I would recommend Tom at Boiler Geeks 100%, polite, efficient, very reasonable never once have I felt pressured to have work done I didn't need, kept informed if he ever runs late and fully trustworthy, I've used Boiler Geeks many times over the last few years , and have no problem recommending to others , thankyou Tom!

Tom recently provided a boiler gas service and safety inspection. During the safety inspection he identified an incorrect piping issue, which had been installed and overlooked by others. He corrected the issue in a neat and tidy manner very professionally. Boiler Geeks remind you of their appointment giving you sufficient time to re-arrange and let you know they are coming. They are polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, professional at reasonable cost. Goodness what more could you want!! I will always use Tom and his team from now on and have no hesitation in recommending Boiler Geeks. Get your appointment in early though as they are in great demand! Well done Tom and his team. 👍

Not only great at diagnostics and fixing, but also friendly service. We had two issue, one involving a toilet flush, and one with hot water. We had recently had a plumber round who claimed to have sorted the flush, but that fix only lasted a few hours, which dented our trust somewhat. Tom from Boiler Geeks, not only identified the actual issues immediately, but when he fixed them, he notice a further issue which he fixed free of charge. They were friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and we won't be heading anywhere else for any future issues

I am writing this review as I would like to express my sincere thanks to Boiler Geeks for their sheer professionalism and level of workmanship with regards to the work undertaken in our home. They rectified a number of problems that another company had caused in the installation process of a new combi boiler and I only wish that I had gone with Boiler Geeks from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept to schedule, were very tidy and the end result was a boiler and heating system that now works perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Geoff to anyone if they were looking to have any form of plumbing and heating work carried out and they will certainly be my first port of call should I require any work to be done in the future.

I would like to express my thanks to Boiler Geeks for their professionalism. They performed Annual Bolier Servicing for my Boiler. They rectified an issue with a filter seal that initial installer of the combi boiler didn't set properly.
