I first went to see Luis last year and I highly recommend! He is very friendly, helpful, professional and great at putting you at ease. He knows his stuff and has several methods of treatment in addition to adjustments. I was suffering from lower back pain (caused from a back spasm injury 4 years ago) and have seen several chiropractors in Cardiff over the years. I would say Luis is definitely the best. Before each adjustment, he spends time working on your muscles so they have time to relax, which results in better release. A much better outcome than a quick 15min appointment I've had elsewhere for the same price! My lower back feels much better since seeing Luis, thank you!

Mr Jotham is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional chiropractor. I have problems with my knees (due to injuries from hiking) and shoulders (due to long hours sitting in front of the computer). He explained the problems to me clearly and introduced many useful exercises + effective treatments. Parking is not a problem as the premise is close to public parking lots. The place is easy to find and the bookings can easily be done and managed online. Highly recommended.

I started going to Tobenas Chiropractic last year due to lower back pain, which I’ve had for several years. After my first consultation with Joth, he explained to me that the reason for my back and neck pain was due to my spine being misaligned, hence some muscle groups weren’t used and therefore too weak so resulting in pain when I did certain things. Joth used various methods to help align my spine and alleviate pain. These included acupuncture to disperse trigger points and pain, so also reducing the tension in my back muscles; suction cupping which help separate the skin and the muscles so minimising tension; and spinal manipulation therapy to help mobilise joints, reduce inflammation and pain. Joth also gave me exercise plans that targeted areas that I needed to work on, to strengthen my muscles to hopefully prevent me from hurting my back again in future. Joth is highly knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Tobenas Chiropractic.

Highly recommendable. I've been struggling for over 10 years with back and hip pain due to a motorbike accident I had when I was 20 which caused me arthritis on my pelvis. For years I've been told not to do certain things such as running, football, most kind of leg workouts etc.. Dr Cheung has absolutly change the way I looked at it. He's guide me through and helped me with all the quiro-techniques in order to be able to improve my physical condition. Currently I feel much better and confident in terms of exercising without fearing it. I'm very happy and looking foward to keep increasing my exercises range. Haven't tried playing football (which is my favourite sport) again as I haven't had the chance but feeling confident and safe about it. I'll always be thankful for this , I'll never give up.

I'd never been to a Chiropractor for treatment but after months of upper arm and shoulder pain I had to do something that was more long lasting than painkillers. This was how I came to see Luis at his clinic. After a thorough assessment he was able to diagnose my problem and offer suggestions on how he could help. I have suffered from chronic back pain for the last ten years and at times it was so severe it impacted on my daily life. I have taken strong painkillers almost continuously and no amount of self-care or physio has resolved the issue. Luis was recommended to me by many people so I decided to book in to see him after suffering a prolapsed disc in the bottom of my neck causing me huge discomfort and pain. Came to Joth last month with a few problems - they were tolerable problems that I didn’t want getting any worse. If you want the most for your money and an holistic approach, Luis is the professional to see! Luis is very knoweldgable, conscientious and has helped me recover quickly after a bad running injury, affecting my IT band, back and hip. Not only through spinal manipulation and getting proper alignment but also with the use of Acupuncture and Kinesiology taping (how many Chiropractors do you see who can do all of these in one session?).
