M. C.Excellent park with plenty of green space. Children's play area is well equipped. Small rides and boating can be had at the far end of the park for a fee. Food to feed the ducks can be purchased from the cafe for £1. Public toilets cost 20p to gain entry per group.

P.Nice kids park by the "beach" with play area, duck pond, adult gym machines (2 bikes and a sliding thing for your knees) and a climbing frame for slightly older kids (approximately 6 years and older). Plenty of swings, lots of variety of shade and seating including a small pine coppice which stays cool in the middle of summer. Free parking and a fairly standard cafe with a basic selection of brand name ice creams and lollies.
