Excellent service from Kai who is a polite and friendly man. He is good at diagnosing problems and solved two for me that others had not been able to do; He is very knowledgeable and explains things well. Cleans up well. I reached out to Kai at Hunterwood Heating & Plumbing as he was recommended by a neighbour. It was a very last minute emergency over a weekends I run a holiday rental and one of the shower mixers wasn't functioning as it should have been. Kai was able to source a replacement, install it, test it and send me videos of the end result as I was not at the property when he carried out the work. His communication was excellent and his work was first rate. I'd have no problem recommending Hunterwood Heating & Plumbing to anyone that required a trustworthy and competent plumbing and heating engineer.

He is always very responsive and provides a quick efficient service. - helping us out with a problem on Christmas Eve when I wasn’t able to get an emergency engineer. Hunterwood has been our gas engineers for a Long time and recently handled a complete bathroom job. We’re very satisfied with the results, it was done to a very high standard within a reasonable time period. The bathroom was last updated in the 90s so it was quite some work to modernise it to current trends. They also advised on materials and where to source it from. The team is very reliable and keeps you updated on when and how things would happen and goes the extra mile to give you satisfaction of a job professionally done. We’d highly recommend them for any renovation work. Best wishes!

Not often you can say employing a skilled tradesman at great expense is a pleasure but certainly was with Hunterwood. From the moment he arrived and put protective film down to protect the carpets, the work of art that he turned my messy boiler cupboard into, sourcing a top notch boiler for us, (last in the country shipped down from Brum) testing and cleaning up. Kai is a polite, friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions. He allocated an hour for the job to replace the nest and then stayed and helped me to programme it some 2 hrs later but only charged me what we discussed. Would highly recommend and have already contracted him to do a boiler service next year.

Kai fitted our new shower room and utility when we had extensive building work completed in our home. He worked very well alongside the other workmen and completed his work to an incredibly high standard. We have used him more recently when we had a leak from a toilet. Another plumber who had come as part of our insurance couldn't find the problem & started talking about ripping down walls etc. We called Kai in and he managed to find the problem & fix it with no walls being torn down! He is prompt, efficient, professional and tidy in his work & clearly prides himself on this. We would use Kai's services again without a doubt.
