Scott and his team (Tony, Gareth, Andrew and Sheldon) fitted a new kitchen from top to bottom and altered the position of the doorway to the kitchen for me, making sure the walls were plastered well and fully decorated. Tony fitted the kitchen, Gareth replaced the old pipes with a really tidy job and installed a boiling water tap that works perfectly, Andy did all the electrics while Sheldon (S Class Decorators) did a superb job and left a perfect smooth surface on previously poorly finished plaster walls and ceiling which he then painted to perfection. Scott was always great to talk to and always provided updates when appropriate, leaving me with a well fitted kitchen that will last for many years. The whole team is completely reliable and they turn up when they say they will - we had a few laughs too! I thoroughly recommend SMC not only for their service but for their very reasonable rates – you will not be disappointed.

We decided to have our bath replaced by a walk-in shower, and while we were about it, to have a new toilet and washbasin as well. After trying a few local bathroom installers we finally found SMC Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd who finally did a MARVELLOUS job and at a VERY reasonable price. I cannot praise thus firm highly enough. I've used Scott a few times now and will continue to use him as he's honest and transparent in terms of what needs doing and is always conscientious. I've only ever used him for basic stuff like the boiler or a pipe leaking or to service the boiler etc but if I were to put in a new bathroom or kitchen I'd definitely use him as I know if there were any problems he'd sort them out. He has worked hard to create a good and reputable business and always aims to keep his customers happy. He's also friendly and trustworthy.

They were very professional and dealt with the issues that they encountered with ease. These guys are the best! I called saying my boiler wasn't working and within 30 minutes they were at my door. Next morning as promised, work started on the boiler. A few hours later, I was saying goodbye to a brilliant engineer who deserves all the success in business that's out there. Old school service with old school principles. Thorough and totally honest! I have used SMC for over 5 years for small jobs such as washing machine plumbing to bigger jobs like a new boiler and lately a new bathroom fitted. The transformation in the bathroom was above and beyond what we expected thanks to their hard work. Scott and his team have always been amazing nothing is too much trouble for them. They genuinely care what ever the job is, i wouldn't use another plumbing or heating company other than SMC. I would rather wait till they are available as I know the job will be finished to an exceptional standard.

Scott and his team were employed to find and repair damage caused by a leak in the shower room ( found union joint behind shower Scott and his team were very professional they came in got on with the job even when they found other work that required attention they just bit the bullet and carried on during the new installation they discovered water had gone under the floor and started popping tiles so that put pressure on their work load / timeline Scott explained there would know be a few delays for drying time and final finish time that was my problem not theirs but they overcome ever obstacle throw at them with total professionalism They even baby sat the dog let him in and out when required top blokes would not hesitate to pick up phone or recommend to family and friends cheers Scott Clive /Jude

I bought a kitchen mixer tap and tried to replace it myself. I couldn't get the old tap off and had loosened lots of connections under the sink and was getting worried as it was gone 1pm and I had switched off water supply so was stuck in the middle. I knew SMC had spent most of summer down my street as they had done lengthy works for two of my neighbours. I rang Scott and he assured me he would come later in the afternoon or early evening to sort out my mess. One of his guys named Paul arrived about 4.40pm who was great. He completed the works in about half an hour or so and I was up and running as normal with my new tap. No mess from Paul and he double checked for leaks before he left.. Top Firm / Top job. If you can book this firm for your works you wont regret it as I've seen my neighbours jobs and even though mine was small in terms of money I was so great full as I was stuck with no heating or running water .
