Top credit to Mill! After having 3 different engineers who couldn't fix my boiler, Mill managed to work out the problem over the phone and came out the next day with the part needed and even charged me cheaper than originally quoted over the phone (which i already thought was reasonable compared to the scary prices from the previous engineer who came out). I was very impressed with his knowledge for my boiler repair. Highly recommend! Very efficient service. Very professional Gas Engineer, Smart and tidy. Great to have a Local, Trustworthy Engineer. Will definitely be using GSG Plumbing & Heating again.

Have used Mill a few times - he always comes promptly, is friendly and professional and does a great job. The last time we had a problem with our boiler he felt there were a few potential causes - he therefore suggested that we use the manufacturers one off fixed price repair as it would work out cheaper for us overall, even though it meant less money for him! Would happily recommend him to anyone.

Excellent team, very friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. I had a small gas leak somewhere in my house, I called GSG and they came out and quickly found exactly where the leak was, (my boiler). They got the part and did the necessary work on the boiler and fixed the issue. I also needed a gas pipe for a cooker moved and they did that too, looks great, works great. Highly recommended and will use again for sure.

I have found the customer service from this company outstanding, unlike other companies that advertise no job to small, Mill the gentleman who got back to me was one of the few that did, offered the best quote, he has fitted a stunning new Hob for me as my old one was unsafe, capped my gas fire, which was also unsafe, serviced my boiler and provided a Landlord certificate all for an amazing price, he has kept me informed all the way, I will be using him again whenever needed, and would recommend him 100%, you can not go wrong using this company, very reliable and friendly, goes that extra mile by contacting you later to see if everything is still working. We had issues with a leaking radiator late on a Sunday evening, and after speaking with Mill on the phone and sending him photos, he came to the house within the hour to fix the problem. He thoroughly checked all the radiators in the house too, to make sure there were no other problems. He was very professional, and easily the friendliest tradesman we’ve had to our house, and did it all at a very good price too, especially considering the time. He even helped with an issue with our toilet. We would definitely recommend GSG plumbing and heating, and if we need any work done in future, they will definitely be our first choice of who to go to.
