Beren was recommended to us and we are so glad he was. We had a new boiler fitted and re-sited in the house and we encountered some problems along the way (the first one being sourcing the boiler we wanted during a world shortage - but he found us one!) Beren was a brilliant problem solver through the whole process and solved every issue we came across. He also gave us lots of options as the work went along, even when a certain choice would have been a lot more work for him. We can’t recommend him highly enough. Really professional, knowledgable and did an absolutely great job for us.

I contacted Beren through his site last night, and received an immediate reply in respect of a leaking kitchen tap and under sink plumbing. Described and sent pictures of the issue and was given a rough idea of cost and told that Joe could get to me today. Our experience with Beren was great from start to finish. We needed a boiler service (and to fix a leaky pipe on the boiler). He quickly got back to us about booking a slot, explained to us what needed doing, then worked quickly and effectively and communicated really well. Great experience - attended promptly to nudge our neglected/aged boiler thruogh Xmas and into New Year. Provided clear quote and explained options available and implications of the options and promptly and clearly answered our follow up questions. Worked quickly and was very tidy with little disruption to us - I was working at home and didnt really notice he was there. When finished gave me good run through of how to operate the new boiler. No issues since installation.

Beren, Joe and Russel were thoroughly pleasant punctual and knowledgable while working on a few bathroom snags and reinstalling our downstairs loo. Communication was great throughout and they came up with a brilliant solution to a problem we had with no room for a sink. Would thoroughly recommend!

I called Beren on Tuesday afternoon because my boiler was giving me an error and was shutting down. I told him I wanted to be replaced and what functions I wanted to maintain. On the next day at 5 pm I had a new working boiler. Thanks for the hard work Beren.

Very prompt and pertinent responses to enquiries and correspondence. Was able to attend within a few days and an excellent job done (replacing shower pump). Probably not the cheapest plumber you could find but was so quick I didn't ask for alternative quotes.
