Reviews of British Airways i360
L. C.
First time visiting Brighton and saw this! Knew I had to go on it as I love things like this. The total experience is around 30 minutes, and there's a nice stocked bar on board. Lovely views from the top, and you can see the Seven Sisters in the distance. While I nice experience, it is something you would only do once, and the tickets are quite pricey for what it is - £17.50. There are other packages such as ticket and a glass of champagne and things like that. I knew it wasn't really worth the money but still enjoyed it all the same.

A smooth take off to the summit, no turbulence and the views were breathtaking. We chose the sunset flight at 4.30 and we were not disappointed. We even got to see our beloved regency square. A bit pricey mind, but residents can benefit from half price tickets.
M. G.
The experience was very good. My children and I booked online and got a good deal on the price. We were able to choose a time to have our flight. We got there in good time and went through security. There was a bar on board and a loafs of information plaques to give you food for thought.
C. B.
Relatively cheap to go up. Great views on a clear day. Kids loved it. Bar on board which is obviously pricy and a gift shop and cafe on the ground. What I will say is that is the decor is a bit tired on the outside with missing letters from signs and a ripped flag other then that worth a visit.
C. B. K.
Short but sweet ride.
Enjoyed a lovely Hot Chocolate Loaded with Gin, also Kir Royal. Was bit overcast when we went up but still worth the views.
Good one off ride when touring with friends but not don’t think I’ll go on regularly.
Lovely souvenir photo book with history of Brighton etc inside, which was nice.
M. H.
An unusual and very interesting structure that is uniquely designed to catch the eye of beholder. Definitely worth a visit on a clear day to see the views of Brighton and a little beyond.
There was a nasty crack in one of the glass panels (June 2022) and I just wondered if there was Health & Safety Issue to keep continue in service until repaired

A great way to spend 30 minutes viewing Brighton from the Sky.
A smooth, slow motion ride with plenty of space to move around the capsule. There is a bar on board if you fancy a drink of champagne.
If you are a Blue Light Card holder, you get 10% off your ticket if you buy in store and not online.
It wasn't too busy mid week at 11.30. We didn't book in advance. Journeys are every 30 minutes.
Friendly staff. You really need a clear day to appreciate the views.
A. L.
Excellent views from the top, bought the anytime ticket due to out busy schedule. Last boarding time is 6:30pm. You get roughly 25 mins at the top, plenty of space aboard. The floor is metal tiled and not glass, you get 360 views of Brighton.
H. T.
We arrived early for an 11am 'flight' and were allowed on the 10.30 flight as there was space. I felt a bit nervous as I'm uncomfortable with heights but this felt absolutely fine. Noiseless accent and Brilliant views that you've not seen before. 'Exit through the gift shop' naturally but it's a lovely place for a coffee stop beneath the i360 getting a different perspective.
Not sure I'd like it at full capacity, it was great being able to move around the 'glass donut' but if full, the experience would be very different.
C. P.
Love the views! My kids saw Santa on here just before Christmas and they loved it. A unique experience, and a great part of Brighton.
A. T.
What an amazing experience!! We bought the ticket last minute because of the weather. We took the 10AM flight and it wasn’t busy at all. You have to go through security, so make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your designated time. When I stop by i360 in the afternoon there was a long queue at security, so keep that in mind!
The full experience takes about 30 minutes and we spend about 7 minimum at the very top. There is a seating area around the main bean and there is a bar/cafe if you want to have a drink, snack or l ice cream. You will be able to walk around during et he flight and enjoy the 360 view.
M. R.
Good experience, though I don't rate the entrance set up like the security at the airport!
The trip up was nice, it's further up than you realise, the view is amazing all along the coast, and inland too!
The drinks prices are also amazing, have a drink beforehand!
It's definitely worth doing at least once, maybe twice!
In response to Jason, I understand locally sourced produce can be sightly more expensive, however, £2 for a small can of diet Coke, not locally sourced, and £7.50 for a small gin and lemonade, not locally sourced!
D. P.
Should be nice. Staff are great, price is ok. But with the remnants of storm Eunice it was grim. Should have been canceled I think as we are from Costa Rica and Canada so a replacement ticket is kind of useless. Oh well you take what you can get. Nice offer
T. G.
Absolutely great experience. I booked online flight and lunch for my husband birthday. We arrived there half an hour earlier and securely we moved in pod . Staff friendly and view of sea and Brighton city was spectacular . Bar inside pod a little pricy but was a good idea to celebrate my husband birthday while we were enjoying seaview . After flight we had lunch in restaurant and we choose fish and chips . I can say it was the best fresh crispy fish & chips I’ve ever had . A girl was serving us was very polite and she was very kind and helpful when I asked if there is any happy birthday candle to put on top of chocolate brownie for my husband and she spoke to back bar and sorted for me . We had a great time there and we both enjoyed.
Thank you:)

3rd time up on the i360 and still loving it. We did the Summer Solstice 04:30 sunrise flight and had the most beautiful morning. It will be something my family remembers for a long time.

