Booked this lovely venue for our wedding and so glad I did. Was such an amazing hall, looked absolutely beautiful. Great customer service, venue always stayed in touch with me and kept me at ease throughout my wedding period. Did NOT have to chase up one single thing. Waiters were on point. Could only give 5 stars however this venue deserves alot more credit. I will definately be recommending this venue to all my family, friends, colleagues etc.

I chose this stunning venue for my evening wedding with guests around about 200. I don't usually write reviews however just felt the need to say how faultless the service was led by Anisa, who managed the entire wedding day from the decor to the seating, to the chocolate fountain. The waiting staff were very polite and professional. The bridal suite is spacious however does lack lighting for photos, but luckily my photographer took care of that! Very clean venue (nothing wrong with the toilets!) and by far my best choice of venues in Birmingham. Mayfair provided more than just a venue, its the wedding planner in disguise which made it extra special.

Excellent banqueting hall. Can fit around 500 plus people. Staff are nice and helpful. Their food is of very good quality and they offer a good menu, their price is very reasonable. You can pay for extras and they also have separate rooms for the bride and prayers. They have good parking arrangements with attendants. They have wheelchair access also. Very easily accessible from the m6.

We had my sisters wedding here last weekend, the setting was perfect for the occasion. Communication before hand was brilliant and we were able to go to visit a number of times to make certain everything was at it should be in the day. On the day we were able to go to the venue before hand to make sure we were set up and ready to go. Communication with the manager,Anisa was excellent and she was very accommodating. Thank you for making the day very special.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff, the facilities and the genuine service given by the venue as a whole was beyond what I expected. Parking was plentiful and help was offered whenever needed. The staff served the tea and cake to guests without needing to be asked. Please book this place for your special day as you won't be disappointed.

Had my brothers wedding here in february and we were very satisfied. Would definately recommend this venue. From the moment we went to view the venue until the wedding day, the staff were fantastic, welcoming and very helpful. They ensured all the bride and grooms wishes were fulfilled and made their day special. No other venue providing such amazing facilities for ablution and prayer! Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The service was excellent and waiters were outstanding.. It is a spacious hall that can caters for over 1000 guests. whenever I had a query or any issue in regards to the venue it was dicussed and sorted out. Before booking the venue all my questions were answered honestly and the right advice was given to me. I am so glad I chose this venue for my wedding as I had no issue at all. I was not worried at all as i knew everything was taken care of. definitely 10 out if 10 for this venue ☺

We booked this hall for my brothers wedding after finding it on google, I must say from start to finish I wasnt left disappointed. They catered to our every need assured us with any doubts we had and they definately delivered! Waiters were provided with the package and they did a good job. The pricing was very reasonable also! Always kept us updated with any changes etc.Thank you to the management team for a fantastic experience!

Booked this venue for our our son's wedding. well please with the service. their prices are very competitive plus the organisers were very helpful and transparent. kept in touch and reply to our enquiries promptly. were on hand on the day. venue has two entrances (which can be used as men and women entrance). Wudu Khana, Prayer room. The food( HMC) was good had lots of compliments from our guests. there is ample parking.

Fantastic is an understatement. We booked on the 28th August for my sisters wedding and we have truly had an memorable experience. Anisa who made the time to meet us on the hall on many occasions to iron out any questions we had was so helpful and understanding. She gave us her mobile number and answered any questions we had which at stressful times mean alot. As for the venue we had family arriving from all over the country and they organised the car park areas well and the inside of the venue was everything my sister wished for. Her own bridal suite helped and prayer facilities, all the staff were great! For a stressful day it went smoothly thanks to Mayfair Suite, and I look forward to booking more weddings in the future here. Thank You so much. Kausar

Absolutely brilliant venue. Beautiful inside and out. Staff were brilliant. Day ran very smoothly. The lady in charge (anisa) and her husband were present on the day and helping us out with work. All round brilliant. Also great facilities and brilliant if you want a segregated wedding. Lovely place for ladies and gents to do wudhu and pray salah. Thanks for the 5* service guys

Alhumdulillah wedding went to plan the way i wanted it to be. The venue from inside and outside is great and spacious. Anisa is a very nice and helpful lady always there if you have a problem or anything. Food was okayy along with the waiters serving the food fast although it was abit cold. Decorations and the stage matched my theme/outfit. Resonable price venue would recommend to other's. Thanks for ur help! Sania

My brother's wedding was at this venue on 30th October. I want to first of all say a BIG THANK YOU to the Manager Anisa (and her mum) she was amazing throughout the function May Allah bless her and shower her with happiness (Ameen) because she went out of her way and did extra for us to make the day special and perfect. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had. The staff was amazing too and did as they were told the service from the waiters was on point. Everyone loved the venue it was beautiful everything was set up how we agreed and was promised. I highly recommended this venue. Insha-Allah will be booking here again. GREAT SERVICE!!! You'll always be in our duas !

Excellent service, Anisa was really helpful and accommodating. She recommended a catering company whose food was great! Everything was set up the way we wanted because communication before hand was excellent. Any queries were handled straight away by Anisa and we were allowed to visit the hall on numerous occasions.

Great location in West Bromwich near the cemetery and Sandwell Park. Not a lot of parking on the premises. Great venue inside. Well presented, plenty of space, stage area can be a bit tight and ceiling is not too high. Management seem well organised and services were decent.

We had a bit of a turbulent time with setting dates. But Anisa was amazing, she helped and was flexible with what we needed. She spent time on getting things right for us, whatever we needed she was able to provide. The venue is in a bit of a bizarre location, but great road/mway connections for guests coming from all over the country. The building is tired looking from the outside but once you walk in and it is all done up it looks great. The team were brilliant helping us on the day with all little things like putting the favour boxes on the tables etc. Anisa took the pressure off me and the family which was great. She was awesome and I can't thank her enough for everything that she did. I would use this place again purely due to the customer service that was provided by Anisa. The kitchen was great, the wudu facilities, the prayer room was a bonus. Everyone really liked the venue. Thank you so much Anisa!

The waiters were brilliant and to top it off the management Team from Anisa and the rest is so home felt that we could not stop ourselves from booking this venue. 10/10 from all the family and would defiantly recommend this venue to anyone whether it's a Prom, Party or Wedding. Positives: had prayer and wudhu facility. Decoration was decent. Seperate entrances for men and women. Close to M6. Negatives: Not enough space between tables the way they were layed out, found it difficult to walk between tables once people were seated even though there was plenty of space left in the hall to space out tables. No seperate prayer facilities for women.

We really appreaciate the hard work that Mayfair put in on our wedding day. We did have a few hiccups with the person who was initially working with us but this was eventually resolved. We loved how big the venue was when we first saw it and we knew that it would be able to accomadate all our guests. Although we used our own decorations on the wedding day, I have to say the lighting and stage decorations just made it look even nicer.
