Having been visiting chiropractors for the last 19 years due to injuries and the general toll of extreme sports I have been to quite a few different ones over that time. None of them were able to fix my issues only relieve the pain. Been visiting Samera for a couple of years now and not only has the time between flare ups decreased drastically with much less severity, when I am in pain it’s much more manageable. My posture is the best it has been for as long as I can remember my range of movement is also much better. You would be hard pushed to find a chiropractor that is as knowledgeable, friendly or as customer focused as Samera.

Worked with SAB Chiropractic for over 3 years and multiple injuries/conditions. The friendliness of staff was always prompt and top notch accommodations. My treatment plans included in-office, hands-on treatment (manipulation and acupuncture) as well as lots of at-home exercises to continue to progress at home. She gave me a list of exercises to do, which includes longer term sorting my posture out and within three weeks of treatment with her I am back running. I came to Sameera with a high level of scepticism. I really couldn’t see how Chiropractic work would help! After all I’m ‘old’! When we did the first measurements I was putting 15% extra weight through one side of my body - throwing everything else out of kilter. I have had a couple of healed broken bones, a shoulder which is partly frozen and - when I saw her lower back pain which was becoming quite severe and was limiting my life. I was due to go on a major holiday (Aug 2018) and wanted to be able to go for hikes and not hold my family up. Within 1 session I felt so much better. Over a little more time (6-8 weeks) I suddenly realised ‘oh I’ve not been in so much pain’, ‘nope I’ve had very little to no pain’. The holiday was a major success and I was able to keep up with the family. Sameera also printed out some exercises to do if I felt a bit ‘old’ which helped. I now see her about every 4-6 weeks with the possibility of more regular visits if I’m in pain. She is more than a Chiropractor now, she’s a friend. At the beginning of this year we did another measurement and I am less than 0.5% ‘out of kilter’!!! I am now un-sceptical (is that a word)?? and an utter convert :-)

Dr Bhatti has taken real interest in my long term shoulder and neck problem. This had been going on for 5 years with very little interest from the NHS staff I had approached. In a few weeks, she had started effective treatment, ordered an MRI and arranged for a spinal block treatment. Samera is a highly trained professional, the way she approaches aches and pains is quite unique, during my consultation she explained in detail why/how the pain has occurred and how she intends to treat the problem and also carried out a posture screen exam, the results were presented to me at my 2nd appointment together with the report and notes taken from my consultation. Have seen Dr Bhatti for a variety of neck, shoulder and back complaints/ niggles since 2018, with maintenance sessions in between to keep my movements free and easy. Samera is professional, enthusiastic and motivated in her multiple fields of work and study, and is friendly and endearing, such that appointments are fun, despite the necessary discomfort (crunch/ click/ pop/…) to easy my pain.