It was an amazing experience in BA i360. There was no rush or crowd, so the security scan at the base happened quickly. When you enter into it, there are seating for you to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views. There is a bar inside where you can purchase wines, beer, ice cream - card is accepted. They keep you informed on all aspects by announcement. Speed of going up and coming down is not much and you can easily stand and roam inside. Overall it was superb experience. I would definitely do this again if I get a chance.
V. C.
On a day trip to Brighton we decided to experience the BA i360 tower(our youngest kept saying that is was a drop tower)
We pre booked a few days before but you can pay on the day.
It certainly can't missed as it towers over the Brighton skyline and was opened in six years ago and is ultimately a 162 metre observation tower which stands near the remains of the old West pier (which burnt down in 2003)
From a fully enclosed viewing pod you can experience 360-degree views across Brighton, the South Downs and the English Channel.
The flight lasts around 25mins and for two adults & two children cost just over £50.
k.
Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff. Construction itself is very interesting, ride up and down is suprsingly smooth. You can buy drinks on board.
E. W.
A truly amazing experience overall (although the cloudy weather was the massive letdown for our flight ☁️🫤)!
Very professional and attentive staff, providing an experience identical to what you would expect on an actual British Airways flight ✈️, with check-in, pre-departure security, 'takeoff', 'landing', 'flight duration' etc. sort of terminology used throughout the experience, and all for an amazing price! 🙌🏻
There's a well stocked gift and souvenir shop on the ground, as well as a café, and in the viewing pod itself there is also a bar where you can purchase drinks during the flight. You can buy tickets 'at the gate' or online in advance, and there are several ticket options available - which include extras and discounts alike. 🎫
The views are amazing, and even on a cloudy day you can still see miles into the distance and view the surrounding areas of Brighton, Hove, the South Downs hills etc.! 🤗
The viewing pod is spacious and very clean, with seating and atmospheric music playing in the background. 🎶 Everything is very futuristic, from the chrome-everything down on the ground to the sleek design of the tower from up in the air! 😮
With previously going up The View from The Shard and the Sky Garden in London, and the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth - and all three of those attractions being breathtaking as well - I can certainly say that the British Airways i360 is also an experience to go and try out! We will certainly return when it's sunny and get the sunset views we had originally hoped for! 🌇
M. D.
Visited Brighton in July '22 with my wife & granddaughter. First order of the day was a trip on the i360, typical British Airways style. A warm smile and friendly efficient service, what more do you need? The view is just awesome!
L. B.
Great experience, amazing views, lovely staff, especially the gentleman who took photographs of me and my family who were over from Ireland. We all loved it, hopefully we will get my husband up next time 😊
D. M.
A different way to enjoy Brighton is taking the i360 lift up together with a glass of fizzy wine and enjoy the view up to the seven sisters and isle of white.
Just beautiful!
s. e.
Very good experience but I'm personally scared of heights. If you feel the same there is seating so you don't have to be right near the edge. There's a bar to get a little glass of something to calm your nerves!
P. T.
I wasn't expecting too much of this visit, but how wrong I was; I LOVED it. So smooth, amazing views along the coast and into Sussex. Good information talk at the top and great exhibition as to how it was built at the end if you're interested. Really great experience and possibly even better at dusk time. Oh yes, and buying a glass of fizz with the advance ticket is a real money saver!!
F. H.
We enjoyed our family day out in Brighton. The highlight was seeing the spectacular views aboard the BA i360.
Professional photos- set of 3 for £22.
J. H.
Such a great experience, it was a really clear day so we had an amazing view of Brighton and along the coast. Recommended!
I. M.
I found myself before the i360 during a mass meditation. I was asked to visualise a pillar of light beaming out into the universe.
To the East there is the Fibonacci Spiral, to the South is the West Pier, the upside house to the West and a small podium to the North.
I have developed my own elemental rituals at these points, and would suggest it as a Sacred Space for communing with your Higher Power of choice.
A. K.
Worth it. After entering they have security check in place which gives a vibe of airport security check. They have drinks on the pod and take approx 20 mins to complete the ride. They will expect you 20 mins before departure as you find the gates might be closed if you arrive just on time. Restroom in the bottom area( near the gift shop).
Recommended on any bright and clear day !
R. N.
Very unique place 👀 Well organised, very polite staff. Most beautiful views. Roughly about 30min from the start to finish.
Inside is a little bar, which can provide you with perfect bubbly glass to fully enjoy the journey.
360 degrees views gives you full view of Brighton and the sea. Most recommended time to go will be evening as its stunning( it’s open till 9pm).
Also for about £22 comes 3 pics for you made at the beginning of the journey with magnet nicely tucked into an album.
Throughout recommended place - it’s a MUST SEE if you coming to Brighton !!!!
H. H.
Loved it. Fantastic tourist attraction. Not too pricey and the staff actually treat you like your about to board a plane. Great views
N. Y.
Nice experience especially if the weather is sunny, the view was fantastic, we had a great time. Drink prices are expensive though.
S. L.
A fantastic view from the 162m high tower. On a sunny day it's absolutely brilliant. You can even buy a G n T at the bar to make the experience that much better.
K. R.
What a scenario! We enjoyed a lot on i360 ! Place was worth watching! You can enjoy the bar which was highest on top on sea life view ! You will enjoy both panoramic view of city and sea! Must go on a sunny day 🌞
A. N. M. K.
British Airways i360 is an excellent means to enjoy the views of Brighton Seaside and town. It was amazing experience for me to get on this cutting-edge glass pod. It was an engineer wizardry
I. C.
This weekend we enjoyed an architectural marvel of the city of Brighton and the sea with special waves! A smooth 20-minute ascent and descent allows you to enjoy the amazing spectacle that the city is proud of.
I recommend you to visit!
Is gorgeous!
J. P.
Absolutely amazing experience! Very romantic! Great views of the city. I really want to go back and view it in day light.
M. B.
Great experience for the whole family. Calm, peaceful and well organised. Great views over Brighton and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
R.
Got to our ride time. Delayed because of technical issues. Had fun throwing stones in the sea by the old pier until then.
Well worth the money for the views, just a shame some people not staying in the marked sections and wearing their masks on their chins, very frustrating when telling my children not to do this. But overall enjoyed ourselves.
The search process for our neurodiverse family was a breeze too (what I was worried about)
And we got to meet santa, with his jolly elves. Gift shop had some lovely, breakable things and very congested in regards to social distancing, so we weren't able to have a look/purchase our pictures. All in all, nice thing to do as part of a day out.
A. F.
A must to go on, if in Brighton, luckily the weather was good and when on top the views were spectacular. If its misty weather then the views can be blurred, so plan your visit based on the weather forecast, there is wine bar inside which is quite good too
G. B.
I was a bit hesitant before I got on. Would it be worth it? Yes it was! The staff are helpful and friendly and I wasn't expecting a commentary at the top about what you can see. The 'ride' up is so gentle that you hardly knew you were moving. I fully recommend going up here. (There's the added bonus of a bar in the pod too.. )
A. S.
Centrally located near hove. Reasonably priced at I guess 15 Pounds. People have claimed that on a clear day one might be able to view the French coastline. I have not been inside of I360 but will visit soon and then will provide more detailed update. 😊
L. K.
This was a last minute decision to visit the i360 .I would definitely recommend it was like a 30 minutes ride but it's something worth doing while in Brighton .
N. D. (.
Too short didn't even realise we were near the ground and it had finished
Slow service at the bar missed going up I mean you have to have a glass of champagne but only two servers one chatting short guy not even looking that there was a que .....
By the time we got our drink took some beautiful pictures didn't get time to go on the other side to look we were on our way down
L. K.
It’s not easy to miss the i360! It’s about a 20 minutes ride give and take. Been on the Tower a couple of times already.
There is a West Beach Bar next to the Tower and there is a bar as you wait for your ride. In a truly unique British fashion, there is another bar right inside the capsule - just to ensure unlimited amount of alcohol which of course you have to pay for consumption.
It’s slightly hot inside the capsule especially on a sunny day. Can do better with air con and ventilation.
Staff are friendly and they do their best to ensure you have a pleasant time in what an otherwise quite a boring and repetitive job, so kudos to them.
Will probably give a 7/10 on value for money. It’s a nice spot for tourists and visitors. Oh I forgot to mention that you don't get an upgrade or any BA points, I had the urge to ask every time. Just being cheeky and the staff often just laughed out loud!
P. K.
Best brighton view in 360 deg mode. I visited here @ 2018 October at early morning. So fresh and clean morning.
A. W.
They say its the best views in Brighton and its hard to disagree! Had a wonderful experience on a beautiful day, topped with a glass of sparkling wine. Good value for money when you consider the ferris wheel in the park is not a quarter the height, open air and 5mins for £10!
D. S. (. S.
10/10... we loved the experience & the view.
The atmosphere was amazing & staff were so helpful
M. T. J.
Absolutely perfect , fantastic views ,very memorable day with my partner , friendly staff ,great shop to
M. P.
Interesting and worth a trip one time. Not great views as went very rainy when we were in it and a bit disappointed you don't go right to the top but it is impressive. Like how you can walk around it and that you stop at the highest part for some info.
M. G.
The view was amazing and the experience was so smooth. However, it gets too hot in there on a sunny day. PS. Drinks are served too to make your experience more pleasant.
A. J. B.
Be sure to check the climate before booking, the ride is awesome and so is the view if rains don't cause a hindrance
A. K.
I guess you just have to do it,,,,like the Eye in London or the tower in Blackpool. A 30 minute ride with 8 mins ish at the top height. A bar allows for a drink to be had at the top and see the great views. It was enjoyable though a bit over the top with the 'next flight' thing and the controls like in an airport.
B. D.
Amazing views, you can basically see most of Brighton from the top. I suggest you go right before sunset so the glare of sun doesn't affect you. But don't go too late to actually be able to see everything and far buildings.
Tip: people between the ages of 16-24 get a discount and people that live in area BN1 and BN2 also get a discount, don't forget to ask for it.
m. m.
Easy booking, efficient service and friendly staff. Beautiful clear day so good views and not that bust considering it was a Sunday. Booked 1 hour before flight as staying locally.
T.
It's unfortunate that I can't leave 5 stars. View from the top worth all 5 stars for sure! But just really disappointed by the customer service for when you prebook their sparkling wine glass experience. The moment you step into the shutter everyone rushes to get drinks, so I wasn't sure what is happening with the prebooked drinks. By the time I got mine (took around half minute from showing my eticket to prepare and pass glass to my hands) we were already at the top and then seconds later we were already moving down.. So it just wasn't enough time to enjoy the view with their branded glass of wine in the hands. They should have better organisation for prebooked tickets with included drinks or give more time at the top to enjoy the view. Closing note: still worth going around sunset time as the view is beautiful just be careful about ordering drinks as you may just miss the chance to enjoy the view to the fullest.
P. B.
Excellent experience. Not remotely scary. Fabulous views in all directions and a bar so you can have a drink. (Some have champagne 🥂 Truly memorable for all the right reasons🤗🤗🤗
D. K.
Good experience, very smooth and steady. You can see a lot up there !!!
No spoilers though. There is a bar which serves champagne at £12 a glass served by people dressed as British Airways staff. And its £2.00 for a small bag of crisps so similar to British Airways cabin prices too.
J. F.
Good experience. Quite quick but pretty unique. Even being born in Brighton. It's quite surprising to see it from this height and you can then really understand the topography of the surrounding area. Bit expensive for the time you are on it. But where else can you do an experience like this in Brighton? I would say it's just about justified.
W. B.
