Had an amazing afternoon at Arcadia Spa with Michelle. Booked for Summer of Self Love special offer which included: - body polish (exfolation - after my holiday to rejuvenate my skin) - back, neck and shoulder massage (perfect firm pressure to destress my muscles) - warm oil foot and leg massage - hydrate and glow facial. So relaxing, it was heaven!! Monthly treat to myself again, I love the combination of these treatments, includes everything from top to toe. My massage was really good. I was really pleased with it. But I would hardly call the place a spa. It’s more a hotel with a few spa facilities. The gym was tiny. The sauna only fit around 3 people init and the jacuzzi water wasn’t clean. The staff were nice and friendly though.

I booked in for a spa day to treat my mum for her birthday, Michelle was amazing really looked after us all day and was on hand if we needed anything! Our therapist infinity was amazing great pressure on the massage and our facials were brilliant, the outdoor pool and the inside facilities were perfect for us ! We are already looking to book in for next month as we enjoyed it so much! Can't thank them both enough for making our day amazing! ❤

Had the best facial treatment with Michelle. The room was relaxing, with a heated bed and lovely background music. Everything was explained & very professional. I could have slept I was so relaxed. We were a bit shocked at how dated and miserable the facilities looked when we arrived. Particularly the changing rooms. The indoor areas could really do with some attention. The outdoor swimming pool and garden is much better and well kept. I’d probably have given it a lower rating if it wasn’t for the extremely lovely staff and amazing masseuse! We also had a delicious lunch with some fab vegan options. Not luxurious, but we feel very relaxed and well treated nonetheless!

Incredible massage experience and almost spiritual journey with Kesha and Infinity, they were very kind and considerate and made sure we were comfortable during our massages. I suffer from anxiety and Kesha put me right at ease. A little side note: the hotel didn’t do the masseuses justice and was a little dated/run down. Otherwise, time went by so quickly we didn’t want the massages to end! Very relaxing, would recommend and come again.

Myself and my fiance went for my 30th birthday, for a relaxing spa experience. This is exactly what we got, both Infinity and Lakesha went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We both come out of every treatment so relaxed and destressed it was amazing! Thanks so much for making our spa experience and exploring Bournemouth lovely and welcoming!

Lovely staff who couldn't do more to make our spa day relaxing. I had a lovely body polish treatment and the outdoor pool was a lovely sun trap. The lunch was great too. Shame the sauna and jacuzzi were closed due to Covid as that would have made it the perfect relaxation day.

I couldn’t recommend Michelle and the team enough at Arcadia Beauty Spa. I bought a pamper day as a birthday treat for a friend two years ago!!! Due to various reasons and covid we have only managed to go this weekend and what an amazing experience we had. From the second I booked all those years ago the customer service and communication was second to none they could not have been anymore accommodating of us despite the numerous, unavoidable cancellations. On the day all the staff were so friendly and professional. We had a back, neck and should massage with facial and body wrap which was phenomenal we all felt so relaxed and for three tired mums of boys it was so needed. Thank you to all the team we will be back again!

Booked treatments for my partner’s birthday. My partner and I both had excellent experiences. The heated mats on the massage tables made the temperature so cozy and perfect. The staff was professional and effective, a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Will definitely be back!

Amazing experience, lovely venue, very welcoming and spotless, even with Covid-19 restrictions you immediately felt relaxed as you entered. from booking the Bamboo Massage for myself and other treatments for my friends Michelle made this as simple as possible, very clear instructions for arrival and payments were simple as well. Michelle went above and beyond to also recommend places for us to eat as well as we were only in Bournemouth for a girls weekend. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is thinking of not only treating themselves but also for a regular resetting process. I will definitely be going again when we are back in Bournemouth that's for sure. Thank you Michelle for my reset, and the bamboo was totally amazing.

Went as part of a package with the Carlton Hotel. Booked a facial which was amazing- the room was really comfortable and relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Due to COVID the indoor pool & facilities had to be booked in a slot which we weren’t told until we got there meaning we didn’t get a slot as we only stayed for a night but outdoor pool was free to use! I can’t remember the name of the lady that did my facial but couldn’t recommend her enough as she was lovely!

I was booked in with Michelle yesterday and had an amazing facial and massage which was the deal of the month which was extremely great value. Michelle informed me about the spa facilities which are available for 5 pounds and also that I could order food and drink and get 20% off. The treatments were extremely good value for money and the treatment room and seating area was very relaxing . Michelle brought me a lovely glass of Bucks fizz after my treatment which was a very nice touch. I will definitely be returning and using the spa facilities next time.

Highly Recommend Michelle for every treatment on offer! I've become a regular client and couldn't fault the spa in any way. Lovely clean rooms, polite and professional staff, relaxing chill out space and an amazing atmosphere from the second you walk in the door! I visited recently with a friend, the bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen, all precautions were in place, hand washing on arrival, sanistiser available and fully cleaned rooms between clients! Even with covid restrictions the spa still feels just as relaxing. I always leave feeling better than ever! My personal favourites are their full body massages especially with hot stones added for just £5 more!

She knew it was my first one, and asked throughout if it was OK or if she was doing it too hard. Wow Wow Wow! I had bad pains & aches in my Shoulders & Neck for long time. I went to quite a few People around the World & could not fix me up........ when I got back to England I got highly recommended & I made a appointment straight away! After my 1st massage with Shell I could tell she was 100% professional & knows what she is doing as she hit the spot every time, we both could feel the knots being kneaded out with the exactly the hard & powerful pressure I asked for & like, Shell can also be as light & soft as a feather when I ask to relax or sleep. After my 2nd treatment I was feeling like a new Man! I had my 7th massage today & booked in tomorrow for my 8th (Why not!). I have since brought my Friends a ‘bundle’ of Massages for a Wedding present & a ‘All in Spa day & Massage’ package for a Birthday present. I think she will be an easy ‘One Stop Present Shop’ for me in the future as the Customer service & booking process is exactly what I look for & wish to deliver to my V.I.P Family & Friends as a Luxury gift. Only bad point.............when time is up & she finishes!
