Thank you John Bradford for always fixing my injuries😊! I woke up on Sunday 20/02/22 morning with a bit of discomfort around my back, I thought it'd pass. On Monday morning I woke up with an excruciating pain on my right handside. Any movements like, walking, bending, twisting and even laughing would hurt. I rang the Back Pain clinic to see if I could get an appointment. Luckily I was offered an extra appointment as John was fully booked. I saw John on Tuesday 22/02/22. He examined me, did few adjustments and gave me a sheet full of useful info. So I followed his advise, icing, anti inflammation tablets and bit of stretching etc... Today I feel much better. I'm not 100%, I'd say maybe 90%. I can now move without being in agony. It turned out the pain was coming was ribs... Really without John I wouldn't be able to do anything today. Whenever I have any injuries most caused by volleyball or bad posture, I go to see John and he always fix my problems. So I'm very grateful. I wouldn't see any other chiropractor, in my mind this is the best chiropractic practice in Bournemouth, that is my opinion based on my experience. I can now go on holiday today without being in lot of pain. Thank you again John and team. Also can I say the whole team is great, professional and friendly.

Brilliant team of professionals! I've been to Jon for chiropractor treatment in the past and both Kevin and Jana for sports massage. Always leave feeling like a new person - my only regret is not booking when I have a day off work as I am always that relaxed! Their massage rooms are also immediately calming which helps a lot! I visited the back pain centre today and saw Piotr for a deep tissue massage (I rang this morning and they slotted me in at lunchtime!) I had been in a lot of pain for over 3 weeks and was relying on painkillers,so I was very pleased to get a slot. I have had many different massages/procedures over the years,but I can safely say Piotr was by far the best I’ve experienced. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he really got to the heart of the problem,he’s also a really nice guy. I think he was worth every penny and would highly recommend this place,brilliant.

I came in on Monday 15th Aug for my first Lymph Drainage Massage & Deep Oscillating treatment with Jana as I suffer with tenderness and heaviness in my legs. Just wanted to give some feedback! This week, there has been a reduction in tenderness in my thighs, calves and bum! My legs felt slightly lighter too at the beginning of the week! Jana was great and her technique was really gentle and there was no pain during the massage. Jana also took time to do the technique on my arms and neck too. I'm so pleased that someone at work recommended John at The Back Pain Centre. I've lived with a back issue for 20+ years and have seen a number of medical professionals over the years but after taking a detailed history and really listening to my problems John identified the root of my issue, something that no-one had ever mentioned before. Literally after one adjustment I saw a huge decrease in my pain and now I'm motivated and able to do the exercises John has given me. What's really helpful is that my personalised programme of exercises was emailed to me along with bitesize videos which makes everything clear and easy-to-follow. And I love the fact John explains what's going on in a very understandable way. I feel like I'm finally on my way to being pain-free, fitter and able to get back to doing the things I used to enjoy. What's also noticeable about the Back Pain Centre is how friendly ALL the staff are - they make a great team. I cannot thank Dr Bradford and team enough. I had been suffering for years with chronic back and neck pain, having to take painkillers on daily basis. I was referred to many physiotherapists and chiropractors over the years with no relief from the symptoms. Dr Bradford on the very first visit diagnosed the root cause of the problem. With some exercises to do at home, the back adjustments and some deep tissue massages, I was pain free soon after. I cannot recommend him enough. Brilliant treatment ! I work at the hospital and was having a lot of pain in my low back I had some sports massages that the back pain centre also offers which were amazing and always massively helped but once I went back to work after a while it would come back again. Lots of my family and friends said I should try going to a chiropractor so I thought I'd try it and it has been a life saver! I saw Anthony and he was brilliant did a thourough assessment and treated me for it. Amazing treatment for both of my feet. For over 2 years I have been limping and never have been pain free. I tried physio, exercises, insoles and nothing has made any difference. After the first treatment with shockwave, I could feel the difference where the fascia wasn't so tight and I could stretch my foot. I highly recommend shockwave therapy as very effective treatment for plantar fasciitis.

I recently ran the Virtual London Marathon. I went to see John during my training preparation as I had a few injuries including knee and hip issues. I was very impressed with John’s knowledge and professionalism. He quickly identified the cause of the problems and suggested a course of treatment. Brilliant practise! Exceptionally friendly and professional. I’ve always received a wonderful and welcoming arrival by the lovely lady on the front desk. I’ve been to see John previously with my back pain which was resolved, he’s a fantastic chiropractor and the sports massage therapists are incredible! I have seen Klaudia previously who gave me a very relaxing sports massage and helped me out immensely.. but recently I have suffered from extreme tension in my shoulders and back, and a very painful and tight Glute muscle... making it difficult to walk. If you are looking for a professional, experienced Chiropractor John Bradford is your man. Over the years I have sort treatment from various chiropractors for my long standing spinal problems.Was recommended by my wife.The first impression was most welcoming by the receptionists.The centre is well equipped with a pleasant ambience. Following an initial consultation, Johns bedside manner and expert diagnosis put me at rest. He thoroughly explained the treatment procedure and in good time left me satisfied and happy. I've had an c5/6 herniated disc pressing on my c6 nerve root now causing neck, shoulder, arm pain and headaches for 2 years now and been through various physios, doctors and another chiro without any progress seemingly to have been made. Within only 2 sessions with John, the pain from my neck has been reduced already! I was a bit hesitant about going for chiro again as having someone mess around with your neck and back doesn't exactly fill me with the joys of spring, however the fact that John could effortlessly identify all the points of pain just by feeling around on my back and neck and then go into deep detail about the muscular and mechanical interactions around these issues made me feel very comfortable, at ease and in the hands of a master. I have been to the back pain centre a few times before with sports injuries and always get a deep tissue massage but a recent injury to my knee from doing home workouts during lockdown required different treatment so I booked a quick pain check up and chat with John two weeks ago which revealed I might have a joint issue so after leaving with that in mind I booked to have chiropractic treatment today. It was such a relief as it was exactly what I needed, went in with a very tight tense knee unable to bend and squat properly as well as lower back pain. John examined my knee pain thoroughly and diagnosed it to connect to my lower back pain then explained to me exactly my issue showing me on the skeleton where the issue is and how he will be ammending the hip/back issue causing the knee pain then John gave me the treatment I needed by clicking those areas back into place which I was scared would hurt but not at all and so I left without any pain at all and even a better posture with lots of advice on how to stand sit and lean within my job as a nursery toddler room leader. John also introduced me to a fantastic knee joint support belt and how to use it and when which was also so very helpful and I am ever so grateful to John for his treatment given today I feel so much more less in pain and less suffering which has been very uncomfortable these past two weeks at work! Thanks so much I couldn't recommend the back pain center anymore 😃

Piotr Nita was recomended to me by a friend and an AECC University College tutor. I had three appointments with Piotr concerning a neck and upper back problem. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and the treatment received. Piotr also gave me a simple exercise programme. MUST VISIT! The Initial consultation was both in-depth, highly effective and low cost! Highlighted issues where simplified into layman's terms for my own knowledge, followed by a full explanation of the diagnosis and the first treatment. After my first session, the back pain centre filled me with upmost confidence of their capabilities. The chiropractic manipulation has already relieved 100% of pain, re-aligned my spinal posture and increased range of motion throughout my body.
