Miles has services my boiler for the last 2 years. He has been punctual, polite, honest and above all helpful and trustworthy. We contacted Miles after finding Ashton Gas online and thought his price was very reasonable and would prefer to use a local company. We are in the process of buying a property and wanted a safety inspection and boiler service. He was really quick in arranging a day with the Agent, and was so friendly and explanatory when calling back after the inspection. He dropped the paperwork and certificate in the same day! What a breath of fresh air Miles is! So much so that I feel compelled to leave a review. Not only did he respond to my request promptly, he arrived on time for the appointment. He is such a cheerful, polite and knowledgeable guy. He wasn't able to fix the fault with my boiler as he didn't have the necessary (and expensive) part, he told me the cheapest option would be for me to go direct to the manufacturer and get a fixed price call out to include labour and parts. Because he couldn't fix the fault he said he wasn't prepared to charge for the call out! Couldn't believe it. What a gentleman. Needless to say I had to give him something for his time as he even spent 10 minutes explaining to my husband about how to balance our radiators. Miles is a top guy and I can't recommend him highly enough. THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW!!

We've used Miles to service our boiler and install our range cooker since we bought our house a couple of years ago and he's always on time, does an excellent job and is generally a lovely bloke! He also carries a card reader with him so you don't need to faff with the invoice and logging on to transfer money over later.

I have used several plumbers over the years and Miles i would not hesitate to have back and recommend to others, actually i have already passed on his details to someone. Prompt, good communication and hard working. He came back for free when the issue was not resolved (hard to diagnose leak on boiler). He also advised on best settings on the boiler to save money. Cannot think of anything more he could do to give better service. Excellent!