Awesome! But I was Not interested to take this. Must be very good experience to have the sunset view here!
D. Q.
We used the explorer ticket which also includes entry to the Royal Pavilion, and it's good value. This was our first time in Brighton, and this is certainly the best view of the area. It was nice and quiet, no queues for us. The staff on board the observation pod were very welcoming and friendly. Always on hand to answer any questions. Very smooth ride, and from someone who isn't great with heights, I felt happy and calm throughout. Upon exiting the pod, we had a look at the exhibition. It's worthwhile as it's fascinating to see how it was assembled and created. Plus a nice gift shop as well.
G. L.
I was more impressed by the technology used to build the tower than the actual experience... Which is a nice experience, you will get some nice views from top when the lift reach maximum height... The sparkling wine was nice too... If you go to Brighton give it a go...
B. B.
A fun experience with the best views of Brighton! A bar inside to order from as well as outdoors before getting on.
W. B.
At GBP 17.50 it does not seem like the cheapest of attractions, but boy, is it worth every penny!
The experience is *exhilarating* and the views are nothing short of sensational. The height of the tower is difficult to properly appreciate from the ground, as there is no point of reference. The structure goes to 150m (or thereabouts), which is approx. 50 storey - that is really high. That The "flying saucer" is a masterpiece of modern technology, and the tower remains perfectly stable and sturdy throughout.
The staff are fearless and charming, and they make the experience a delight (special shout-out to Claire!).
I have a bit of a height / claustrophobia problem, which I haven't fully appreciated until the doors have locked and the flying saucer started going up. It is really spacious though, and I wasn't triggered. When I confided in the staff they were so appreciative of me facing my fears that they told me I could stay on for a second ride - which I did! And I loved it!
100% recommend. Brighton is such a beautiful place that the views alone are worth it.
A. N. (.
Must visit attraction of Brighton. Try the evening times on a cloudless day. I went when it was raining but one of the staff 'Aimee' (picture with her attached) helped us to come again on the same ticket when the weather changed later in the evening. There is a bar inside the donut shaped deck. The drinks served were perfect and modestly priced. Overall its an amazing experience here.
M.
Amazing. Certainly a highlight of any trip to Brighton. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it seemed well run. Great views.
i. u.
This is a special experience. There is no feeling of motion as the pod begins its ascent. The views change ever so slowly, with more and more landscape coming into view of further afield whilst people amd vehicles shrinking beneath your feet. We were lucky it was a clear sunny day, though windy, when we took our ride. Loved it and would go again.
D. R.
Fantastic experience. Stunning views, especially at sunset. Friendly staff. I would recommend anyone visiting Brighton to try this experience. Very good price for the experience. I am not a lover of heights and was a little nervous about doing this, but the size of the space meant when it got too much I could stand by the bar 😊
J. B.
Enjoyed the ride very slow the good thing about this is you don't feel a thing the bad thing it's too short a ride. Would go on again, staff very friendly.
L. C.
My husband & I decided to go on i360 during our little weekend break. Everyone was very friendly & I was surprised to see there was even a bar on board. Stunning views & not too pricey.
J. H.
Brilliant! A bit like going in a plane with the baggage search and security, but all done in a
Iighthearted manner so it was a good experience. The photos were so funny we couldn't resist buying the pack at £20. The views over Brighton were amazing and the interior was spacious enough to social distance if you wanted to. The cleaning between each flight was thorough and the unbrellas were a lovely touch, and helped shade us from the sun. Recommended.
P. E.
The view was amazing.
I deducted 2 stars because,
Afterwards I bought the photo album for £22, and for an additional £2 I was told I could get the photos emailed so I could share them on social media.
What I was not told was it would cost me another £7 to download each photo.
A. H.
A very worthwhile experience which lasts a perfect amount of time for the price. Tickets are easy to get and entry was hassle-free. As to be expected, the views were awesome especially in clear weather! Obviously the bar is stupidly expensive and not worth it. Also you get a 'free' picture at the beginning, in which they will charge a £20+ fee for an 'experience portfolio'.
I would say this is a once only event, unless you pay extra to see the sunset experience.
K. A.
The staff are really friendly and the views are incredible. If you have time wander around the little gallery after your trip, it’s fascinating how they built it!
C. W.
It's a fun experience but it is quite expensive but if you do like a good view it's certainly one to consider especially at sunset!
But it's 30 minutes for approximately £18pp over 24.
D. C.
Great views of Brighton and Hove, takes about half hour, costs around £18, there are concessions, bar on board, toilets at bottom of tower along with gift shop and cafe, the boarding cards, staff in airline uniforms and bag check, metal detector walk through before boarding all add a fun element to the experience, recommended 🙂
A. A.
I got the first flight of the day with just a few others on board. The staff were warm and welcoming. Great views as we had blue skies and the sea was calm.
What a lovely experience it was.... Would definitely do it again... With the family.
Highly recommended
F. W.
Very enjoyable experience allowing you to see the entirety of Brighton from a bird's-eye view. Slightly overpriced but other than that well worth a visit.
S. E.
Great views at night! Drinks quite expensive but I think the ticket price is good value for the experience itself. Staff very friendly and helpful.
D. W.
Brilliant! Views are breath taking. Very spacious and easy to move around with the numbers allowed in at one time. Bar on board offering up everything from champagne to soft drinks. Will definitely be going back again.
M. S.
The experience was very professional and safety conscious unfortunately the mist that sits over there can spoil the view on certain days. I chose a rainy day and we had clearer views it's a great way to see over the sea, downs and to see the Art and adverts in places you wouldn't normally get to.
J. B.
Having moved out of Brighton recently, we loved our flight for mother's day yesterday spotting the places that have held so many memories for us. It was a beautiful day which I'm sure helped a lot. The service was a pleasure, staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It may sound like a short time on paper but I thought it was just right. Toddler running around between other people, demanding constant supervision may have swayed my opinion on that point
L.
An absolute must do if you visit Brighton, the whole experience was wonderful. The BA staff are so nice and it's genuinely like getting on a Plane. 5⭐
L. F.
Brilliant viewing tower to see as far as the eye can see all around. Has a bar on board. Go through security and wait for the "next flight" Good experience. Nice way to either start a holiday in Brighton or end one.
B. M.
You suffer from Dizziness? You CAN go up there! The bagel keeps you safe and protected ! You can sip some Nyetimber sparkling wine to calm down..right from the bar
M. K.
We were expecting a very poor view as the day was misty but we could see quite far and the whole trip was very enjoyable. We had tickets booked and some champagne paid for in advance. It was a birthday present to me.
There were very few people on our flight and we only had to wait because we arrived early. Altogether we had a very good experience.
C. B.
Short 30 minute round trip but good amount of time for a drink and admire the view
M. N.
Pretty good actually. The gondola, or whatever we are supposed to call it, is way larger than I thought with plenty of space to move around. I don't know if they ram it fuller than it was for our "flight" but I thought the passenger density was about right. There isn't seating space for everyone but most people are on their feet once you get above building height so you'd probably be all right. I feel like this is more interesting for Sussex people but it's certainly something to do.
J. L.
Great views over Brighton and beyond...live the onboard bar
s. p.
Loved the view of the south coast from the summit of the i360. A mesmerising view and make sure you get that glass of Nyetmber (it's worth £10)
A. D.
i360 was an amazing experience. The height it tooks you give a wonderful view throughout the city. Even the staffs are very helpful, I kept my buggy downstairs in their responsibility. Only thing, when you enter they takes your photographs making you pose, but be aware when you come down from i360, from the exit point they will ask you to take the photographs but those are chargeable. They will not tell you at first when they say you to pose. I felt it was not right to take somebody photo without telling them they are for charge.
G. S.
Really good. Wasn't entirely convinced there would be enough to see so was genuinely surprised at how good it was.
J. H.
Nice experience, didn't last too long whilst up at the top though, around 10 minutes I think.
Great views across Brighton, we were lucky to of had really nice weather. Drinks were expensive but we expected this.
Something different to try, would definitely recommend it if your visiting, but once you've been up I don't think it's worth going again.
d. p.
I walked past here and it gave the i360 as my destination, it wasn’t this time. But I have been on the i360 when it first opened, it provides a great view.
R. W.
Most Amazing Viewing Tower, I live in London and we have the London Eye this is right up there great 360 view of Brighton, the weather held up just long enough to enjoy the views.
D. S.
Great views! Not too bad a price and the wasn’t a long wait to get inside in the middle of the week, not something you would do regularly as not much will change.
The bar has a great selection of drinks, I was pleasantly surprised!
L. W.
Was a awesome experience and I don't like heights but would 100% do this again on a lovely day and you would see for miles and miles
e. e.
Would definitely recommend this experience. Beautiful views of an even more beautiful city. Reasonably priced too.
B. B.
The tower is very impressive and you have a great view on Brighton from above. Signature Drinks and Snacks are totally suggested by me and I also appreciate the great service and less waiting times. Great sight spot!
C. C. C. -. O.
It was such a beautiful ride up the British Airways i360, I loved every bit of it. I wish it lasted longer.
A. R.
Absolutely brilliant love it great view all around you and relaxing
l. m.
I went for a delicious afternoon tea at the restaurant at the i360. The views from our table were amazing. The service from Simon and Ashley was wonderful and the staff were all so friendly. The brioche buns were a nice surprise and the scones and desserts were lovely. I would highly recommend a visit.
X. H.
It's great but a little bit expensive. The glass has some reflection of inside if you want to take good pictures.
S. M.
It was a nice slow ride with some good views.
N. S.
Had a lovely time here. It was a really nice experience, and it has a nice view of Brighton. Everything was very well organised by staff.
A. B.
Wow wow wow what an experience. Amazing day amazing views of Brighton
c. j.
Three Stars is all I can offer this experience. Whilst it's a great way to drive tourism it has its 'highs' and Lows.
Cons
It seems very unorganised, lots of different places to sit and wait. The front of house employee seems more like a doorman than someone engaging with excited members of the public.
Drinks - it's a tourism trap, shame on you BA 5 soft drinks came in at just under £15. A can of coke, a can of lemonade and three orange drinks. What a shame......
20 minute ride time just doesn't seem long enough. There is an hour long flight time option, but we didn't investigate this.
Pros
The design of the capsule is superb. The ride up to the summit is smooth. Seating is available for those worried about heights. The sights from the tower are spectacular, I mean you can see for miles.
Tips....
I couldn't get tickets on the main i360 site for the date and time I wanted. Picniq provided us with discount and the times we wanted.
Price Tickets £50ish for a family of 5.
BA need to do better.
N. A.
Plan your visit not too long in advance. I went there and it was just me going up because it was foggy that day. Didn’t get to see much 😂 but nonetheless a day I wouldn’t forget.
J. R.
We really enjoyed this experience the weather was perfect clear sky's so we could see perfectly all over Brighton and the views are breathtaking 😀 drinks on board making the experience that little more luxurious.
E.
If you're scare of heights- then don't be!! It's looks 10 times scarier from outside then inside. It's super safe and worth trying. And staff members super helpful with taking pictures of you if needed it.
A. B.
Didn't go on but had trip from devil dyke then went to Hove for beach day walked from Hove to Brighton beach what a stunning view from the ground watched from start to finish spectacular has bar inside to have a glass of champagne to add the experience lovely day very hot but beautiful
A. M.
I want to give this experience 5 stars I really do, the views were incredible however the staff on board simply had no skill of controlling their passengers in terms of wearing a facial mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
