If you are anxious about going back to face to face work and are anxious, or your delegates/ learners are. Then don't be. The staff at the Studio are great and their COVID safe policies are put into action. They have made changes to accommodate new ways of working. We were delivering 'hybrid' for the first time - some in the room and some attending remotely and the set up at The Studio as well as the tech support was superb. Highly recommend - and not just for their cookies!😉 (see what I did there)

You wouldn't know it from the outside, but this place is large! We had the pleasure of being in three different rooms, all with their unique character. The rooftop garden was a delight at break times too. The catering was excellent, catering to all needs. Plentiful coffee machines, and incredibly easy to get to from Birmingham New Street Station.

We've used The Studio in Birmingham regularly for day-long meetings, pre-pandemic & now as we all start to come out of the pandemic too. Our most recent booking (September 2021) all went to plan. The whole place was spotlessly clean, as usual & there was evidence of the kind of things you'd now expect - individually-wrapped hot food portions & so on. The day was a success & we've booked again for another day in November 2021.

Nice quiet place for small and big meetings. The staffs were welcoming and the venue was clean and organized. The air-conditioning unit was right in the centre of the meeting room and it was difficult to cool down the periphery of the room without making the centre freezing cold and that could be looked at and improved.

The studio is great for conferences. The company I work for used it for an event and they accommodated us very well. They have many rooms which are heated and large. All the rooms support telephone conferences and have screens for presentations, which you can connect your laptops to. They provide catering and the staff are helpful too.

Really great central location. Food is always good. We had a hot lunch which was tasty. They cater well for dietary requirements. On the down side, their coffee wasn't good. It's out of a machine and didn't really taste like coffee. Tea selection on the side was good quality. Soya milk provided as well. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited here on the 18th for the ABC does... Training. The venue is easy to get to by public transport as it's only a 30second walk from the metro station. The venue was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Unlimited hot and cold drinks were provided throughout the day and food too. There were pastries for breakfast, pretzels and fruit for a mid morning snack. For lunch there was a two course meal, accompanied with salad, coleslaw and choice of bread; then followed by cake. For afternoon snack there was cookies and popcorn. It was a fabulous training day!

Beautiful place, very well hidden. Enter the space and you are transported to what feels like an alternate reality. Their rooftop garden is perfect for summer parties and barbecue's and their staff are approach to customer service is amazing.

As far as conference facilities go was ok. Lunch menu was hot food and was both inventive and healthy so no complaints on the food side, compliments to the chef. The seating arrangements in the canteen were better designed for tall young people. Bar stools and high bench type tables I am only 5.5ft tall and of a "certain age" with some mobility restrictions I found climbing up onto the bar stools challenging and once seated I had to eat with my knife and fork upwards rather than down as the table was designed for taller people. I did comment at the time that the only fault was that they needed to cater for those vertically challenged and with disabity or age related problems.

Really nice place for a training course. Nibbles/snacks nice as are drinks. Lunch was acceptable but not amazing. Really close to the train stations - Moor St/New St/Snow Hill - and very close to lots of lunch options if you want to eat elsewhere.

I visited The Studio as I was attending a vegan fair that was using the upstairs space as one of its two locations. It was bright, clean with plenty of toilets - but I do not think the space was suited to the event. It felt incredibly crowded moving around the stalls (it felt very penned in and my mother actually got quite upset when we were halfway round and couldn't easily get to an exit) and the food area was worse, I could not buy any hot food because of all the people having to push because there was no room to move. While my experience wasn't great I can see how the venue would excel in other areas - just not one with lots of food stalls.

This is a very impressive venue for conferences, meetings etc. I have used it on 2 previous occasions and I am currently planning to use it again. It is well appointed, spacious and has a range of first class facilities. Well worth a visit if you are planning an event

Went for a research here. What a lovely place. Clean. staff are helpful . Half way through we had a break. Sandwiches, wrap and salad. We could also help our self to drinks, from the machine, bars, crisps, cookies. I would go here again. Highly recommended for meetings, research etc.

Used these guys a few times for various meeting rooms and events. Nice set up and decent quality wi-fi (we were live-blogging so kind of essential that this is robust) They have decent tea and coffee facilities and the catering is provided has always been good. One of the lifts is stickered like a TARDIS which appeals to my geek side.

Use this for an event as our main venue didn't have availability. Bit of a weird setup. Couldn't seem to get access to the room until 8am on the day of training.. the room innovate (3rd floor) is a nice funky room but everything is done in that room (training, breaks, lunch, syndicates) it felt like I didn't see anything else all day! And food wasn't the best I have had. Staff seemed nice enough and everything work so can't complain too much it's just not what we are used to!!

This is a great venue for seminars or conferences. It's 5 minutes from Snow Hill and New St stations, has great facilities, good WiFi and the food they served us was miles better than yohr standard fare from a seminar.

It's okay but I've been to better meeting places for what you get. I'm accustomed to having coffee and tea I've ordered available in the meeting room. Any food to be brought in or for the organiser to be told where the room is to go to. Unfortunately they have a cafeteria area which you share with other room hires. Our food was left on a table without any of us being informed so other rooms were eating what we paid for. The room itself - the TV wasn't connected so we were unable to utilise it. We weren't supplied with enough chairs or glasses for our water so all of this ate into our time and we had to request glasses twice as the staff didn't seem too responsive.

I was ok a course for work and this has to be one of the best places I have been to, very quirky and the food is wonderful only down side is the receptionist who assumes you know the building and gets rather snappy when asked directions but you only have to see them for a few minutes thankfully, another member of the group was dreading going back to have to ask them for something en route out the building but other than that the staff I met were lovely and helpful and friendly, a great place for our small group learn

I went to use the internet which was free at the time and to talks about technology, the future of mobile phones etc. Then it became the studio and i carried on there for talks and other events. 4 months ago I went to Crisis event which lasted a few days.
