sure why I needed to get out of the queue - nor how he would deal with the people behind me in the queue who were also checking in. Was I supposed to wait all day for everyone to get checked in? I wasn't sure. What I was sure about was that he wanted me out of that queue and was loud enough about it to get me to leave. I ended up leaving and really felt like between the afternoon tea and the voucher experience - they ruined a perfectly good spa experience.