They only asked over the speaker twice for people to wear them instead of actually getting up and making people wear them.
Unfortunately there is no excuse as to why they couldn't do this as they made everybody have one on as they boarded so they knew no one on board was exempt but as soon as the doors closed that level of professionalism seemed to be left on the ground.
However all of that aside I cannot fault the security check in, the ground staff or the views themselves as they were spectacular, its just a shame they were let down by that.
S. S.
Goes up then down really smoothly, can barely feel it move. No commentary or anything but the views are really nice
I. N.
It was beautiful during the sunset .The moon rose.as the sun fell into the ocean .Inside beverages and snacks where available-they also had ice cream(I recommend strawberry or cookie and cream)Wonderfull time.Worth it.
D. F.
Absolutely exhilarating!! Worth doing in order to see such a view. I am scared of heights but found this manageable..
v. r.
Impressive viewing tower that will whisk you 450ft in the air for amazing views over Brighton and the English Channel, not the cheapest but impressive and well executed
D.
At the top is an amazing view of Brighton and the Sea....
The bar provides alcohol and chocolate to make it a special trip into the sky. Knocked off 1 star because you can't take any pictures without glare or reflections all over the glass.
Good idea to see Brighton from this height.
W. S.
Excellent the crew were polite and friendly, unfortunately the weather was overcast, would definitely go up again to capture a sunset.
J. S.
Loved it very gentle and smooth the staff were really helpful
P. E.
Not for those scared of heights. But great fun.
A. J.
Absolutely mind blowing experience. Well worth the money. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. I recommend booking the afternoon tea with this as it was a perfect thing to do after in the restaurant.
N. X.
Me and my partner went here for a day trip decided to try the British Airways I360 we enjoyed the 25 min ride.
D. L.
Viewing capsule which ascended to over 400 feet offering great 360 degree views of Brighton. Very professionally done with a bar offering English sparing wine. We bought a very entertaining book into which our photos had been inserted
S. B.
Lovely experience, fast entry. Well stocked bar in the tower and on the decking. Easy and friendly security staff and desk staff
C. R.
Excellent experience, superb views out over Brighton. Nothing to fear if you don't like heights, just sit back in the middle and relax, you don't know you are moving, it is a really smoth ride.
S. M.
Amazing place 🙂 beautiful ❤️ experience!
F. B.
It was a very different experience. Worth to do it once just to see the beach view from very high up. But not something I’ll do again as it’s expensive and very short. Loved the shop. Nice cuddly toys in there for the little ones.
W. P.
Chose a beautiful day, midweek. Not too busy. Excellent views. Staff very efficient and the overview given was very informative.
C. C.
Great views, drinks are expencive
M. I.
Very impressive with well managed shop i 360 is amazing,to seen beach side and beautifull Brighton city
E. S.
Had an absolutely fantastic time on the i360! Even with the cloudy skies can see for miles and miles and was so beautiful to see.
K. M.
The best way to see Brighton!! Excellent experience!!
s. h.
The view from the top is great specially during the sunset.
I.
A smooth 360° view ride at the seaside beach area in brighton. This flight experience is a smooth one , no turbulence ! Its a 30 min ride. The staff welcome you in flight crew uniform and there is also a snacks and bar inside the viewing capsule giving you a flight feel. They also play fun party music inside. You get to see 360° view of brighton which is amazing ! The overall experience is good but is generally crowded during weekends so make sure you book and go. The price is moderate. The experience is fully wheelchair or stroller accessible one. They also have a small shop and clean toilets with baby changing station just outside the viewing capsule area. The place is kid and LGBT+ friendly.
W. A.
Good experience. Definitely something to talk about having visited Brighton. Slight knock for the price of tickets and flight time. It says you have a 25 mins flight time. Ours was more like 15 when actually timed. So a lot of money paid for a shortened experience. Either way still good but a one trick ticket ride.
S. M.
Make sure you go up on a clear day , views great . Drink prices a bit steep.
D. L.
I loved the fun of getting on a flight: it's like you are off to BA - gates- luggage- VIP cocktail zone- flight! Wonderful experience .
V. O.
Not really one for high rides but this is the one for me. Upon arrival I was greeted by very nice polite staff very helpful from start to end enjoyed a nice glass of bubbly whilst looking from the skyline down at Brighton takes approx between 30-40mins great idea for family or romantic day out.
R. W.
Decent spot to start with your Brighton fun. There is security controll on the entrance. And toilet available just before the lift (best to use as you'll spend at least 20 minutes in the air). Check the weather before you go as it influences the experience. There is some bar on a board (champagne £12, G&T £6,5 or about, some snacks etc.). Decent view from top - definitely worth the money.
T. M.
Very nice, had a good time an a couple of drinks, lovely views.
S.
A bit pricey for the experience in comparison to other of the type in other cities but always a pleasure to fly up and watch Brighton from above so perhaps it’s just worth it? :)
S. B.
The staff were so kind and attentive when one of our party fainted in the heat especially Mark. They looked after her while the others had their flight which was very good. They called us a taxi and we all agreed we coukdnt have had kinder and nicer people.
K. M.
Visited place few weeks ago for first time, here are my first impression from location!
• Good experience to view 360 degree from above with drink and photography.
• Try to view 360 degree view first and then focus on photography, you will get idea to have best location!
• Entry you will feel like airport checkin.
• Good place to find suitable location for you in beach!
• Tickets are bit costly £17 for adult for 20mins, try to buy from window instead of online, you will get group discount.
• Good options for souvenirs but looks costly in my opinion
c. s.
Excellent experience, easy to check in and champagne wad ready on arrival. Very smooth trip, brilliant views and made our day very special. Thanks BA
J. A.
Awesome views of Brighton from the sky, plus there is a bar! Sweet!
Updating my review 4 years on:
This is just as good as I remembered!
The staff are lovely and very helpful, the views are amazing, and it's actually super relaxing to just chill and watch the world from above!
For photographers:
Bear in mind that it's all curved glass, so you'll get plenty of glare on your photos of the view. Bring a hoodie or something to block out the excess light, and make sure you look down! You get some surprisingly clear photos of people walking on the beach!
L. I.
Different over look of brighton a view from the skys thats well worth the price in my opinion. Staff friendly very helpfull. Got a little lesson about the structure once at the top and refreshments served in the pod itself enjoyable experience
M. B.
The view was amazing but I definitely recommend going when its sunny. Also its also quite boring if you don’t care about the views. It goes up very 30 min and you can buy tickets without having to wait long.
R. P.
It's OK. As you can see in all of the pictures from the inside its exceedingly difficult to get a shot that doesn't pick up a bizarre reflection on it. However the views are great. Even on a cloudy day we could see out to the Isle of Wight and to Beachy Head.
We got a couple of glasses of prosecco in with the ticket price online and a slight discount so that was worth it, the time spent at the top was probably around 12-15 minutes so you can walk around freely with other guests.
I definitely will say one of the other reasons for not going with 4 or 5 stars was just the queuing procedure. There really was no actual sense. Instead of marking through those that had pre-booked online and then figuring out how much space was left for the flight up the pole, they just seemed to shove everyone together and not really be bothered.
So, if you book ahead be aware it says be there 20 minutes before hand. At the time we had (17:00) you did need to be. The queue was already long, everyone was in that line. You will go through some airport style security and a bag check as well beforehand.
They have reduced the capacity since covid but it's a small space and there were probably around 90-100 people inside, you are asked to wear a mask if not eating or drinking. So bear it in mind in the current conditions.
It was an OK experience but a one time thing, if it's a but chilly outside but you can still see a good distance then I would say do it, if its misty or low cloud then I'd avoid it. Might also be a fun thing to do at night with the lights off the pier etc.
R. K.
Every 3 hours new single person. They singed very well 👏 xxx
E. H.
Reasonable price and lasts about half an hour. Amazing views!
C. M.
Honestly, the view is not that great from the top🤭
But having the experience at least once is something you’ll want to do
You’re gonna need a really good camera to take great photos at a distance
V. L.
Brilliant adventure to see Brighton and Hove from up above! Highly recommend.
I randomly turned up for a 2:00pm session and it was empty. The session after was packed.
A. C.
Really good experience. Fun to do. Feels COVID-19 safe 😷 Views would be fantastic on a clear day, but a bit dull and grey for us; still very glad we went.
G. P. !.
Very good and next time i go there when sunny day :D
n.
360 view ! Beautiful 👌 they also organise a venues for weddings parties.
P. J.
Incredible experience to see Brighton from above
J. C.
The trip up the i360 was enjoyable, but tainted by the over-the-top airport style security. Yes, the attraction is sponsored by British Airways, but people are essentially going up in a glass lift, not getting on a plane.
After security, there are just two non-disabled toilets and one disabled shared between everyone. Not sufficient whatsoever, especially as everyone seems to need the toilet before going on a 'flight'.
D. D.
Really nice views of Brighton. We went around lunch time during November. Sun was out and it was clear to see. Didn't get a drink from the bar due to the prices. Social distancing was maintained on the 'flight' but not so much the waiting area.
M. N.
Visited this attraction last week. What a fantastic piece of architecture . great value for money. as a drinks bar on board. Great space to move around, fantastic views of brighton & over the sea.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the Security team who were very professional in carrying out the Security checks
M. H.
Ascending on a clear day you'll see all of Brighton from this 162m tower and far beyond. Very enjoyable and worth a visit. An engineering marvel.
T. T.
It's okay. Average nothing much to see but an experience nonetheless.
J. D.
Brilliant! Loved every minute of it and the views were spectacular
J.
We hired our giant 6m 22-player football table and a magic mirror to the function room downstairs. We are Jukebox45s. The staff were very helpful and accomodating with delivery and collection. Much appreciated.
R. T.
Amazing views of Brighton from over 100 metres of height. The ride is about 20 min and the views are stunning (on a sunny day at least 😉).
A. H.
Offers great panoramic views of Brighton. Good and quick service (we didn’t have to queue, staff were very friendly). Probably around 20-30 minutes up and down in total, so perhaps a little expensive for what you get.
K. J.
Definitely one of the main attractions in Brighton and it was indeed a great experience. Highly recommended for you guys to enjoy the ride when you're in Brighton.
L. B.
Espectacular
Amazing
the view is spectacular
K. J.
Definitely one of the main attractions in Brighton and it was indeed a great experience. Highly recommended for you guys to enjoy the ride when you're in Brighton.
A. S.
A great attraction. Beautiful views from the top. I recommend this attraction. Very friendly service.
D. H.
A great experience. Recommend going on the day after checking the weather as a clear day will give more.
P. F.
Visited for a friend's birthday and a great time had by all. I would recommend the afternoon tea also!
C. H.
Midweek winter visit. Only 9 on board plus 2 staff. Great weather, great experience
A. S.
Pleasant experience with stunning views.
A. R.
Absolutely brilliant love it great view all around you and relaxing
M. S.
The experience was very professional and safety conscious unfortunately the mist that sits over there can spoil the view on certain days. I chose a rainy day and we had clearer views it's a great way to see over the sea, downs and to see the Art and adverts in places you wouldn't normally get to.
b. (.
The views and experience is one you have to see it to feel it , it's awesome
J. M.
If you want to pay to see views down the coast I'd suggest you walk up the race hill. It's free & the excercise will do you good.
I. M.
Security is a bit mad but I guess you could say that they want to give you the full "airport experience"
Refering to it as a flight though is a bit tacky, its not a plane. You are not going anywhere but up for 15 minutes. Its not a flight, its a booking to go to a viewing platform.
The experience itself was good although a bit rushed and many people who had bought drinks had not even finished them by the time the "flight" was over, this is how you csn tell the experience is rushed. If you are going to decide that the experience requires a Bar, you must ensure that customers have enough time to consime the drink they have paid for during the experience.
R. N.
Excellent. Lovely views.
S. P. -. E.
I visited back in August 2016 with my family. It was quite nice. Slow getting onto it, but lovely views when you are at the very highest it will go. Would visit again if I get the chance.
b. d.
OMG never yjought i would do this but so glad i did. Views are amazing.
Price was great too. £17.50 per person.
M. M.
This experience lasts around 25 mins and takes you upto 138 meters for great 360 degree views if Brighton and the coast.
It loses a star for me for the distorted back reflections when you're taking photos. I been up alot of the highest viewing platforms around the World, and some, like KL Tower get round this issue by having flat, outward sloping glass with dark background behind.
It's nonetheless a very good experience.
S. P.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A fantastic experience. Good value for money. I really enjoyed the ride.
S. I.
What an excellent event! Its really high but great views all over Brighton and SDAONB. The staff are really good, prices acceptable, Covid awareness very good. Security control on entry. Online booking really straightforward. 😊
F. A. L.
The trip itself is a nice experience.however the time where I went there was a bit cloudy and windy.
I bought my ticket through booking.com which is quite cheaper than the physical ticketing office but they have more options included overthere such as brunch and lunch with the experience itself
T. M.
Very enjoyable experience. Efficient & friendly service throughout with London priced drinks available (as expected) whilst enjoying the views. Definitely would recommend giving it a go.
L. H.
This was so much fun, you get such a great view over Brighton, we really enjoyed it, definitely worth the money.
w.
Great experience, didn't cost too much if you've pre-booked tickets online.
It lasts 30mins give or take for the whole journey.
Views were amazing, couldn't tell from the snaps I took.
Once you enter, you can buy refreshments.
After all that, they leave you to the gift shop.
Recommended.
s.
Went here for the first time a few weeks ago (I'm a brighton resident). It was definitely worth doing, lovely views of Brighton and beyond. We were lucky as it was a clear, hot and sunny day, so the views were really good. I probably wouldn't bother again but only due to the price. The actual journey up and down is around 30 odd mins, for those with small bladders, there is no loo on it, so go before, and it is air conditioned.
M. W.
Great experience with a clear weather forecast 😍
J. H.
The staff were professional and the experience was fun but nothing more than what you would expect if you've experienced anything similar, for example, the London Eye. There are some very interesting panels in the waiting area of the planning and construction that went into the edifice. The engineering is fascinating to read about. However, there is an ominous crack in one of the panels!
S. I. M. N.
The views are great and you have to admire the engineering feat this attraction is. It is a half hour well spent
C. G.
Fabulous experience with amazing views.
A. M.
So this place was built as a sort of replacement for the pier which burnt down in 2003. Instead of having something take you out to sea they decided to take you up into the sky. Impressive feat of engineering as well. There's a whole section on how it was built. For that very reason credit must be giving. It's a bit like the London Eye to be honest except it's one big pod so there's more room to move around and take in the views from a 360 perspective. Very good views of Brighton and beyond for quite a fair bit of distance. There's a short commentary and a selection of hot and cold drinks. You definitely want to catch this place on a sunny day though. It's 25 min up and down. I have to say, the security is very excessive. British Airways decided to give you the full blown airline experience with the airport style security! It's pricey as well and surprised there's no family package but all in all worth it.
A. R.
Great experience and the weather was brilliant so made the view even better not sure it would be good on a cloudy day
N. K.
It was an experience, really cool. If it’s sunny and clear you can see the wind turbines out at sea.
S.
Nice experience, I would say a bit pricey but if you want the best view over Brighton you need to go.
R. Q.
Nice tower with good sea view
M. Y.
This is a must visit if you are in Brighton, great experience with stunning views across the coast. The ride lasts about 30 minutes and there is an on-board bar for refreshments. Plenty of flights throughout the day and you can just walk up and pay to go on, however I would recommend booking online a few days in advance as you can save yourself a few pounds.
P. C.
Had an amazing time , it's definitely worth the money. The weather was nice and I had the opportunity to see the nicest sunset . Bar it's available inside and the staff was nice and friendly. The whole thing takes about 25 minutes but the view from the top it's amazing.
J. R.
Good experience clearly not the cheapest.
The surrounding area at the bottom is nice to if you don't fancy going up, I have included some pictures of this too. The little stall are decent prices and it's probably best to eat at them before you go up then get just a drink when you go up.
There are public toilet downstairs, as well as nice restaurant, leading right on to the beach. There is. Carpark right opposite which is quite cheaper but you will have to wait in a que as it gets full very quick.
C. W.
It was alit of money and not very exciting
T. V.
Definately something you have to do at least once when visiting Brighton. I'd say it would be a good idea to bring binoculars. It definately creates lasting memories but can be a little pricey for a short ride and even pricier for food and drink.
R. B.
beautiful views while going up.
A. a.
Very good experience. Had pre-booked tickets but unfortunately on the evening of our flight there was very low fog so zero views and the lovely staff said we could come back another day instead which luckily we were in the area for a few days. Next day the weather was better although just a little cloudy, but we decided to take our flight then and still had great views. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and kind, the queues weren't too bad at all. Food&drink and accessibility all good. Worth the money I would say. My partner is scared of heights and actually he did well because there is seating in the middle if he felt it too much and there is railing along the side to hold onto for dear life! I found the ride up and down Very smooth and pleasant. Overall- Very enjoyable (for me!) Thank you BA staff.
G. A. Y.
Amazing experience, even though it was wet and very breezy.
Great views across Brighton and out to sea, children's drinks included in the ticket price.
The restaurant was friendly with ample seating space, there were however a few reserved spaces for post flight parties etc, so as the weather improves it would be worth booking a table in advance
Reasonable prices for this type of experience. The food however was not fantastic.......
Highly recommend
N. A.
remember to book online for a sunny day:
Adult 25+ £14.85
Young Person ( 16-24 years with valid ID) £10.00
Child 4-15 £7.40
Toddler 0-3 Free
Resident Member From £7.40
B. S.
Adult tickets cost ~£16 which I didn't think was too bad. Plenty of space inside the pod to wander around. On my trip people kept moving around so you could get good views from all around. It was a lovely sunny day on my visit - which was great, but the sunshine makes it tricky to take decent pictures due to the curved glass on the pod.
D. W.
Visited this in Oct 2018. Book at the office by the road then make sure you enter the facility via the shop on the seafront. Full security like an airport - you may get your bag searched! Once in it's very spacious with unobstructed views & very gentle motion so not so scary if you re worried about these things (reaches ~130m). Obviously fantastic views on the way up. Lasts about 20 mins so lots of opportunites to get all the angles you want for the maximum value for money. Recommended.
K. K.
Amazing views ! Feel like you are in a real plane ! Cheep tickets from group on bought.(champagne for two included in a package)
Friendly atmosphere and beautiful views!definitely worth money and your time !
E. D.
I was really surprised by this place! We bought the tickets really quickly with a friendly member of staff, entered the place and had our temperatures measured and hands sanitised — all the guidelines were met. Inside the actual “capsule”, if you can call it this way, was a little bar, which a pretty surprising fact. The flight took 25 minutes and gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos. There were not too many people, so everyone could have a place to take a look on beautiful skyline. I can only imagine how pretty it is during sundown! Overall, we were satisfied with the flight and the service. Thank you!
J. B.
It's quite expensive but my visitors enjoyed themselves. One of the glass panels has a crack in it which is a little alarming at the heights you go!
R. C.
Had TravelZoo vouchers for this as a gift. Visited on the most perfect day in early April, blue sky and sunshine and not too hazy.
Really friendly but professional staff.
You need to arrive about 20 mins before, though I was just able to turn up and was in the air within about 20 mins. Once you're through security (no pointy things!) there's a waiting area with information boards about the construction and a short film including interviews and time lapse footage of the build.
The ride is very smooth, you'd barely notice it moving either up or down. There's a bar where you can buy drinks and ice cream, but I think you'll want both hands free for taking photos and just enjoying the view.
The cafe on the seafront underneath does perfectly acceptable food and drink, and the staff there were also polite.
J. A.
What a site to see. The ability to look out across all of Brighton is a opportunity not to be missed! Amazing price for the time you get and very well maintained!
Also constant COVID cleaning fills everyone with confidence!
Thank you.
S. S.
Very nice stretch for walking beside the sea shore. Cool breeze and a partner to chat with a pleasing drink or a snack to enjoy adds it all. Lot of space to sit and spend time with loved ones. Children can play and enjoy with the pebbles on the shore. Lot of activities on the beach - like the one in my video ... British Airlines i360 is also a great attraction. Overall good destination for sure.
T. P. S.
A really great way to see epic views of the coastline on a clear day. Aim for a day with good weather and if it’s sunset you see the white chalk cliffs of the Seven Sisters down the coast turning yellow, orange, pink, and salmon colours over a short period. Kill time before and after having a lovey walk on the promenade and taking in the sites, sounds and smells from the beachfront bars, Cafés and activities.
R.
One star off because it's a bit of a tourist trap and quite pricey for what it is (more ££ than the royal pavilion).
Another off - not because they confiscated my lunch knife (different country different rules I guess) but because a) the *only* reason they did was that I saw the sign and told them about it up front: there was no bag scanner and the bag search would never have found it otherwise, and it's irritating to enforce such a rule in a way that honesty is penalised while anyone who actually wanted to sneak a knife up there would have no problem! And b) the obvious solution - a bag drop - was not provided in spite of the price.
B.
I came here during the bank holiday in August 2020. Was pleased to see the procedures they had in place to keep their customers and staff safe during the pandemic. You’re expected to arrive at the viewing tower 15 minutes before to complete security which is expected. The air inside the pod is fresh from the outside - not recycled air. Very reassuring. The flight lasts for about 25 minutes. Once you’re in the air, there is plenty of space to wander around. You have unbeatable views of the city of Brighton as well the sea. There is also a bar inside which sells locally sourced drinks which isn’t too expensive. I would recommend a visit!
B. M.
i360 has become a new landmark for Brighton since Year 2016. Brighton & Hove Council also invest a lot to build up the infrastructure around Brighton Pier to i360 and attract the visitors and so as the local people here. During the past few years, cave shops are re-built and a lot of facilities also added. You can now enjoy shopping, sitting on the beach to enjoy the sunshine, have a cup of coffee, cold drink or delicious ice cream, seafood.......etc. It is worth a visit and enjoy your leisure time. I myself really enjoy all this facilities, how about you ? Feel free to let me have your comments and share my feelings.
B. W.
Gorgeous views, but too many people, no distancing.
I went today, thinking they would limit crowds to a safe, specially distanced amount. But unfortunately I was wrong. There were still too many people for the space and no one cared about the distancing guidelines. I had to keep moving away from people who kept stepping right up next to me, two even stepped close enough to brush against me before I could move.
No proper queueing system for getting on or off either, it's just a big messy free for all once you're past security.
I can't fault staff here, they tried their very best. But with a large crowd and people just not caring about the rules, nor wearing masks throughout, they didn't stand a chance.
The experience itself was decent for the price and views really are gorgeous. Especially on a clear and bright day. I'd recommend it during non-covid times, but currently unfortunately very stressful for anyone who wants to stay safely distanced.

Wonderful once in life time experience , best sunset view and time we'll spent I'm Brighton
S. R.
Great Experience, staff were friendly and professional throughout our time during the experience.
The view of Brighton was amazing. The only negative I felt with it was the time. It seemed to be over very quickly my partner who is afraid of heights was just starting to feel comfortable with it when we began to decend.
I feel given 5 to 10 minutes more would be beneficial.
Other than that it was a nice experience.
N. S.
Amazing experience! The reception staff very helpful, specially John been very kind and friendly. I recommend it 👌
A. W.
Really enjoyed the experience, brought to you by the same architects who created the London Eye. That's why the pod has a similar look and feel.
Fantastic view from the top, which provides a great overview of Brighton. Do splurge on a glass of bubbles, like we did!
Tip: Be aware that there is a security search before you get in the pod. The attraction is totally wheelchair accessible too.
A. S.
Pleasant experience with stunning views.
J. 4.
Well worth doing it the once, book in advance to get discounted tickets.Views are stunning if you get clear day or at night. As you would expect they try and sell extra bits to you like photos and drinks but staff were friendly and not pushy.
R. W.
Very high tower. It's great attraction for every one. Incredible view from the top... But it's not very cheap. I think it's great place for a short stop on a family trip. They should replace one window with a very big crack lol.
M. M.
The British Airways i360 is a fairly new addition to the beach frontline in the heart of Brighton. It is a huge glass pod that rises slowly to a breathtaking height providing incredible views over the sea and city of Brighton. The experience starts with a short tour and making of the i360, detailing the infrastructure and engineering, which is fascinating. The glass pod tower is a huge engineering feat which has a bar and 360 views. The experience is very relaxed and staff are very helpful. There is a well stocked bar on board with packeted snacks for a quick nibble.
The pod slowly moves up the column very smoothly that you can hardly feel you are moving.
Definitely worth going to, it is totally unique and easy to go on your own or in a group. Try going at sunset if you can.
Wonderful bar and shop available post visit so you have somewhere to finish drinks too.
P. L. V. P.
Very nice place to enjoy with Family and Friends.
Better to bring Food to spend long time at least for 3 to 4 hours near to it.
Z. R.
Facilities excellent, staff amazing - professional and friendly. Catering on point. Great location for a conference.
A. D.
A not so fancy way of a Ferris wheel I'd say, don't fall for the fanfare, yes it's a good view but for the price I'd expected it to last a little bit longer
D. D.
We visited the i360 in October and we were very lucky to have a clear day, we were very surprised by the security just like being a the airport when you have to empty your pockets and open your bags so they can check you with scanners. In the departure lounge you can watch videos of the construction of the tower and get a feeling of what you are about to do, the ascent and decent are very smooth. When you get to the top what a great view of Brighton you get, and on a clear day you are supposed to be able to see the Isle of Wight, all in all a great place to see Brighton and surrounding area.
j. m.
Not a bad way to kill a couple of hours. The kids had a great time. You can have a drink at the bar in the i360 itself and the views are amazing. Only issue is the glass is very reflective on the inside of the pod - so the pictures didnt come out that well.
R. S.
A short time in the queue, nice staff, well worked out "boarding" procedure. There's time enough for everibody to enjoy the view, even though you didn't start at a windor spot. It was breathtaking, we were lucky enough to go during clear weather.
A. N.
Great views of Brighton.
J. M.
Well worth the trip, security takes a while, so turn up at least 20mins before - there are desk chairs and games so u won’t mind waiting. We walked up, paid, and got on the next flight. Views are spectacular, bar is nice, the dropped star was because of the pushy fake photography green screen and being forced into an exhibition at the end rather being able to leave.
M.
Did the 1100 "flight". Wasn't over crowded although clearly quite a few people. The ride up is smooth, no juddering and the floor is solid so youre not looking at the ground for those that are squeamish. Great views if you like that sort of thing, which I assume you would if you're looking to go on it. Drinks prices are like usual London style prices.
S. R.
Amazing views of Brighton. Really nice, gentle ride up. Book in advance for a hassle free ride and it’s cheaper. On a clear day, the views are amazing!
C. S.
It's nice to have a bird's eye view of Brighton but I think it's too expensive for the short experience. If possible go at sunset time. It's lovely and romantic.
I particularly liked the video about the construction process
A. F.
Nice experience and fantastic views. There is a picture opportunity but they are expensive. NOTE: they will print your pictures and show you at the and of your flight, so don't freak out and complain because "you don't like you're picture being printed" (you know who you are, even your girlfriend walked away because it was embarrassing).
J. -. S. T. t. T. P. G.
Staff made a real effort to make it a 'flight' that was fun & remembered. Its an interesting experience that gives you a different perspective of Brighton & the sea.
The only thing that I would change is the photo experience that is an additional requirement - you have to pose for a photo prior to the flight & then after you are given the option of buying the photo. I think this cheapens the experience & more focus should be put on affordable souvenirs & gifts.
Overall though it was a different & enjoyable way to spend a morning.
D.
Awesome view and a memorable date. You get about 25 minutes on the ride including ascending/descending.
It moves so smoothly you won't feel it. I didn't get any motion sickness.
Theres a bar that serves alcohol and DJ playing music
I recommend trying it at least once.
A. P.
Such a pleasurable flight and experience! Could not have picked a better day as it was such a clear sky and the sun was just setting ! Such beautiful views. The staff were also very professional throughout the experience. Can't wait to do a night flight.
A. D.
Me and my dad went here just before going to a gig. We bought two tickets for the 8 o'clock flight. The meant we went up just in time for the sunset, giving us a nice view with sufficient light to see around. The structure is over a 100m tall so you truly do get the best view in Brighton. The tower moves up slowly to give you time to get as many photos as you need. There is a bar there as well, but only offers 3-4 drinks that are very expensive for what you get. Overall its a very unique but pricey experience. For tourists its a must do thing, and possibly should be done by any Brighton or British residents.
J. M.
If you want to pay to see views down the coast I'd suggest you walk up the race hill. It's free & the excercise will do you good.
T. T.
Wasn't looking forward to this as I sometimes struggle with heights however the trip in the pod was amazing & far exceeded my expectations. 2 x drinks £13 so quite expensive (1/2 lager & g&t). Went on a clear sunny day & views were breath taking. Got alot of great pics with some reflection from curved glass of pod on some pics. Would definitely recommend, time in pod was 20 mins. Easy access for wheelchairs.
L. D.
Great experience!! My wife and I love Brighton and thought we would go on the i360 and see Brighton from a different perspective.
There is a bar inside the bubble which has reasonable prices, but the view is fantastic....... definitely worth a go👍
J. A. (.
This is higher than we originally expected and offers great views of Brighton. Located right on the sea front, it is easy to find. Surrounding roads offer parking and there are also nearby parking structures available. We went on quite a gloomy day in December as they were offering rides with Santa. We still managed to have a great view. The Santa experience was really relaxed. You could either queue to see him or wait for him to come around to see you. The staff were great. We had a wheelchair and found the attraction to be fully accessible.
C. B.
Worth the £14 for the views and the trip up high. Good for people with a fear of heights as you don't feel unsafe or off balance and it goes up quite slowly. Staff were helpful
C. T.
Very sunny day made it even better for the viewing staff very friendly and polite and very good talk re the eye and other things by a cree member..
T. M.
Awesome experience
very friendly team running it
Well done
M. T.
Definitely would recommend to visit when in Brighton.
H. T.
Really enjoyed our trip, Not too busy, good choice of drinks in the bar area and nice gift shop options.
L. C.
Really great experience, fantastic views! Definitely recommend.
I. W.
One of the newer attraction s in Brighton, this is locat ed d where the old, burned out West Pier started. You actually get quite a good view of the rema I ns just off shore and some of the old peers have been used in a piece of abstract art.
This attraction is interesting to look at and certainly an engineering marvel with wonderful views out across Brighton.
Facilities in the gondola (I guess that is what you call it) are good and comfortable and include a bar, but if you don't have a head for highs, beware. It goes a long way up!
C. G.
Amazing view of Brighton and Hove. Once up you really have time to enjoy different views and the pod is big enough allowing to walk around without being overcrowded. Worth to book ahead to avoid queuing. If you live in Brighton apply for a membership, which gives you half price ticket.
P. L. R.
An amazing experience, that will permit you to admire the city of Brighton and Hove, literally from the top. A 20' ride of pure magic and enchantment, that will definitely make you fall in love with this beautiful city, leaving you speechless, with the only thought that when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
A. F.
Great value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience definitely one for the bucket list! Views were amazing and you can hardly feel it moving.
M. A.
Just an awesome and a wonderful experience. Great views, great ambience and engineering! A must do
L. H.
Tremendous views from tallest moving observation tower. Quite short time for the ride up and down. Bar inside the capsule, as well as a bar, food and shop on arrival back at ground level. Expensive drinks but overall well worth the experience especially on a clear day with fine views of Brighton, the coast, and South Downs.
B.
Amazing views from the highest point. I would love to do it again on a clear night.
L. M.
Faced my fears yesterday. So glad I did. What an amazing experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone. You really don't know you are moving, it's such a smooth ride.
J. H.
Absolutely excellent really good experience 👍
b. (.
The views and experience is one you have to see it to feel it , it's awesome
B. R.
Very amazing and professional experience. Some really stunning views of the city and the pier.
S.
Simply great. Not too expensive, and the highlight of my trip to Brighton. Before you go on, there are already very professional staff, even a bar (there's also one on-board the actual i360 itself). The views once you get on are stunning, and you will want to bring a camera. Shame it doesn't seem to be much that popular right now, as it is a great place to go if you're taking a trip there.
G. T.
Amazing views, lots of space to walk around inside and not get too close to people.
A. G.
Modern, smooth, amazing. Amazing views of the ocean, coast and the city. Btw, colourful umbrellas in the doughnut:) looks amazing! Beautiful design.
J. J.
The BA i360 in Winter was a great experience to see Brighton's vast landscape changed from the busy summer surroundings. Just be cautious of the weather as it was harder to see landmarks due to dull sky's and mist. Their selective local produce and drinks available from the bar are highly recommended. Thought we might have been up the top longer but overall a great experience!
A. T.
Good views of the city. Nice 30 min ride. Worth it if you're visiting Brighton I'd say
J. H.
Great view from the sky. We got a discount with a voucher we picked up from the upside down house next door. Your flight time is 30 mins long and there is a bar in the air however this is expensive. Views from the top are great and the staff were all lovely 😁
D. E.
Nice view of the city £10 for a booked time, clean and tidy, it does go very high, step free access via lower promenade, bar and gift shop, parking in the city
E. S.
Great experience, approx 20 minutes but well worth the £15. You can’t feel it moving as it’s very smooth but the views from the top are incredible. All staff were friendly and dressed in the BA uniform.
Just a side note, the drinks on board are quite expensive which I wouldn’t normally mind due to where you are but the sparkling wine was warm.
I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Brighton though!
L. M. o. H.
Amazing experience, especially due to the staff. I bought a Brighton explorer pass through other attraction's website, unfortunately they gave me the wrong ticket so I had some trouble getting in to other places but luckily a very nice lady from the staff helped me and solved the problem in no time!! :) The attraction itself is incredible, a must visit for tourists, opportunity to get marvelous shots of Brighton panorama and just enjoy the view.
E. G.
Great views, friendly staff, reasonable flight time and the kids loved it 👍🏼
M. B.
It is really cool that you can see the whole Brighton from it. It's worth trying it out.
M. M.
Excellent 👌 views of Brighton
D. B. (.
Absolutely amazing! The views from up in the air are stunning! Great views of Brighton. The whole experience was amazing start to finish, got to relax on some deck chairs in the sunshine whilst waiting for our turn. When inside the air con meant that it was a lovely temperature inside despite the whole thing being glass! Would highly recommend.
A. S.
Great experience. Highly recommended.Beautiful views of Brighton.
M. M.
Fantastic views over Brighton. Went up when it was just getting dark. Good to see the lights.
S. W.
Great experience, I dont like heights but could cope with it ok
H. B.
We went up the i360 yesterday and loved it. I was a little worried as we had accidentally chosen the hottest day to go and there were large groups of school children. However the boarding process was quick and easy, the staff gave out free water also. The pod it self was air conditioned and the staff were lovely. Got some great views! Great value for money also.
M. C.
Good location, easy to get to and even park nearby along the sea. There are restaurants nearby. The ride itself was pleasent. There's a bar in the pod but of course there are queues immediately until you're half way through the ride time. Views are nice, but of course you're just looking into the sea really but nice.
O. T.
It is a good place to be for relaxation and holiday.Really enjoyed every minute I spent there
J. V.
Ticket prices are individual, maybe they should consider family packages? This is a 30 min ride up to the top to view brighton from above, on a clear day you can get some nice views. Personally i think it might be nicer in the evening with the streets and promenade all lit up. the pod wasnt overly crowded so wasnt a problem walking around and trying to get to see views all around (luckily was a nice clear day). The shape and the reflection on the glass/plastic made it difficult getting arial shots of brighton.
They serve drinks and snacks on board but it is pricey. The brighton gin with a rock which was suprisingly nice. Staff were also polite and helpful.
P.
Enjoyable ride up with an amazing view over the city and rolling hills in the distance. The 8pm tour was nice to see the sun lowering on the horizon. Restaurant food was ok but you come for the view.
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Air conditioning inside made the trip up comfortable.
I would recommend a ride up if your in the area.
As of summer 2017 prices are £16 for adults.
C. H.
Midweek winter visit. Only 9 on board plus 2 staff. Great weather, great experience
E. L. (.
Only 30 minutes so short and kind of expensive. + We had not been warned that our "flight" was cancelled and that we had to came back the day after... Still it was a good experience even with a fear of hight
I loved the small"museum" after the flight
D. B.
Nice view from the top. Midday in bright weather recommended.
A. O.
A very fascinating experience, seeing the city from such a high vantage point. The price might seem a bit steep at first, but for nearly half an hour with the best view in town, I definitely think that it's worth it. If you time it to fit with the sunset it gets even prettier, but be aware that the glare from the lights and screens inside the pod/dome/thing will make it nearly impossible to get good photos of the view, though it is perfectly visible with the naked eye.
D. H.
A great experience. Recommend going on the day after checking the weather as a clear day will give more.
D.
We went on a Tuesday 2:30pm in November. Cold but clear day. As it wasn't planned we just walked in. Greeted at the desk by friendly member of staff, who said the next 'flight' will be 2:30. Which suited us as only a 20mins wait. There are toilets there on the ground which I suggest going to if you have kids or a pint sized bladder as there isn't one on the pod. You go through security...empty pockets, they check bags etc. Then you have a photo taken, usual stuff. There is then a waiting area where you await the arrival of the pod, info on the building which was interesting and a little souvenir area.
The whole thing is very slick operation.
Get on board and there is a bar and informative staff who can tell you about the construction and views. The climb to the top is quick, you have about 20mins at the top and then straight back down.
The views were amazing.
Good thing to do for 45mins.
£30 for 2 adults.
R. W.
Felt like i was living in the future riding this into the sky! great views of everything and a great way to appreciate the varied and interesting architecture that is usually unseen to visitors of brighton.
C. W.
A good experience but was over far too quickly.
Very welcoming and friendly hosts.
E. D.
Great if you have out of town visitors or little ones, bit of a one off, once you’ve done it you’ve done it.
S. J.
A great experience for all ages. A fascinating view of the surrounding area encompassing both sea and land.
P. W.
Fabulous experience, views outstanding.
G. M.
Nice views from the top. It was raining when we went up but we could still see far enough. Well done in the effect of "taking a flight". There's a bar on the 360 but not many options for drinks. £16 for entry. There is a video before you go on the 360 on repeat about the i360. There's a cafe at road level and a restaurant at beach level. The restaurant wasn't open when we went. When you get off the 360 you walk into the gift shop.
P. F.
Visited for a friend's birthday and a great time had by all. I would recommend the afternoon tea also!
J.
Super fun attraction that's perfect for people wanting to take plenty of photos to remind themselves of their trip. Stunning views and very fun, friendly staff!
M. M. M.
Our first trip ever to Brighton and we had been looking forward to trying out the new British Airways i360. It did not disappoint. The staff are all professional and friendly. The rides up and down are so smooth you can’t feel it. The views are wonderful and there is plenty to look at. I highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates views from a great height.
j. w.
Well worth doing. Views to die for. Staff were great and helpful. A glass of bubbly for the journey up was the icing on the cake
S. K.
This is a prominent landmark of Brighton and, I may add, one of the main attractions for a quick visitor. My experience with this has been excellent. I had some problems booking this attraction online but I got the tickets quickly at the ticket window. For my 1pm visit, there was no waiting at all. The ascent & descend were smooth, the cleanliness & order were good and the views from the top were fantastic. On the 25min ride, snacks & drinks are available for purchase.
On the whole, this ride was more enjoyable for me than the London Eye. I recommend it.
I. S.
Used to live in Brighton years ago. I suspected this would be a pointless venture given views from the Downs, but WOW, it was worth every penny, take binoculars with you. See Isle of Wight, Roedean, Seven Sisters also saw cruise ship sailing into Portsmouth ( through binoculars). A seagull's view of the world. I was with someone who regards a step ladder as a dangerous height. They loved it, feels completely safe....go for it.
S. C. G.
Nice panoramic view, worth to do on a clear sky day.
Bear in mind you need to “check in” 20-30 minutes before the time on your ticket!
T. J.
My Partner really enjoyed his first visit on the i360 in Brighton. Stunning views
D. R. W.
Bit of fun ! Get to turn left onto your flight 😂 go for the fizz ! Loved it !
R. H.
Nice view, could be completed in 5 minute's. Expensive for what it is. But glad I had the experience.
L. H.
I am scared of heights but with the help of alcohol, it made me feel at ease and glad I did it, other wise I would have regretted it.
It's amazing view and definitely worth going on it
A. A.
It's amazing, the view is speechless, I will go again for sure. Brighton it is an amazing town .
D. G.
The i360 ascends 450ft to give views of Brighton and the coast. On a clear day you can see along to Shoreham. On board there's a bar. Whole trip up takes about 20 minutes. Definitely worth a trip up on a sunny day. Adult tickets are £16.50 on the day or slightly cheaper booked in advance.
J. K.
I really enjoyed it, we went up about noon on a sunny December morning and took the champagne flight. It was gorgeous! It's well worth a visit, I definitely recommend when you visit Brighton.
L. T.
Absolutely amazing views of the whole of Brighton. Great to see the top of some building painted with little messages. Definitely worth going on. It's like boarding a plane, you go through a metal detector and head to a departure lounge. It all adds up to an amazing adventure.
K. M.
Definitely worth a go but quite pricey for the half an hour your on it, and the bar is quite expensive aswell but really enjoyed it, something I won't need to do again tho
A. O.
Check the weather 1st booking, was foggy from the horizon. Can't see further away but it was an amazing experience of 25 mins.
M. C.
Great views of Brighton. Who knew that most of the roofs in Brighton had messages on them. Seating on board with plenty of room to walk about. Nearest car park is in Churchill Square. Cafe underneath if you want to grab a bite before hand. I did the Sealife centre and i360 bundle. Works out cheaper if you book online. #i360 #Brighton
s. b.
Great experience with the views , music and a bar, very romantic with the sunset !
T. S.
Some will question the need for this attraction, as Brighton doesn't have many high rise buildings, like say London and to an extent they would be right
It gives you a novel view of the city which you'd not be able to get anywhere else, see the photos of the roof top Street art
I think on balance it is worth a trip and is particularly popular with tourists
Some virtual overlays like you get up the shard would further improve the experience
Very slick operation and family friendly
T. R.
Fantastic experience, good length of time onboard with a well stocked bar. Views are fantastic but difficult to take photos from due to the curve in the glass.
D. W.
Was a first flight as free to residents today and despite the mist and overcast day it was still magical and fascinating. Just adding to this post had another flight for the British airways centenary also got a free can of centenary beer from brewdog. Once again I had a wonderful time. Seriously thinking of getting an annual ticket. Have added more photos as 2nd time up weather was better.
M. H.
This is like London Eye but much more versatile. Just one vast platform going as high as 170 meters giving a beautiful and, as it's name suggests, a 360° views of Brighton and it's surroundings.
s. k.
Very beautiful anad amazing experience. Views are amazing from the top . So beautiful
s. i.
Polite staff and fabulous views. Would definitely recommend
M. H.
Really great fun with lovely service. Restaurant was absolutely lovely too.
V. D.
Great attraction - perfect view over Brighton, the sea, and the sunset! There are nice cafes and children's playground available nearby. Just be prepared for baggage check before boarding. 😉
R. K.
Yesterday I was watching sunset from the tower. Breathtaking 🌅
K. G.
The British airways i360
Is one of those tourist attractions located bang on the Brighton beach
This has a circular sphere that take you up to 450 feet high giving you a paranormal view of Brighton town
It offers 360 degree view
One can buy tickets and it cost Around 17 pounds
It takes about 25 mins
But worth a try
You have a mini bar counter inside
And one can get photographed as well and framed it
Do pay a visit if you are in Brighton
T. G.
Amazing experience, we loved every single moment in it. We absolutely loved the beautiful view above the Brighton
R. K.
Really nice views over Brighton and the sea, its family friendly, there are drinks inside for you to have as you're on it.
M. G.
It was a pleasant experience but the WOW factor was missing somehow. Maybe if it was at sunset it would have been better
D. B.
We thought the ride was OK but the prices for drinks was extortionate, if they were reasonable they would sell a lot more. Making the experience better.
D. H.
Worth a visit if your in Brighton, it's run as if your boarding a flight, along with bag searches and metal detector arches which I suppose adds to the occasion, complete with overpriced beverages and souvenirs.
The actual 'flight' is very smooth and has great views with about 20-25 minutes up the top.
E.
Great visit, staff were really friendly and I saw some amazing views of Brighton, well worth a visit
T. H.
Great experience well worth it, amazing to see Brighton and surrounding areas from this fantastic viewpoint thoroughly recommend you try this experience.
D. L.
Excellent views when the weather is right. Can see for many miles and get a unique perspective of Brighton and beyond. There some suplimentary elements like a bar, some history etc but I didn't really make use of it as was there for the view and spend time with friends
G. P.
Brilliant viewing platform, if it spun round then it would be amazing. 450 foot climb which is really smooth.
M. K.
A must have experience if you visit Brighton. Great views. Lots of space. Covid safe.
p. P.
Great experience and the restaurant was out of this world
T. O.
Lovely panoramic view of Brighton and Hove. Lots of room to walk around and enjoy the 360°view. The experience lasted for about 30 minutes and there were bars both in the waiting room and "in-flight".
A. C.
It's a nice experience for anyone looking to get bird's eye view of Brighton! A good blend of the beach and city blocks. Great view! 25 minute air time.
In reality, British Airways is using this facility to train their employees. You would go through a ticket purchase counter, a photo setup, security check, a lounge and then boarding. Better to book online to avoid the rush.
A. R.
The views from the i360 gave us a view of the whole of brighton and other surrounding areas and after you finish looking at the views from the sky there is a gift shop down below.
R. L.
Brilliant experience. Sadly it was bucketing down with rain but had th he 'doughnut' to ourselves. On a good day it would be fantastic. Had a bar on board.
L.
We picked a great sunny day to do it, the view was amazing you can see really far. Well worth the money.
S. H.
Nice experience, unlike lots of these type of attractions it’s not over and done with in five minutes. It’s quite surprising how high up the i360 goes, you think “oh we must be by the top” but it transpires your only half way up.
The “flight” lasts about 30 minutes, there is lots of opportunity to walk around and view brighton from the air, while your up there you can get a drink from the well stocked bar, if you want the real Brighton vibe get some Brighton gin.
The elevation is slight, so unlike a ride the i360 essentially takes ten minutes to rise to full night, gives ten minutes to look around at maximum height, then slowly lowers to the ground.
Good access for those with wheelchairs. Their is a well stocked gift shop and a restaurant back on the ground. I won’t post the price as these things vary, but on the whole not bad value.
F. B.
Great gourmet food, full of flavours, fabulous taste. Also, they have the best fish and chips. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
B. W.
A very smooth ride. Great views.
G. F.
Amazing views of Brighton. We had Brighton gin in the restaurant and the attention was spectacular
R. M.
I’m converted, at first I thought this was an unholy eyesore of a structure littering the beautiful Brighton seafront but after it was put up I have to say that I’ve come to love it! As a local you get discounted trips on the i360, so I got my siblings together and we went and had a little day out. It was lovely to see Brighton and Hove from every angel. I would recommend everyone to do this at least once to appreciate the beauty of the area!
J. O. S.
Wow, unexpected pleasure was this experience, very nice. Obviously great views all rouund, would recommend
C. S.
Great experience, everyone really enjoyed themselves, marvellous veiws
T. J.
A good experience, if a bit pricey for the short time you are in the air. The queues are managed well and staff are informative and happy.
J. A.
Good place for a great view. Less expensive compared to London eye. Felt the flight is very short otherwise it's a great experience. I think the sunset view from here will be a great experience. Have a great time and nice flight.. . :-)
E.
Very friendly staff, great views but drinks are a little pricey on board. Worth a trip tho.
M.
Quite overpriced for what you get and the drinks at the bar aren't really affordable. It was a nice experience but would definitely not pay to do it again.
K. C.
Amazing views. A bit pricey but its good to go. A bit far to walk to if you got problem walking. Bar on board.
T. L.
Brilliant attraction, so unusual and with amazing views over Brighton and the surroundings!! Will definitely be back to do a sunset flight :)
A. M.
Great experience for my 5 year old it was the highlight of his day out in Brighton. Though I felt some of the BA staff could have been better presented and a little warmer given that it was a Christmas Santa Flight.
E. S. P.
Such an amazing experience! You will be able to experience Brighton from a superb panoramic view, which will be breathtaking! I cannot recommend it more when visiting the city! It will be worth it!

This was an unexpected surprise as drove towards Brighton sea front we couldn't miss the spectacle of the i360 looming out in front of us, we paid for our tickets and were blown away with the views a highly recommend sight to see....

It's a bit like hovering over earth in a flying saucer, - only £17, it was well worth it to me from a photographer's point of view

A smooth ride and a well presented crew of flight attendants, really had the feel of a British airways flight. Lovely views, we went just as the sun was starting to set so caught the city turning its lights on and the lines made by the streams of cars.

Really great and friendly staff. Amazing view such a good experience.

Great value for money, paid online very easily, the staff was amazing. There are seats you can use, the journey is about 20-25 minutes long. The view is breathtaking. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One off experience, pricey but I did enjoy it. 🙂 ps there is a crack in the window!

Pity the clouds came over as we started our flight otherwise all was good.

Great view but thought it would go right to the top , was about 20 meters short , also I thought it was a bit of a rip off charging £10 for a glass of fizz .🍾🥂

You get a great view of Brighton, and it's a must see attraction. Only downside is how expensive the drink is if you want to really enjoy the experience.

Half an hour well spent enjoying the beautiful 360 views. We went at sunset so I thought the experience was worth the entry price.
Friendly staff, basic bar, clean facilities. The engineering was interesting the views fabulous. The time we went it wasn’t too busy so really enjoyed it.

As viewing platforms in the sky go, it's pretty unique. Essentially a giant flying sourcer-esque lift that takes you high above Brighton.
It was good fun & not massively over priced.
Good customer service both on the ground & in the air.
There's a bar in the capsule, should you be so inclined.
A fun way to see Brighton & spend about an hour from start to finish.

We went to the restaurant underneath. The views are brilliant even on a horrible day. Staff were so lovely. Excellent quality food. Tasted delicious. Prices are high but you pay for the quality of food. Outside seating available in nice weather. Wasn't busy but made reservations just in case.

The view is absolutely amazing from up there. I was a sceptic, but the experience is worth it. There's a surreal element to it, especially with its shape and the slow moving "flight" up. It's a great way to see Brighton from a different perspective. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

You could barely feel the tower rising, it was an exhilarating experience overall.
Great outdoor activity experience 😎

Bloody nice when the sun is going down worth going out and going for it.

The best view of the city is in the evening and of the sea is during the day. Very friendly staff. Don't go for the albums the quality of pictures is not the best.

Breathtaking view, but dirty vindow and you are not able to take a good picture because of the reflection of objects on the glass.

Amazing, loved the experience. Smooth ride with no problems seeing all around as you accend / descend. Makes for a great day in Brighton!

Was there for the first take off in the morning, when it was not crowded. There is a bar inside and the view is real nice. Visitors also have a chance to visit underground shop.

It’s a bit pricey, but the view is absolutely breathtaking as you can see the entire city and beach. Overall, it’s a great experience especially if you’re not from Brighton.

Fun experience in Brighton. The doughnut bubble travels up and provides great views out to see, across the coast line and over town to the south downs trail. There is a map which highlights key landmarks available but they don't hand it out so grab one to improve the experience.

Impressive piece of engineering that doesn't fit in with Brighton surroundings. Nice quality gift shop. Good service from real BA staff. Quite pricey for 25min trip and you've gotta hope for good weather. The West Beach bar and kitchen attached to it is really good.

Definitely it’s one of the best spots to enjoy Brighton. You could order cold drinks inside, as well as ice cream. A good point in the end of day in Brighton, sunset is really amazing here.

What a wonderful place. The perfect ending after wall around the city and have an incredible view of Brighton with a nice G&T. Absolutely a must do if is your first time in the area.

Bit pricey but great experienced seeing things from that height, staff all extremely friendly. Speakers could do with being a bit louder for the facts from Shannon

Which 360 in Brighton fabulous day out well worth £13.50 for adults and £9.80 per child takes about 20 minutes to get up there and back but fabulous few well worth every penny on a good clear day happy sceneries regards Brian

Fabulous experience. "Highly" recommend !
The sparkling wine is English champagne equivalent. Pricey at £10 a glass buy pleasant.
The views are brilliant. Don't miss this !

Been there couple of times so thought it’s time to leave my reviews. Unique experience & Impressive viewing tower that will give u ride 450ft in the air for amazing views over Brighton and the English Channel. It’s the only platform in Brighton which gives u bird eye view of large area.
It’s about 30mins ride but the views & experience u get is awesome. There is a bar in the middle. You can buy drinks so it’s a great way of celebration if you’re there for that.
It’s a mixture of LondonEye & Shard experience. Btw it’s designed by the same engineering company which designed LondonEye. not the cheapest but acceptable price. Staff is really cool.

We went on a wet and blustery day and still enjoyed it!
